I really dont like going here because I have a highly sensitive sense of smell. I get a terrible headache just from walking in the doorway. However I went in to purchase gifts for my co-workers for the holidays. The staff was wonderful. I told them what I needed and they tag teamed me to help me pick various items as quick as possible. I broke my visit up over two days, and each day they did the same. So while I left with a major headache each time, the staff made the experience as smooth as possible. I was very pleased, thank you ladies. And yes, I even left with a very light fragrance for myself 👍

The store is in full on Christmas mode right now and where in many stores employees are already tired of the masses the employees here are singing along with the music in the background. Aside from that its tough to leave this store without wanting to buy everything. Love the products for my household, self and gifts. A must go! Ps the large scented candles were out! So that was a bummer but plenty more items to buy.

All the staff is so friendly, specially Shanice, she is very nice, tried to help me and with a great positive attitude.

Store is way too cluttered with product and the sales women like to talk you into buying items you dont really want. I was just there for the smell of it, I prefer to wear Chanel not Bath & Body Works.

I like this place lots but... you can easily spend decent amount of money on lotions and creams and candles! My favorite scent is Moonlight path, Japanese cherry blossom is another!

I always have a good experience in this store. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

Here for the candle sale. Loved it!Received with a smile and they gave me my space to smell all of the candle scents. As I was paying, I smellt a new candle fragrance and I wanted to switch it at the last minute. No hassal, no attitude from the cashier. She was willing to please me with what I wanted. So happy I went. So hurry up and enjoy all the fragrances bc the sale ends today. Happy Holidays!

ABSOLUTLEY disgusting experience I left a bag from another store at the front counter .. when I got home and realized I called and said I would be down to get it when they confirmed it was my bag because it had womans shirts and 2 ties .. upon getting to the store to retrieve my bag I was interrogated about the items and was told it was an old lady who called RIDICULOUS because it was me .. and in front of an ENTRIE line I had to tell her everything inside, she declined wanting to check my CC with the one on the receipt .. very annoyed!
