I switched to Crystal Rock earlier this year after a horrible relationship with Poland Spring. I must say Crystal Rock has done an excellent job with their service! They actually made a delivery earlier than expected once... Im so impressed! Funny thing about this story is how I changed over to them. Like I said earlier I wasnt happy with P.S. I was on my lunch break in White Plains saw 2 Crystal Rock delivery guys and made a remark about my service... the guy says well of u had Crystal Rock u wouldnt be having those problems, we deliver on time all the time Literally that night I had my wife cancel our order with P.S. and ordered from Crystal Rock.
We have been customers for close to 10 if not 11 years. I was told a new company acquired them in September or October of 2018. We were always on automatic payment. The driver in October said he could not deliver our usual 10 bottle order because we have not paid our bill. I called the company, gave them all my info made a $300 payment and made sure we were on a 10 bottle delivery every four weeks. No delivery came on our November delivery date. I placed an emergency order before Thanksgiving since we had over 45 people and no water. Nothing. They told us Dec 3 was the next possible delivery date. Nothing. I called and they reassured me Dec. 4th. Nothing. I emailed my concerns and displeasure. No response. I called December 5th and they promised me a phone call from the delivery supervisor and a delivery that day. Nothing. Online they moved our delivery date to December 18th. On December 6th and I cancelled our membership. Before this they were super responsive and delivered our orders promptly. In a pinch they would bring us more bottles the next day when we ran out. Their customer service up until this point was stellar. The new ownership is unacceptable, substandard and without a doubt is going to run the business into the ground. Do not get involved with Crystal Rock, Crystal Springs or Vermont Pure. They no longer care about their customers.
Invoices Wrong, Overcharged, On Hold FOREVER!!!!!! customer service could care less- Supposed to be credited for cooler and was charged for 6 months of a rental that was never supposed to be created. Easier to drink tap
Horrible company has been charging me absolutely crazy rates for water never delivered so i cancelled the service and, they still havent picked up the machine and, are still charging me. Also they charged me for seven months for the coffee maker that i had returned seven months earlier. These people operate in a very illegitimate way i would not suggest do business with them in any sort of way
Non reputable company do not trust they dont have any customer satisfaction they dont care about you at all the Reps on the phone dont care about you and just transfer you around to third parties which actually are not part of Crystal Rock there is no space for a company in the 21st century that does not have customer satisfaction
Terrible customer service. Always late and submitted bills for water not received. Cancelled after 4 months.
