The customer service in this store is amazing! Went the extra mile to get me a phone before my big trip and helped me Dave money on my monthly bill. Everyone in the store was very friendly. Might not be as big as the one on central ave but they are mighty!

Working with these guys is such a great experience! I recently upgraded my phone and went from a pretty old Samsung to the new S20 Ultra. I put it off for a long time because I didnt want any high pressure sales stuff, etc. My wife said to come here because they are great, so I did, and she was right. They pre-ordered my phone, for me a better than I would have gotten online and then, when the phone came in, they set everything up for me. They transferred everything, photos, apps, text messages....everything. I was there for close to 90 minutes, not because it took so long on their end but because I had so many questions and they helped me through everything on my phone....talk about patience! These guys have it to spare. I cant tell you how happy I am that I went here. I cant thank Rafelin and David enough. Rafelin told me about every promotion and let me make my own decisions without any pressure. I was NEVER rushed or made to feel like I was wasting their time. Lastly, I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind. Thanks for everything guys! Im loving my phone!!!

I WISH THERE IS A WAY TO GIVE ZERO AND SUB ZERO STARS.DO NOT GO THERE... THEY HAVE MESSED UP THREE PHONE PURCHASES AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASES. THE STAFF DOES NOT COMMUNICATE. THERE WAS ALSO A RE-STOCK FEE THEY CHARGED ME FOR A PHONE THAT WAS NOT WORKING. I CALLED VERIZON (THE REAL VERIZON WIRELESS CO) THEY TOLD ME THE RE STOCK FEE THIS STORE WAS CHARGING ME WAS $70. MORE THAN THE REAL VERIZON CO. IN ANY CASE THIS STORE SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A FULL REFUND FOR A PHONE THAT WAS NOT WORKING. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH WHAT A DISASTER THIS WAS. AND EQUIPMENT I ORDERED WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED TO THEIR STORE BUT IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY FORMER HOME ADDRESS WHICH DID NOT REACH ME SO I NOW HAVE TO GO THROUGH THEM TO GET A REFUND. WHEN YOU CALL THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE STORE THERE IS A GENERIC VOICE MAIL YOU DO NOT KNOW IF YOU ARE REACHING A STORE OR SOMEONES LANDLINE IT DOES NOT EVEN SOUND LIKE A CELL PHONE VOICE MAIL MESSAGE .. THEN WHEN THE STORE IS OPEN THEY RARELY PICK UP THE PHONE. STAY AWAY!!! GO TO THE REAL VERIZON WIRELESS STORE WHICH IS LESS THAN TWO MILES FROM THIS STORE ON CENTRAL AVENUE

I had a business account with AT&T. I had horrible service in my house. I called this store prior to coming in, to make sure they could take care of me. I spoke with the manager, he explained everything that I needed. He transferred all my numbers over, was super helpful, courteous and respectful. He made sure all my discounts were applied. Verizon in the Westchester Mall has successful business practices. Thanks Mike, youre the best!

What an incredible experience shopping for iPhones for myself and two daughters! David Polonia-THANK YOU! It took lots of skill to deal with my family’s anxieties but David tactfully and patiently buoyed us out of every personal/financial conflict-leaving us feeling calmer and contented for every possible discount, including trade-ins. Dishonest practices. I was here a week ago. More into sales than caring for the customers long term needs. My initial store visit was pleasant. I purchased an IPhone XR. I was told of the current promotion with the iPad 9.7 where I pay for the taxes upfront and the data plan monthly. No mention of a monthly installment with the iPad. I was given paperwork, receipts none of this disclosing this either. After receiving my first bill I saw the monthly installment charge for the iPad. I called Verizon sales to verify the current promotions were added to my account I learned that I was up sold a promotion and no such promotion existed. I spoke with Verizon billing who further advised me no such promotion for corporate or authorized retail locations.I called this store and spoke with Dave (who sold me this deal) who never returned my call. I decided to physically walk into the store and showed my bill. He promised to call me today with updates, no call made. Be careful going into this store!
