Consulting Dr. Bernstein was a complete waste of my time and money. I am writing this because I dont want anyone else to spend as much time and money as I did at this office. I spent over $1800 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. The two pair of glasses I bought from him do not have the right prescription and he billed me for contact lenses even though my condition precludes me from wearing them. I attempted to rectify the situation but the Dr. wouldnt take my call or answer my emails-- only had staff send me articles on the issue. Thankfully, I found another Dr who was honest enough to tell me that with my condition I cannot wear contacts. My advice, shop around before you engage this office.

Dr. Paul is amazing! Hes kind, has a wonderful sense of humor, and my daughter (who is cautious and shy) really likes him. At recess my daughter had a ball hit her in the eye - and Dr. Paul took her in the office immediately and discovered she had a scratched cornea. He showed her how to put eye drops into her eye herself - and within a 1/2 hour we we finished, on our way back to school with all the eye drops she needed to prevent infection and keep her eye lubricated. She also takes vision therapy with him and is making incredible progress.

I was so happy to find Family Vision Care Associates, they were wonderful. I was looking for a specific brand recommended to us and they carried that brand and several of the frames in different styles. My son is only a year old and we were able to try on several pairs of frames and see what would work best for him, it was a great experience :)

As a fellow professional who needs her eyesight for work (I am a pediatric dentist), I dont trust my eyes to just anyone. Dr. Andrea Bernstein is not only knowledgeable and personable but is always accommodating to my busy schedule. I highly recommend her and her staff!

This morning I woke up unable to see with my contacts in, Of course, as any one would, I freaked out. I called every eye doctor I could find. Everyone was so busy. But at FVC they told me to come right in,. Not only did they squeeze me in on short notice, but they went above and beyond. They were incredibly thorough and caring, as I was clearly very nervous. I left there knowing exactly what was going on, and with such peace of mind. I would recommend this place 100x over. Every single person was so kind and warm the minute i walked in the door. Needless to say, I will not be going elsewhere ever again.

I found that the Drs worked with each of my kids individually to get them the best vision result possible. This included reading glasses, contacts and various vision therapy. They are always cheerful and want to help make a positive impact on each patient individually.

Drove from far away, 15 minutes late because of traffic and turned away my little girl who was in tears. Doctor who was within ear shot wouldnt even speak to us. We are still in the lobby. Receptionist said her next appt was at 4...4:15 & no one else is here! Sounds like the Dr didnt want to be bothered, they close at 5. Will never go back or recommend. Do yourself a favor and find a caring Dr.
