Their Bath bombs are the BEST!!! They make Bath time a complete blast and great experience for my kids!!! They can’t get enough!!!!

We love lush. We drop at least $150++ when ever we visit. We are especially huge fans of upw and upe locations because the staff is helpful and great with kids (even ones that are not trying to be disrespectful but have trouble paying attention). (Upw staff was especially amazing post-pandemic.) For what ever reason, the staff at this location are nothing like their Manhattan counterparts. My kid loves this brand; been using it since he was 2; and especially loves to test bombs. (Eg why we can leave the store without spending at least $150++. It is the least I can do.) When he asked to try a new bomb at this location, he was treated with disdain. Yes he was excited. But, I was right next to him and made sure he didnt touch extra stuff. Our questions about was new, were barely answered. It was sad watching the kids enthusiasm slowly fade as the adults who normally enjoy the product more than he does act like we were an annoyance. What is worse, customers after us were not treated much better. Maybe listening to Shiney Happy People by REM and Kate Pierson would help this crew?

Very organized and helpful workers. Willing to help you with whatever you need and whatever product youre scared to try - theyll offer a sample based on their availability. Theres a lot of items and products.

Omg. OMGGGG I love this lush location. Shout outs to Macate, Patti, Jesus, Sara or Sabrina (she has cool glasses from Costco). The products are always nicely displayed, the staff always lovely and it’s a great place to take a min or two to relax. Enjoy the scents and looking at the beautiful items.

So many scents and aromas hit you when you first walk in and the girls there were super helpful and eager to sample! They allowed us to test some products like a cloud bubble bar and even an amazing seasonal soap! Definitely got me to bring something home!

This is my favorite store in Westchester! I think they have the best staff. They are so attentive and fun. It gets a little overwhelming so you need them to guide you. I love their shampoo bars and body scrubs. My hair has never been this good. I also love that every time I go they give me little samples. Now Im using their conditioner and soap bars.

A wonderland of free smells and wonderful soap. One of the smaller lush locations I’ve been to yet it still doesn’t hold out on providing the lush experience of getting the delightful scent of flowers, caramel or charcoal. Pricing is standard and comparable to the website. If you’re in the market for soap definitely go here.

Quality vegan bath/shower goods. The store smells amazing, as all their products have really nice scents and everything is made by hand. Everyone is so nice and quick to help with items and gift ideas.

Great! Rotating bath bombs, bubble bars, masks, and more! With changing scents and healthy natural options it is amazing! All of its products are 100% natural and cruelty free! Love it!

Ive been a Lushy for quite a few years. This location is the one I visit the most. I was on a quick lunch break from work when I went in here. I needed some Henna hair dye; I was in and out in less than 10 mins. The employees were quite helpful.

Amaizing store! Staff are really nice, they let you try out products products all are very good quality. Bit over price though, overall one of my favorite stores and price is worth it.😎

I love lush. Shampoo bars.I am mainly leaving this review to tell y’all WHERE THE SHOP IS inside The Westchester Mall (in case it’s the only place you plan to shop and you don’t want to have to explore all three 3 levels and a million shops to find it).It is on the 2nd level, Between Bath and Body Works, and Abercrombie Kids...about half way in the middle of the mall’s main thoroughfare.
