My screen broke after only having my phone for 4 months. I went back to US Celluar, they told me they could not help as I just cancelled my insurance. I brought it to UbreakIfix, not only did they fix it but it was billed under warranty. Took less than 24 hours to get it back. Very happy with the customer service!

The staff was skilled, polite, efficient, and unlike the local Apple Store management, get the nuances of customer respect and service.

My phone had water damage, and didnt turn on. The I was sold a screen replacement for $200. Although the phone turned on, there were some software issues. When it was determined that the software problems were unfixable, I was given a full refund for the screen replacement. They also have a good membership program ($20/mo, cancelable at any time) that allows all labor costs to be free, which is often the entire cost. Had a good experience.

It was more of an issue with asurion, the insurance provider they contract with, but the senior staff there let me down. I was mislead into believing that this place would be able to fix my ear buds and xbox, was told by another employee to bring it back in 30 days after my probationary period with asurion was over I waited the 30 only for them to tell I would have to pay $50 for the repair.

Blake was great. He knew what he was doing and best of all he understood customer service. I’ll be telling my friends for sure. People like Blake deserve to succeed.

I brought my iphone in to be fixed after days of not charging completely. The kind employee spent 5 minutes cleaning and adjusting the charger port (free of charge) which quickly solved the problem. We will definitely be back for any future electronic issues.

I have unfortunately had to use their services twice (because my phone back cracked twice), but they are excellent quality. I came in dropped it off, came back 40 minutes after dropping it off and it was all done. Very quick, very easy, high quality.

Very unprofessional, the technician is rude and didnt bother answering my questions. He didnt even want to look at my phone or touch my phone. This place promised that they can fix any phones/tablets/ electronics, but its nothing but false advertisment.

Im paying them $25.00 dollars per month. Every time I bring something in they make up an extra charge. They have had one of my computers since April and theyre still waiting for a part. You always get a different person that doesnt know anything about your problem. Rip off.

I came in twice - once for a phone, and was given instructions how to fix the problem myself; yesterday with a laptop that wouldnt boot, I opened it up and pressed the power key and it booted right up! They checked it out, couldnt find anything wrong, sent me home and its still working! No charge either time.

I had replaced my iPhone 5S battery with one I ordered on Amazon, and it was defective. I brought it in to Ubreakifix instead after being unable to find a good battery online anywhere. They had it completed in 30min and the phone works perfectly now. Reasonable price. Thank you!

My MacBook Air shut down unexpectedly one day while I was working and it would not restart. I took in to my local uBreakiFix store and the preliminary diagnosis was a dead battery. A new battery was ordered but it did not fix the problem. I decided at that point that I would just get a new laptop and see if Evan and Chris at the store could move the data from the dead one to the new one. The new one turned out to be my wifes identical MacBook Air that she never uses. Evan and Chris installed the SSD drive from my old laptop into my wifes and explained how I might use her drive as an external drive. the price was very reasonable, the service was great and Im delighted with the result. Im typing this review on my laptop 2 hours after picking it up from the store.

I took my computer to the Silver Spring location in Whitefish Bay, WI and worked with Ethan, who was courteous, informative and knowledgeable. I was unable to get sound on my Windows computer when I was using Googles chrome. Ethan fixed the problem explained why it was happening -- it was not a virus.. Altogether professional and competent. Very glad to have found the Silver Spring location and will use again!

When I called the shop to find out more information, the man answering the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I took my husbands phone to the shop, the employee taking of me was extra nice and the phone was ready before the time quoted. I will recommend to all my friends and family. Price was also more than $40 less than other repair shops. My daughter recommended them to me.

So impressed!!! Sprint wanted to charge me $200, Batteries Plus $360 for a job covered free by Samsung through this great place!!! If only Sprint knew what they were talking about, but thats rare. Wouldve saved tons of time. Glad I followed my intuition by calling Samsung!!!

I am so incredibly grateful for the service I received at IbreakUfix. They have phenomenal customer service. My laptops keyboard was broken which was devastating seeing as I am a full time student. They fixed my problem in 10 minutes, and the only money I payed was for the parking meter.

The two gentlemen that were working this evening were beyond wonderful! I came in with a shattered I phone screen from an accidental drop. I live over an hour away and would not be able to return the following day to pick up my phone. Even though it was close to closing, these guys fixed my screen. My phone looks and works great!! I am beyond thankful. The guys were so nice and seemed genuinely willing to help. I would recommend this store to anyone!

This is the 4th or 5th time at this store and they were able to fix our problem each and every time. Very friendly and informative. Learned a lot about phones from them. And when they say fixed in one hour they mean it. If you need a text or email reminder they will do that too. They literally saved the day for us as we only had one phone and it had been smashed beyond recognition. However, they got it back running like new, miracle workers for cell phones. Highly recommended.

Visited uBreakiFix twice due to a bad battery and broken screen on my iPhone. Rolando was very willing to listen to the issues and fixed them. I didn’t feel like just another customer. The price was better than anywhere else and the work was done quickly. I highly recommend!
