I called Jim with an issue with my oven. Based on our conversations he diagnosed the likely issue and ordered a $150 part. The issue turned out to be more complex and after 2.5 hours of thoroughly checking the appliance he determined that it was an electrical issue and not an issue with the appliance. He checked the existing component that he had pre-ordered and ensured that it was working properly.Jim was highly professional and tried to save us time and money and went the extra mile to make sure that he got it right. I felt bad only paying him for the service call given all the effort he expended in trying to make sure we figured out what was going on. I will call him for any future issues I may have in the the future.

I hired Jim Westfall after trying to get a good technician to my house but unsuccessfully. It is difficult to find good technicians that take the time to call back and make an appointment. The best thing is he was able to take care of my refrigerator leak and the igniter on my stove at one time. He is very professional, but friendly and obviously knows what he is doing. I was extremely pleased with his work and how fast he was able to locate the problem with the water leakage in my freezer. He didnt charge me expensive parts prices either. In fact, his bill was very reasonable. He explained everything he did and what we can do to prevent further problems. I would hire him again and recommend him to any homeowner looking for fair, reasonable, and fast service.
