I’m not prone to leaving bad reviews. But this is now the 3rd time I’ve had issues with the photo department. There is a disconnect between when the Walgreens website says your pictures will be ready and the staff running the photo lab says your pictures will be ready. That’s a problem.The main issue however is with the staffs defeated and frazzled attitude. She made me feel like I was the problem for her day. I got the feeling that work was not her thing but complaining was.Time for a culture change at this store.

One of best pharmacies around. I didnt expect great service from a chain but they are beyond outstanding, very friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help customer. Just like the mom and pop pharmacies of the old days. I would give them 6 stars if I could

Scheduled a covid test after calling them in advance to make sure it would be ok. They cancelled hours before claiming to be out of reagents the day of the test. Huge issue as we had a trip planned and they advertise travel testing and are an approved travel partner. If they were out of reagents they could have notified me yesterday in time to make alternative arrangements. Be wary counting on them.

Pharmacy is garbage. Ill get calls and texts that prescriptions are ready, drive there and be told its not ready. Its always unorganized, Ive made 3 appointments for flu shots and something is always wrong. Dont use them unless you have to.

AH the assistant manager was amazing - he was super busy today in the photo center and helped me with my passport photos. Made sure there was a coupon loaded I didn’t even know was a thing. Excellent customer service.

Pharmacists are NOT friendly and are NOT helpful in anyway. The older man pharmacist is nothing short of extremely irritable and rude. When asking about OTC medicines today, specifically probiotics, he seemed overly bothered to be encountered with my question. I had asked him what the best probiotics would be, his reply in which he was annoyed was any of them. I even picked up 2 different kinds and went back to the counter and still he said it doesn’t matter any of them. Well there’s about 30 different kinds on the shelf. Strongly advise for anyone to avoid this pharmacy. The pharmacists at Safeway are the best and kindest and most helpful. Had I not needed other items from Walgreens specifically, I would not have gone.

Pharmacy is 5 Star, one older clerk is excellent. Poor score because theres 3 counters to check out, several people with carts waiting to check out, manager and 2 employees standing around watching as only one associate helps customers and two counters sit empty. Manager is not managing his operation.

I normally like Walgreens. Tried out their photo center for the first time and submitted them online, went and picked them up and most of our pictures were downsized from 4X6 to 4X5.3 (and with out some sort of a heads up they were downsizing them.) First hearing about it, it wasnt a big deal, but upon looking at the difference they took almost a whole inch off of some of them. They said they had to downsize them because people didnt fit? I had one picture (that I added below) where I had my grandma cut in half and an uncle cut completely out of the picture. Not sure why they did that because they made it to where people clearly didnt fit instead of keeping the original size to where they would have, but I will probably be going somewhere else to print my pictures because of this.

Does not open until 9am. Great service, especially the pharmacists, just wish it were 24 hour line others.
