This is an absolutely professional tire place. They patched both my pierced tire and spare on a Chevy Express 3500 van while I had a car dolly on! It took only a few min. Saved vacation. Isaac did a great job.

Huge shout out to the Les Schwab in Whitefish. We brought our truck in with a bit of a death wobble that was getting worse. Since we were only passing through they were able to fit us in and get the work done on the front end (shocks, tie rods, bushings) early and below the estimate. A professional outfit from top to bottom and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the work and grateful for the help. Happy customer for sure!

Outstanding customer service. Came in with an emergency patch/repair and even though they were extremely busy they managed to get us fixed up and out in under an hour. Friendly and courteous and extremely efficient…can’t say enough good about this location and the people that work there.

Great experience. Got a flat tire while on a road trip and called them a few times to get directions and ask about service. Took my wheels and tires to get mounted and balanced, they charge more because I didnt buy the wheels/tires from them, and purposefully balanced my wheels wrong, took them to discount tire and they fixed everything for free. Avoid this place like the plague.

I hit a wolf. It damaged my radiator, my shifting cable, and my fender. My break light went out shortly after and my left turning signal. I took a huge financial loss. Then my tire started leaking. I took it off and explained my situation. They found three holes in my tire from unidentified metals and a nail. They repaired it in ten minutes, and didnt charge me anything. They repair patches at no additional cost to customers if its fixable! These people understand a thing or two. Awesome group.

I would give 0 star if I could. Got some tires put on and the guy who worked on my Volkswagon R32 scratched every rim on my car in multiple places very severely! Manager said our machinery can’t to that and gave me the cold shoulder and said, “have a nice day”. Then walked away. He just didn’t want to a ruin his reputation or the company’s. Won’t ever give them my business again. Furthermore, I would recommend if you get tires put on some nice rims through them...have picture proof that day what they look like by the installer.

Excellent customer service!! We were from out of town visiting Glacier when our brakes stated grinding. These guys got us in and fixed up fast! There’s a very nice Army Navy store across the street and a great Chinese restaurant for a snack while you wait!! Highly recommend! Les Schwab never fails to impress!! Great company!!

Highly recommended!!! My girlfriend and I drove from New Orleans all the way up to visit the Glacier NP. We did a tire rotation + balance service at this store and we were more than satisfied! The service was extremely fast and professional, we were able to hit the road again in no time!

Let me just tell you. By far the most professional people to deal with. I had tires replaced on an old truck. Without getting into too much detail a few months later I encountered a problem with my vehicle. Without me complaining, the problem was resolved just because of the possibility of it may have been an issue they caused. I’ll say that again. Just in case it might have been their error, they fixed the issue. Needless to say satisfied customer here. Will be a life long customer because of service like that. Thank you again

I have been using Les Schwab for about 10 years and this is the first location in about 4 years that has listened to my concerns. I had been dealing with a tire that would constantly leak in the cold weather and become flat. every time I took in there was nothing wrong with it and they filled it up. Except for this location who took the time to figure out that it had something to do with my sensor. They were able to fix it without me having to replace it, and I have not experienced it since

The guys at Les Schwab in whitefish are amazing! I had low tire pressure and thought it was just from the cold, but when putting air in it at Safeway I heard a leak and discovered a huge nail. Naturally I needed to get it fixed ASAP so I called at 5:59PM, having no clue they closed at 6:00, and even though they were just about to close they told me to come by! So nice! It would suck to get a flat on a dark night like this in the snow during my commute.

I was not from the area, so needed an excellent service and found it here. They ensured my vehicle was safe to drive back home and did not even charge me for the break inspection. Friendly, ethical and knowledgeable staff as well.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a tire shop. I scheduled an appointment a week out for winter change over. I dropped my truck off at 9 am on November 6th and spoke with the attendant at the desk who stated it would cost $70 because my truck has 20 inch rims. She stated that it should only take 2 hours and they would call me when it was finished. At 12:48 pm I received a call stating that we are trying to get this online reservation system figured out; what is going on with your truck? At this point I am flabbergasted. I explained what the agreement was at 9am; the man proceeded to tell me that I did not purchase the tires from them and it would cost $50 a tire?!? I went up to the shop and spoke to the manager (Josh) who told me basically that it was my fault for not telling them they where purchased elsewhere. I understand their policy; however, they should have explained that at some point earlier (the website when I made the appointment, the attendant that morning). This is bad business and I will never go there again.

Blew sidewall of a winter. Sam was able to source and overnight a tire from the plant in Reno, then stayed late on New Year’s Eve to get it put on. Amazing service!

Honestly I used to work at and have done a lot of business With tire shops around the country and Les Schwab is one of the most price gouging tire shops around. I would definitely not be coming here again unless I absolutely had do. The service is great but the prices are horrible.

I was quoted a price, dropped off my car, then received a phone call a short while after saying the price was going to double. Poor communication and unwilling to make it right. Go to Howies Tire and Alignment and skip Les Schwab.

By far, the best Les Schwab I have ever been to! Everyone provided great customer service and they did an excellent job. Josh was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely the place to go in the valley.

Had to deal with a slow leak in a tire while on a road trip. Called Les Schwab in Whitefish Mt. They took me immediately, found a screw, patched the tire and I was on my way in 45 minutes. NO CHARGE! I cant of course guarantee that amazing service.I have bought a set of tires from Les Schwab before and after today, will definitely use them again.

My spare tire was leaking over time. After re-filling, about 2 months would go by, and then enough air would leak out to trip the TPS sensor. Took it in to this Les Schwab. They got right on it. Technician believed that the bead wasnt sealed well, so he cleaned that up and put it back on. Whole thing went fast. I asked what I owed them, and he said, not charging you for that. Wow! That is much better service than I had received at another Les Schwab location some years ago. These guys seem very legit to me.

Took my Subaru in 2 weeks ago because brakes were scraping metal on metal. Had tires changed a month ago and brakes apparently passed inspection then. Something broke and its over $600 to repair the rear brakes. The young man (sales slip says Josh but he denies it now But I have my copy) told me it would take a week to get parts, so to bring it in next Thursday. Then he said to let him verify that with the shop. He went back to work area and when he returned, he told me that since its a special order it may take longer so not to bring it in until they called me. I verified that they would call me when it came in. He said yes but didnt make any notes in their system for anyone to call. The parts came in and because I didnt magically know they were there (waiting for promised call) they sent my parts back. Another week goes by and I finally call to see whats happening and now they have to reorder my parts. Good thing I have a second vehicle or I would be stranded for almost 3 weeks by the time it does get repaired. This is so unlike the service I usually get there as Ive been a customer for years. Why wouldnt they at least give a courtesy call to an established customer that they specially ordered parts for? Hopefully my next encounter will earn them their 5 stars back. One big issue I expect is for a business to accept responsibility and apologize, dont deny the facts. Admit you messed up and dont make excuses or try to blame another employee. As a retired manager, I met every customer complaint with an apology on behalf of my business and moved to fix it. No excuses or passing blame, that just frustrates the already aggravated customer. Had I not gotten an answer today, I did have an alternative business to fix the Subaru.

Im kind of done with Les Schwab. Most anything is a 90-120 minute wait as you refuse to take appointments. When I asked management about this I was told that your clients wouldnt like it. Really? Funny how any decent restaurant takes reservations. And so does Discount Tire down the road.

Woke up this morning to a flat, which could have ruiened our day. The team at Les Schwab Whitefish saved the day! What a great experience getting the tire on our rental car patched. They were fast, kind, and even had unlimited free popcorn, which our kids really enjoyed. Thank you for making this unexpected annoyance a pleasant experience.

Very disappointed with prices here. I’ve done business with them for years however they are now quoting 198.00 for a tire change over.This is way more than other places in town charging 55-70 for the same service. Many people would just hand over the money without knowing.They have lost my business after 12 years. I’m so disappointed in this company.

I took my car in for a flat repair and a tire rotation. Because I had purchased my tires from them, it was a no charge. Les Schwab stands behind what they say and promise.

All Les Schwab Tire Centers have fabulous customer service. There is no other tire company in the west where I would even consider buying tires and here is an example of why I love this business:I have two sets of tires. I have studded snows for the winter which is most of the year here in Montana and some old beat up all season tires for our brief summer months. Twice a year, the good folks at Les Schwab swap my winter tires for the summer and vice versa. But these summer tires have seen far better days.So I brought my truck in recently to get the studs off and the summers put on. I warned the good folks at the counter that the summer tires are beat up and old but it just doesnt make sense to buy new tires for a truck that is already twenty years old especially since most of the year I use the studded snows and they are in good shape.The clerk at Les Schwab says ok we will put the old tires on for the summer but let me dig around in the bin out back first. A few minutes later he comes back in with a set of used, but still very nice, 10 ply truck tires and asks can we mount these instead?This nice tire guy went and found better, safer, and sturdier tires in the used bin instead of taking my money and sending me out the door with the junk tires that I brought in. And heres the amazing part. They didnt want to charge me anything for the upgrade. I had to beg the manager to let me pay extra for upgrading to the better tires!Now please dont bring your junk and expect a free upgrade every time. I didnt expect and I made it a point to pay for the better wheels. But the point is that any business that shows that it cares more about their customers safety than their money is one that I will return to again and again.

Never again. Stopped in April 5 2019 to have tires balanced that were purchased from les swab along with rims. Was told by Sam the manager it would be 76 dollars when I pick up vehicle, told him they were schwab tires. Sam said I would have to pay, because a different company rotated an balanced tires the time before. On paper work for tires it clearly states if youre les schwab-bought tires need rebalancing for any reason they will rebalance all 4 tires free of charge. Been buying tires from schwab for 19years for my personal and business vehicles and have never been charged for rotations and tire balance. Will now take my business elsewhere.

Very friendly, fast, competitive pricing, and knowledgeable. Most recently, they fixed a brake problem that was caused by the dealers failure to perform good work. Zack, they guy who helped us said that they take an additional precaution and apply lock-tite to the threads of the caliper bolt- something the dealer didnt do.At a separate visit, they mended a puncture for free! I was still on my first set of tires and wasnt yet a customer. They definitely earned my business!Very impressed with Les Schwab.
