WBC Whitefish is a convenient location with fast in and out shopping. This store always has what we need and more. We found a dragon kite, kid shovel and rake last time we were there! Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

We had a home built in 2015/2016, and used WBC for many aspects of the build. We were so pleased with the great service! Sara helped with our cabinets, and she was amazing. She worked hard to design our beautiful kitchen layout, and got us just what we wanted within our budget. Were so lucky to have WBC right here in town!

Found material here that was 50% less expensive than anywhere else I could find in the valley. Customer help was fantastic.

Great selection of hardware, tools, and their lumber is better quality than box stores. The staff is always willing to help and great at knowing what theyre talking about, or at least getting you to someone who does. I get why local contractors come to these guys. Prices are middle of the road in terms of most things youd buy here. Not a lot of cheaply made goods found here.

Went to buy lumber, much cheaper than Home Depot. Be sure to check with Western before buying at HD or Lowes.

We had a home built in 2014 and used WBC as our building material supplier. This year we are adding a cable railing system to our porch. It took 3 months to get our order. When we finally got the order, WBC had ordered the wrong mounts and the wrong size wire spools, so they reordered them. When we went to put everything together we discovered they had also ordered the wrong posts. They had ordered posts meant for the balcony of a commercial building and were too long. WBC would not exchange them for the right posts. We spent thousands of dollars at WBC when we had our house built. This railing system was $2000. It is outrageous that they would not make an exchange for an order that they messed up multiple times. We try to support our local businesses instead of buying from big box chain stores. If this is the level of service WBC provides its customers, I understand why people would shop elsewhere. Thats what we will do in the future.
