Hands-down best Verizon store in the North Valley. Don’t even bother going to Kalispell you’re gonna get hit with a four hour wait time just come to this location. They will take much better care of you. Shout out to Colin, He had me in and out in 25 minutes with a brand new phone I wanted set up and everything transferred over. The guy is a rockstar.

Colin is awesome. Super knowledgeable and super quick in helping you get what you need. You don’t see customer service like this. I highly recommend the Whitefish store here over going to Kalispell location.

My experience with Parker in Whitefish was 6 star but still want people to be weary of Verizon because its hard to find a trustworthy and honest sales rep with morals. We usually get screwed over if we arent super careful with who we talk to. Parker in Whitefish is very helpful, trustworthy and actually pays attention to what is going on with our account and how we can pay less but get more. He corrected some silly stuff someone set up in our account that was making us pay more each month than we needed to be. We are very appreciative of all his help!

Great staff, they have lost some amazing employees and management cant seem to hold onto them. More times than not there is only one employee working with numerous people waiting in line. Main CONCERN is that almost every accessory they sell is made in CHINA. Is this really something that we should support in these times? We need answers.

We normally never give reviews especially if they aren’t good. This one was exceptional and can’t be looked over. Worst experience we have ever had at a Verizon store. Not only was the customer service very disappointing but Cavanaugh was disrespectful and cost us over 1000 dollars on our Verizon bill and assured he would get it back for us. He linked our phones to a bigger business in town, had our Verizon bill charged over 1000 dollars, told us to pay it and that he would get every cent back for us and didn’t. We came back a week later and all he does is laugh at you like it’s a joke. He continues to laugh and disrespect us and our entire business. He has now cost us over 2000 dollars and looks at your like your the biggest joke in the world and says he can’t help out. We are now close to pressing charges. It’s so sad to work with people like this is our small little town where everyone used to be trusting and honest.Sorry for the post but being disrespected, laughed at and stolen from isn’t acceptable.

I was talked down to and my privacy was violated outright by their staff. I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years, and after this experience I would NEVER recommend this store or Verizon in general. They dont care about your privacy. They are overcharging customers and providing mediocre customer service at best.

My husband upgraded his iPhone in early May, 2019. We have shared an account for 10 years and always both had the Travelpass for international calls and data as we frequently travel to Canada. The salesperson failed to include my Travelpass in the upgrade, and last month I was billed an extra $350 for several hours of international data.

I disagree with the person above. Why did you wait 45 days if you had a problem with your charger? Most warranties are 30 days for a money-back guarantee. I have had a few problems over the years with my Android Razr Maxx phone and every time I have been helped out and things were taken care of. Ive always been met with great attitudes too. Take it for what its worth, but I like this business.
