Went in here for the first time today and it will definitely not be the last! They have a great selection of oils and vinegars. I wanted to try everything but I must pace myself. Started with the black truffle infused olive oil and white truffle white balsamic vinegar. So good. The woman who helped me was extremely kind and knowledgeable and recommended some great items (hot pepper bacon jam).

Really incredible selection of specialty oils and vinegars. I love they have a reusable/refillable section for the oils and vinegars. The cheese we purchased was delicious!! The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for your wonderful store!

Julie and the crew at Trovare bend over backwards to make customers happy. Their food is amazing and you will not find better service in the valley.

Such a great addition to Whitefish. I love there selection of oils. Some items may seem expensive, however, top quality. Dont let price steer you away, there are a lot of affordable items to be found.I gifted an olive oil and balsamic to a friend who can bring back the bottles and refill them.

Oh where to begin. “We have it back here somewhere, maybe” “I’ve forgotten your order” “do you need something” just a few of the gems we’ve been served here. I’ve spent $100’s here and the service is just not there. They’ll ignore you, forget your order, and ask you why your there. As if you’re there to do anything other than spend money. More than ten orders and only one turned out correct and on time, and even then it was served with a side of attitude - by Mallory. Colombia Falls has the same style shop, however they offer much better customer service - I recommend you check them out... just google Columbia Falls Cheese Boards and you’ll find them.

What an utterly FABULOUS store!!! An exquisitely procured assortment of everything your senses desire! Divine cheeses, culinary gear, confits, etc. SO excited to have this well done store in the valley... It is now a regular stop on my visits to the Flathead, I suggest you go too!...

Went to class last night it was wonderful. Lots of fun to watch and then enjoy the fabulous healthy meal. The store is beautiful and we got to shop afterwards. I’ll be back for both very soon. Thanks for being in Whitefish.
