Best grocery store in the valley! Tom is always working with his staff the keep product on the shelves and a smile on their face. Only place that is organized and clean. Dairy looks fabulous every time. The staff (Samatha Gamble) is helpful and kind. They always know where everything is. Thank you for all your hard work. It really shows!

Excellent parking. Right in line with in / out of Whitefish. Self checkout. But sometimes missing things we were looking to buy for making our meals.

This safeway is a great place to shop, with friendly and efficient staff a delicious Starbucks and good sales plus during the worst of the pandemic they went above and beyond to keep the store as well stocked as possible! Definitely my number one place to shop in the area!

Price, Value were right on, Quality of fresh product, Variety top notch, Ease of flow thru store (stocked logically), And exceptional customer service at check out...So impressed. Highly recommend.

Sharp zone, stocked shelves, Starbucks was tasty. Before 9am on a Monday and I was in and out.Something else - the parking lot has double striped parking spots so it is better suited for all the big money full sized SUVs and big boi trucks. Less issues with kids dinging your doors with their doors. Its something you wouldnt think about unless youve been somewhere that seems to only accommodate clown cars.

Busy place, great deals if you become a member for free. Great home town feel.

Terrible customer service at the customer service desk today at 6:40 pm on Sept. 22. The man said he was also covering self checkout. He was clearly upset about his job and took it out on me. With attitude, he straight up refused to help me. Drove across the street to the Cenex store to get what I needed.

Great bakery but otherwise pretty crowded with few places to park. Super1 just after. Less crowded better produce prices wider aisles and better prices in general. Tourists must not know about Super1. Super1 just needs a better bakery. Read hot french bread?

Over time I have grown to like this store more and more. They have expanded their selection of natural and organic items, and I was thrilled when they started carrying Ellenos Yogurt! (Try it, youll understand). I can almost always find what I need, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It is definitely a Safeway with items in it. Its chain store, what else is there to say?

Very clean. Great deli. Has all your normal fried foods. But tons of salads, and other healthier foods. But my favorite is salt and vinegar fried chicken.

I have always been a huge fan of Safeway. Its always very very clean, well put together. I never have a hard time finding things. Everyone is always so helpful.

Store is clean, staff is not always friendly but most times you find the friendly positive that makes it worth coming back. Parking is my main concern. Not designed for big vehicles (anything bigger than a prius will find it a very tight fit).

Great flower selection! Made centerpieces and bouquets for my sisters wedding using only flowers from here! Calla lilies, roses, hydrangea, mums, babys breath, eucalyptus--all there!

Delivery was super quick and the guy delivering was super nice and knew it was urgent :))). They left a cute little note along with it which was also super nice.

Best - but priciest- grocery store around. I love that they take covid seriously but maybe they take it too seriously? Whose bright idea was it to remove the dividers from the checkout lanes? People who are practicing social distancing still need to separate their groceries from the person who is paying 6+ feet away.

Nice store, lots of fresh food and other goodies like hand cream and shampoo, cooking tools, camping stuff. One checker did not cover his nose with his mask, even when requested by customer. Other customers didnt fully cover nose with masks.

Fairly well stocked, even on the last day of this weeks sale items. Pleasant folks working at the Whitefish, MT store.

I love that store! My partner is having gluten issues and Safeway has a great selection of gluten free products. They have great deli too and decent prices.

If I could give no stars I would I ordered a birthday cake two weeks ago to be ready no one returned my calls I finally called them and they told me that they were not making my cake because they didn’t know how or didn’t have enough time to order the style setting I wanted no phone call no communication. Then the person decided to blame it on the new person that took the order when I clearly saw the new person. ......Never will use this place again

Helpful staff. Great produce, and the chicken and Chinese food takeout deli are pretty good. The mandarin chicken is especially delicious. The pharmacy is open later than most, but the one time I used it the pharmacist short changed me on my prescription.

The bathroom was filthy dirty. The manager probably lives that way

You can definitely tell the lady that was cleaning the store dose not work hear anymore. Store is not close to being as clean as it used to be. You should think about switching cleaning company. Bathroom are a mess.

They work there employees to hard and have quick discussion on how they do things which could improve if the hot shots called better shots and work as a team ..good place to buy food over all friendly employees.. I just wished they would get treated better..its a New year things do change.. my prayers goes out to all the hard working people that shine with there Ethics 🙂

Store layout was a bit wild but thats pretty standard for a Safeway.Employees were friendly, prices were on the lower end of average which is nice, they had a great selection, and the deli was great.

Just another grocery store, much smaller than Kroger and Smiths, but it still have the basic essentials. And if this store doesnt have what you need theres other grocery store within a mile to shop at.

Has what most other grocery stores have but I almost always prefer Safeway over the other big brands. Very nice and quick checkers at the counters. Deli does really good sandwiches for an on-the-go lunch.

Very impressed here in Whitefish. When I was in Safeway in Estes Park in June it was unbelievable. Narrow aisles with boxes on the floor. Not enough room for 2 carts to pass each other. Customers pushing carts like madmen.

Very nice clean store. I enjoy the bake goods and the deli has a HUGE selection of items! Small sitting area to have a cup of coffee (Starbucks inside) or your lunch (hot food here too with a soup bar). The meat department has very nice already prepared meals (stuffed chicken, flank steak roll and more). The produce area is large with a good selection. The wait time to check out hasnt been too bad -- only around the holidays. Nice wide isles and very bright lighting. One of my favorite stores in the Whitefish area!

Sometimes the food is too old, at least look old, because I dont buy it if is looking like that

I love this Chic and modern grocery store. Theyre very classy in their presentation because of the community that they service but their prices are not extravagantly different. they have the best roses in the valley hands down that last weeks Beyond any other place Ive found. They do have Starbucks which is great. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good store. The help was rather weird. They made me feel like I didnt belong there. Being that I was out of towner I guess fitting. I am moving there however. I hope its not always like that.

I go in there mainly to buy flowers for gravesite. I find what I want and for a very good price. Employees are helpful and nice.

There was a time when they were always competitive but now it is common for them to be higher than 2 stations a block away. I only go there when Ive earned the 10 cent discount. Their pop and candy are high. However, the employees here are so friendly and helpful. I do like interacting with them.

Its just about what one would expect for a small town grocery store. Well stocked, and easy to navigate. A bit pricier to what youre probably used to. Club cards are required for the noted sales. Ask your cashier nicely and you should have no trouble getting the sale prices.

I go here Daily, the staff is excellent Friendly is a understatement, they have become part of my daily routine. Good Produce, Good Bulk, and Good Drink Selection. Sales can he amazing if you make it in on time.
