Mesa is part of United Van Lines which made moving my house from Houston to Kalispell, MT a cinch. The quote they provided was less than if I did it myself in those U-Pack boxes, plus I was able to have white glove installation added onto the delivery.My install crew was excellent! Colin, Nick and Tony were professional, efficient, and accommodating. It took longer than I hoped to get the install scheduled, but its busy season and they showed up on time and got everything unpacked and installed the way I wanted.

I had to call pretty much every moving company in the Flathead Valley to see if we could get our organ moved. No one would take the job except for Mesa. These guys were incredible movers: Josh led a crew (Dante, Larrison, and Mason) lifting a 450 pound organ into our choir loft.... Not an easy job filled with many obstacles- the move went very smoothly and they were fantastic. Very thankful for Mesa Movers!

The 2 young men, Dontae and Colin, were kind and courteous and helped make the stressful experience of moving less stressful. The physical circumstances were not ideal. There were a lot of stairs to navigate and a door or two not quite wide enough to accommodate some larger furniture items; however those 2 young men took it all in stride and stayed very relaxed and positive all the while. They did an excellent job!!! Kudos to Mesa Moving for employing such wonderful folks, and I hope they recognize the value these 2 men bring to their company. I highly recommend Mesa Moving.

The move was very quick, Dustin and Brandon were both very professional and funny made the move go by so much more quicker than I anticipated. Brady & Brandon delivered our overflow items from an out of state move. They were very careful with all of our things, I really appreciate the extra care they took with my Vespa. This company was hired to make the on site delivery for another shipping company. As of now, it is two days late. I attempted to reach them four times today and left messages. I called the other shipping company and they got a hold of them and said I would hear from them by 9am. Its now 6pm and still no returned call. Additionally, when I look up the tracking number it claims that and attempt to set up a delivery appointment had been made, when in fact, they havent reached out to me at all! On top of all this fantastic service, they are closed for the weekend.

We had a HUGE move this week. My parents were downsizing. Their home is filled with antiques, treasures and even an antique Steinway Grand Piano. We had items going to the new home and multiple storage units. From the first walk through MESA movers were great communicators, thorough, polite, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Tremendous qualities when you are leaving a home you loved. They called to let us know when they were coming and arrived on time all 3 days. The team leader was EXCELLENT! Josh led a wonderful team (Byron, Dustin, Chris, Damien & Tyler) Each of the men had positive attitudes, willing to adapt as needed and always had great suggestions and they NEVER made you feel bad when you had them adjust a carpet multiple times or accidentally stood there trying to think exactly where you wanted that side table as they are patiently waiting- all the while holding the heavy item! I have told multiple people about our wonderful movers that took such care of our beloved possessions- the men kept running back UP THE RAMP to get more- never groaning or complaining and they did it for days! There was nothing I asked that they weren’t willing to do. It was a pleasure- they made a very somber time for me and my family, stress-free and painless. Who can ask anything more from your movers? I have used other movers in the valley, all of them paled in comparison with MESA’s professionalism & in the care that they took with our belongings! Thank you Josh, Byron and the rest of your terrific team!

We had a very good experience with Mesa Moving. We have had 7 out of state moves in the past 25 years and our experience with Mesa Moving was outstanding compared to every other moving company we have used. They arrived on time, completed our move in, in record speed (a full house of furniture in a little over 4 hours) and were courteous and respectful. I couldn’t ask for anything more. We do have some outstanding claims for damaged furniture (our furniture was damaged while it was in storage) and are still waiting to hear from anyone more than 3 weeks after our move -but I am assuming that this has nothing to do with the professionals who moved us into our home. Even amidst this crazy COVID-19 era, the company responded to our inquiry immediately and retrieved our furniture out of storage (where it had to go when the moving company we originally retained completely flaked on us) and moved us in with minimal delay. I hope I never move again, but if I do, I won’t make the mistake of calling any other company before calling Mesa Moving and Storage.

This company is very professional while being personable starting at the top and working down. The guys who moved me were wonderful. They went beyond the call of duty. I had a desk that wouldn’t fit through the door. They took the time to take it apart as well as take the door off and then put everything back together. I would not hesitate to use Mesa Moving in the future.

They do not answer their phones even on the day they are supposed to be delivering to you. They were a no show on our first attempt at delivery, and no one called to tell us... we had to call about ten times until customer service from an out of area place helped us. The second attempt, they showed up with a poorly equipped vehicle after being told repeatedly the type of road they would be dealing with. After leaving, no one called us to tell us if they were still planning to continue the delivery that day. No items showed and after calling six times, we were told they would not be delivering that day. We are still waiting to get our items. Poorly managed and totally unorganized. I realize weather can play into delivery but the lack of communication is inexcusable.

The staff at Mesa went out of their way to get us out of a jam! Mark (site manager - ? title) and Josh (warehouse manager) PERSONALLY came out to unload a small load from a cargo van for us following a minor hiccup in scheduling. We had exotic pets who were depending on getting their enclosures unloaded. Everything was done quickly and with great care! Mesa took great care of us even though we had small needs. I think this is their nature! Fantastic customer service and excellent movers!

I hate to write negative reviews, but I just had a pretty poor experience and Im bummed out about it. Amazon chose MTS to deliver some flat pack furniture, Mergenthaler is the local transfer station for them.I got an exception email from amazon saying my package couldnt be delivered. So I called the local MTS number and talked with Christy who was snippy with me immediately, and continued to be short and rude throughout both conversations.I explained that the driver was mistaken, there was a note on the door (where they told me to put it) and that waiting until Tuesday for their next opening wasnt going to work for me.The driver left all the boxes (which are all in very poor condition) in the middle of my sidewalk, rather than on my porch... According to Amazon this was supposed to be porch delivery not random front yard delivery.I guess my biggest problem was the office lady Christy who was just rude for no reason.Hope her day improves or something and shes nicer in the future.I also hope my furniture isnt screwed up.

I had ordered a full size mattress and box spring through Costco and it was delivered on Monday, October 7th. Brian and his co-worker (I apologize for not remembering his name) arrived first thing in the morning at my house with my new mattress. They helped take apart the old bed frame and assisted us in setting up the new bed frame. They quickly brought in the new mattress and box spring, carefully placed the new mattress and box spring on the new frame and took away all the packaging. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I would call Mesa Moving and Storage again......great company!

It was easy to make an appointment for a move with Tammy, and she called the day before to let me know what time the truck would arrive. Micah and Dante arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. We had no damage to any of our furniture or boxes during the move. Recommended!

Fast and really efficient. I liked that I was able to schedule my movers with only a few days advance notice. When they came they were really conscientious of the things that needed to be moved and the other items in the house and made sure nothing got damaged.

Had the greatest experience with Mesa Moving from Whitefish. Doing a three state move is super stressful in general, but Ian, Joe, and Marvin were a delight to have around on our moving day! Mesa has moved a few things for us now and its been great each time! One time they had to move a safe out of a very tight place and dinged the wall. I wouldnt have noticed it but the mover immediately told us. Mesa called us right away to schedule a repair and sent a great drywall guy to fix it perfectly. They show up on time and are friendly and fast!!

First time deal with a moving company and theses guiyes are the best. They showed up early and boxed and wrapped everything. And then went out of there way to make sure that all the glass items picture frames were hella pack. We have a very heavy antique player piano. Josh, Ian, Dante, and Trent came. They made every effort to make sure both the piano and our house were safe from harm as they brought that huge piano up from the basement. I was very impressed and most notably made moving a far less painful experience. Really couldnt have asked for a better team, it was much appreciated. They also stayed in great communications with an oversized load that required 2 trips.

We had them pack our home in Washington, and move us to Montana. They were prompt and fast at packing, however over time after moving we realized that there were numerous items that were not delivered to our new home. They made absolutely no attempt to locate our belongings when I inquired. True, I did sign the paperwork that said we received everything--hey the truck looked empty. I expected them to be professional and responsible, and actually keep all of my things together. If they had even made some kind of effort to find these missing boxes/items, or pretended to try to locate them, then I would have felt much better. Where in the world would they leave them if they werent delivered to me? And who else would possibly want them? Stay away. Look for a different moving company that will take care of your belongings.

Im an Allied Van Lines driver. I was new coming up to the area, so I had doubts of being able to find good help. Such a thing is hard to find these days. We had to move a 1,500lb safe from truck to garage down a gravel driveway. The crew that was sent out to me blew me away. I had a baby grand piano that needed to go up a flight of stairs. At first I couldnt find anyone that would even attempt it. Finally found Mesa and they said no problem! I was still really nervous, which I didnt need to be... because Trent, Dontae, Byron and Alex handled it! So excited to have my baby in our new home.

AA moved our entire office of 30 employees in less than two days! Sherman, Aaron, James and Coy were hard-working, professional and incredibly accommodating. AA Moving did such a great job moving us we have already recommended them to our close friends. The guys were fast but careful and gentle. (especially with our antiques) We felt like they were friends by the time they left.Wonderful experience! Thanks!

We would give zero stars if possible. Our valuable belongings were damaged due to how things were loaded in the truck, then transferred to a second truck and then a crate, and then another truck in transit. The movers who unloaded were aghast at how the crate exploded with heavy items careening down the ramp. We filed a claim with photographs to prove the damages and were told the damaged pieces were disallowed due to us disposing of them after the movers told us they had documented the damages. Read everything carefully! We paid the extra insurance on top of the expensive cost of the move to prevent this-save your money and frustration. Better yet, hire local movers on each end and rent a U-Haul to insure you get your items safely to your next home.

These guys are the BEST! Todd and crew are always professional but yet make it fun to have them moving whatever it is we ask. They have moved fire proof cabinets up and down stairs and through small areas without a I dont think this will work I refer to them as the 3 Musketeers with a vivid sense of humor.

Aaron and his helper did a fantastic job moving all the furniture in our 4-bdrm home including a very large and very heavy 100+ year-old upright grand piano. They did it all in 3 1/2 hours and nothing was even scratched in the process. They were upbeat the whole time, very prompt and quick, and once in the new house placed everything where I wanted it and even put together the beds. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
