We bought a Subaru Forester yesterday from Chad and Kyle (I spoke briefly with Tabby and another guy, sorry I can’t remember his name, finished up the paperwork for us). I feel we got a good deal on a vehicle I have been wanting for awhile. I was told there were no broken windows (I’m not sure who it was on the phone though) or major body damage but on my way home yesterday I noticed that the sunroof does in fact have a crack in it about 8 inches long and I’m mad at myself for missing it. I’m not sure I would have bought it if I had seen the crack in the sunroof but it is what it is. They have a lot of great looking vehicles on their lot so if you need a car then I would check out what they have. My husband is getting a car next year and we will, most likely, check out what they have available first before, possibly, looking elsewhere. Always do your own DD though and don’t just trust blindly and that goes for any place or person you make a big purchase from or take advice from (including this review, I can only tell you my experience). I’m hoping I can get it fixed without it costing me a lot of money. I will update my review after owning the vehicle for a few months. I debated adding that information to my review but after thinking about it I knew it was something I would want to know and I rarely believe the reviews that are nothing but kudos for the person or business they are leaving a review for. I’ve lived long enough to know that things are rarely perfect in life lol. So check them out because they may just have the perfect car for you or you and your family. I had such an amazing experience with Cat and Kara!!! Not to exclude any other staff as they were all welcoming and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

After one day of owning the car it wouldnt start. My warranty roadside wasnt updated in the system yet so couldnt use them without paying even more. Ended up paying Triple A instead who within seconds of having trunk open said that it was the wrong size battery for the car. He ran the test which came back that it was a bad battery as well. He noticed that because it was the wrong battery for the car it wasnt connected the an exhaust tube for the gas from the battery to escape the car. This let the gas being produced from the battery linger in the trunk and filter to the rest of the car. This of course is very dangerous.I called and informed management on voice-mail and also contacted a lawyer incase they are needed. I look forward to hearing what they have to say. Whoever runs the Facebook for them took my post holding the sign next to the car that says joining the family down and blocked me from commenting when I said on there that it seems I made a mistake. Nice to hide your mistakes from customers I suppose.Edit to add that it also says it is time for an oil change. Wow one day after having it. Way to help your customers out and set them up for success. I even asked about oil change during the process and was told it was good for awhile until I get on my routine. 1 day is good for awhile to get on my routine? Not impressed one bit and find it curious it didnt say anything about oil change when I test drove it.In my view I would say 100% DONT BUY FROM HERE! Going to be a long 5 years it looks like for me and them.

Called chad about a Subaru that has been there for over a month, tell him we’re coming from 5 hours away will it be there when we get there? “Oh yeah it’ll be here”. We drive 5 hours from Michigan for you too say you sold it a hour before we got their without even calling too let us know or anything of the sort when you knew we were coming from 5 hours away too pick it up. Then “chad” tries too sell us another Subaru that he just mistakenly didn’t realize didn’t have an air conditioner, the glove box fell out of the car into our lap when we opened it, then even after all that when we were willing too pay 8000 for a over priced piece of junk they wouldn’t even replace the air conditioner that they knew was messed up from the VERY start. They say they check the cars inside & out but didn’t think too check for air conditioning or if the glovebox stayed in tact when opening it? Very shady car lot with terrible sales people. Then when we were about too leave they run out and ask for the keys too the Subaru we test drove and the keys were literally sitting on the owners desk inside the building. It’s like they were all high or something honestly no real work getting done, no working on cars, no trying too cut people a deal when they messed up & they are trying too sell lemons as fully loaded cars. I’d recommend buying a car from literally anywhere else. -Sincerely the people you told “we don’t care if we sell you a car we sell cars all day”

Just gave this place a bad review and they immediately removed it. Chad was a terrible salesman, he said he’d hold a Subaru Impreza after I called about it for days in a row, and made the 5 hour drive to get there. Literally just left with no car, because chad wanted to sell me a Subaru Forester missed an ac belt, it had no ac and they didn’t mention it and even said “some people remove them on purpose “ unbelievable. Chad refused to make a deal, saying he’s “not doing the back and forth” they have a terrible business and I can’t believe they have customers with the way they treat people and lie to you right in your face. I will be reporting to the bbb. You can remove the post all you want it will be back up, to try to help people stay away from this place.

I bought a Chevy Equinox back in February. It was nice. I quickly discovered the gas mileage on it is not so good. I later took the car for an oil change. The technicians discovered the computer dangling from the cables, unattached to the battery, where it mounts. Whoever does their mechanical work needs improvement. The air conditioning unit does not work. I need to have that repaired.I am otherwise happy with my purchase. They gave me an opportunity to rebuild my credit by purchasing from them. First off their pictures do pretty good at hiding problems cosmetically on their cars. Not only that but Ive had a vehicle for 5 months and have already replaced a long list of items on it. I purchased an 08 Suburban, automatically had to put struts, shocks, lower ball joints on it. After 2 months it started smoking heavily and needs engine work. I called and they said I didn’t purchase a warranty (which I was never offered.) Why I wouldn’t purchase one on a $10,000 purchase is beyond me. I ask what they can do and they say refer me to a shop and I wasn’t happy. I asked again what other options and he says “well if there’s nothing else I can do for ya, have yourself a good day” and hangs up the phone. I call back someone else answers and says he listened in and I didn’t get hung up on. Says the phone must’ve disconnected. They are liars and thieves.

This company received my information from the finance company and called me immeadiately. He asked what I had down. I gave one number and he cut that number by $500 and advised me to start there. They ran the basics, gave me a checklist and had me check out their online inventory. I chose 2 cars and went for my test drive 2 days later. Im a suv driver who has never driven a car so it was rough. Ashley was very patient and informative giving me little tips as to why things seemed so different. After driving 4 cars I fell in love with a Kia Optima. Once I chose it took about an hour and a half to fianalize. I must say I was terrified to come alone because of how we think sales people are. My Son had a lil cold so Dad couldnt come. They made my purchase as painless as I ever experienced! I literally sat waiting for some dramatics to come but nothing did. Easiest car shopping ever with the most polite, upfront and honest people Ive ever come across in car sales. He was so forward I was literally thanking him for pointing things out. Feb 28th purchased 2011 GMC TerrainMar 1st took to mechanic and was advised to take it back ref wasnt a good buy.Mar 2nd notified dealership. Was advised to take to Circleville for repair.Mar 4th car taken to CirclevilleMar 5th was advised it was the timing chain at $1200 and I was to pay halfMar 11th was advised it was ready for pick up. I went around 3pm and upon leaving lights started popping on dash (engine, brakes, traction) immediately called dealership who began stating sensor or bearing without even seeing the vehicle. I went straight to work (Ref late from having to drive to circlevile). Got off around 10pm upon leaving more lights came on dash and sound was worse. A text was sent to dealership along with picture and video. Also called Circleville requesting to speak to Owner or General Manager. The following morning called back to Circleville was told to talk to Brandon B. at Columbus site but he wouldnt be in until 3.March 12th waited until noon no return call. Vehicle was returned to low-cost North advise Ask Ashley if she had receive the message she said yes so I stated to her I had not got a return call and advised that also I had called the South asking for general manager they said I need to speak to a Mr. B (who would not be in till 3) however when I arrived at the North site he was there. Mr. B did drive it and thought it was a wheel bearing and he also noticed that there was something wrong with the low idle. He advised the vehicle would be towed back to the Circleville site and that the vehicle with either; one be repaired and restored into working order or another vehicle switched out. I inquired on how long It should take Mr Bartlett advised a couple days and he would know. Ashley drove me home.Received call March 16th to pick up title. No update on vehicle. I advised Id pick title up with vehicle once repaired. No comment made on status of vehicle.March 19th Its been an entire week with no contact from the dealership. At this point I have chosen to wait to see how long it will take for them to get back to me.After receiving email from Ashlee (Fri 3rd of April) I went to The Circleville location on April 6th 2020 at approx 2pm. The vehicle sounded much better and drove well. Timing chain changed lifters replaced and sensor replaced. After driving it around thru the day a thank you email sent to Ashlee.

Terrible! My car that I purchased not even 30 days ago broke down! Spoke to the manager Brandon and he said it was not his problem. I am beyond disappointed that I have to pay over $2000 in repairs right before Christmas! Do not purchase from them!

Called about a car, scheduled a test drive, arrived on time, and was told I could not take it for test drive. Was offered several other cars and, to be honest, it felt like a bait and switch ploy, so I left. I wasnt gone two minutes when they called to say i could come back and test drive the car I wanted in the first place, solidifying my belief that this was a shady dealership. I purchased my vehicle from a more reputable dealer and will never waste my time at this place again.

Waste of time. Told me they do trades toward a different car. They could not offer me on site because their boss was at a different location. Never called me back, when i attempted to find out what was going on I was told selling my car privately is my best bet. Who does that? Terrible salesmanship. Practically threw my car and cash at them to get into something slightly newer and the scoffed at me. Idiots.

Purchased Ford Escape for 12599.00 on 5/30 then 19 days later (6/19) car just quit. had it towed to mechanic who advised it needed new motor. I called dealership on 6/20 and spoke ti keith who said they’d have their mechanic evaluate so they picked it up on 6/22 and had it until 7/17. On 6/25, Keith called me to advise their mechanic agreed and they would replace motor with my only cost of half the labor which would be $800. So I agreed because he said it would only take 2-3 days to fix once they had motor and it would most likely have less miles on it. Also he said it would come with 30 day warranty. I called 6/27 and he said they did not have motor yet. I called 6/29 and Brandon said they got motor on 6/28 and it would be installed 7/1-7/2 so I could pick it up 7/2 or 7/3. I called on 7/2 and Keith said it would not be done that week and that “I should be patient with the process” because their 3 mechanics had 10+ projects going on. I called on 7/5 and spoke to brandon who said car was not done and that “I should be happy he is paying half of the labor but if not that I could pick up my half taken apart car and fix it myself”. I called on 7/9 and left message—no return call. I called on 7/10 and keith said it should be done 7/11 or 7/12 because first motor they got was bad. (something they never told me) I called 7/12 and keith said he had no news but that “bugging him would get us nowhere”. On 7/16, Brandon said car was ready, 26 days from day they picked it up

I would NEVER send anybody there they are very shady sold me a suv with a trans that went out the same day maybe 8 9 hours i only put 100 miles on it.they lie so much its crazy and tried me make me pay for the trans wouldnt give me my money back nor trade my car out for a different one. said they didnt want to be stuck with the cost of fixing their car. the OWNER said he would give me 2 grand then didnt do so cause i wanted a 2nd shop to make sure. i have a case going with them right now, you wouldnt give me my 1300 hun back but would give me 2k for a trans now what type of sense is it please dont trust them i dont even write reviews but this place will rob you if your not very very careful the man told me I BROKE THE CAR like huh smh lol

Lots of problems that left the car unable to be driven after 4 days.To be fair, I did buy the car as is, and they did give me the ☎ for a mechanic, but with the problems my car has I would have liked the opportunity to choose a different car even if it was a few more $$$.Cars are always going to need something so take it to a mechanic before you buy it. I now have a $6000 flower pot because I did not.

Buy a car from there exactly two weeks ago today I have already had to put $3,500 into the vehicle I called to see if they can help they told me no the rack and pinion went out on my car the front strut went out on my car my brakes went out in the rear had to replace all those I do not recommend this place at all

If I could give it -5 Stars, then I would. During a test drive the SUV cuts off and a rep from the store had to come pick my and myself up but they said only some wire had come loose. We asked the sales rep and the finance person what happens if something goes wrong with the car in the next 30 days...will offer any type of assistance? Was told by both they would assist. My wife purchased a vehicle and 3 days later the engine light comes on. We were told that when cars sit for a while, these things happen. To but a product from an auto store and that take care of the problem. Then the Reduced Engine Power comes on and the car only goes up to 15 mph.Call and spoke to the owner BRANDON the owner and he asked if weve taken it to a mechanic because if it was the transmission then he would see what he could do but other than that....it sounds like normal wear and tear. Took it to a mechanic and we had a serious problem with the engine. Called BRANDON the owner, back to report this and was told it was nothing he could do because we driving it home. BRANDON the owner, said that we were causing all the damage to the car and that he doesnt believe tat we took it to a good mechanic because the mechanic couldnt fix it. Then told us in order to consider him paying a percentage of the cost, we had to have the car towed that same night to Groveport or he couldnt do anything. Was friendly staff but they didn’t not make it clear what my closing cost was! He didn’t explain the finance part of it! He also told me the wrong price! Now I’m stuck paying 11,000 on a 2008 Acura with 182,000 miles I am very upset they didn’t take the time to explain the finance. Now there is nothing I can do! And This is my first time buying a car from a dealer and now I’m stuck paying for a car that I could of bought brand new! Very disappointing!

Today i went to low cost cars and had planned on looking at an suv . But it had a problem and the salesman that i was working with his name is kevin . He did all he could do to get me in an suv i ended up buying a 2008 jeep patroit i really like it and so does my wife so i want to thank kevin for all he done for me and also branden the fiance manger your staff was great and i thank you all so very much .
