Excellent service thank you for your kindness and ears when we couldnt speak

Service was good but their return policy needs improvement. Bought these $50 headphones they didnt work properly tried to return it or exchange and they wouldnt let me 👎🏾 lol I got finessed fr 💯

Absolutely the worst ran business...meechie...who claims to be the part owner is the worst customer service person...he is rude and will not help you at all. I bought a brand new phone. That same night it froze up on me. I took it back to him the next day and he refused to do anything about it. I went down the road to the other store on Hamilton rd and at least these guys put in a warrenty phone replacement for me. Please do not go to this metro pcs...choose a different location.

The man was very rude to my mom. He started screaming at my mom because she was telling him we didnt want the insurance. He was very rude and disrespectful. I told him I didnt want the insurance because I was pretty good with my phone, but he kept on insisting we get the insurance no matter how many times we told him no. Thanks to us getting the insurance, my phone bill is now $6 more...bummer

My experience at this location was good. Employee answered my questions and gave me suggestions of promotions and upgrades available.

New management..in our location now i will be there personally at least 3 days in a week from 10 am till 8pm ..usually mondays thrusdays n Fridays.. If any concerns while purchasing anything plz feel free to come in ill try to help in the best way possible..Hope to see you guys in.. Jess
