I go to the CVS on Main and Hamilton open 24 hours that really comes in handy the pharmacy crew are awesome very quick patient they have a young man that works at the drive-thru window his name is Ty hes awesome very polite very respectful keep up the good work time we need more workers like you🤗

Simply went in there for some q-tips and ask the cashier where I could find them.. she told me aisle 1 in a voice as if I was disrupting her from being on her phone.I went there and past them several time because they were on the bottom shelf in the baby aisle. Went back to pay for my items and try to start a conversation with her and she had this stank attitude as if I was bothering her.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacy staff might be the rudest least helpful people I have encountered on my thirty years on this planet. I went eight times and seven out of those eight I got no answers and the pharmacy staff was incredibly rude. Ive dealt with probably every employee at the pharmacy and they just get worse and worse. I had to switch to Walgreens.

I took a prescription to the CVS pharmacy on Thursday 5/13 gave pharmacist not the assistant my ID card and he wrote the info on the prescription. I was told they would call or text me when ready. I did get 1 call from them and assumed that was the call stating my order was ready. I went back today to pick up my order to find that they had never been filled. The pharmacist I originally spoke with was very rude and couldn’t even really explain and rudely handed me my prescriptions. I called my insurance and was told they did not renew their contract with UHC.What could have been done better is:1) When I handed him my ID card he should have been aware that it said UHC and that they are no longer in network.2) A message should have been left advising me of this when the call was made.But I realized I can’t expect to much from this CVS location they don’t care enough to cut the grass or pick up the trash outside of the store. So just like all the trash on the outside the CUSTOMER SERVICE was TRASH as well. I will NEVER visit the CVS location at the corner of Hamilton Rd and Main St in Whitehall Ohio ever. Possibly won’t visit any CVS locations.

The pharmacy at this store is extremely understaffed. The staff that are there are doing their best to keep up with the in-store customers and the drive-thru window, but the phone gets neglected because there just arent enough people working. So far Ive been on hold for 37 minutes. Im about ready to transfer my prescriptions somewhere else. They need to hire more people to work at this pharmacy!!!

The star is for customer service, its always stellar, but the inside, outside parking lot and shelves are the absolute worst Ive EVER SEEN in and outside of the US! Do better, absolutely disgusting!

Ive been using this pharmacy for years. Today my brother called me and told me he went to get a photo for his CCW license. The employee I guess her name is Nancy decided to tell him not to go and shoot up Polaris. Like that was a funny thing to say to a young man that is trying to own and have a weapon the responsible way. He called me very shaken and angry by that. I called and talked with the manager Brandon and he seemed not to concerned by it. I will be pulling my prescriptions and moving it to another pharmacy. And will never use that location again.

I prefer this pharmacy if im looking for useful items like first aid kits and medicine sometimes that i cant find in a supermarket.

Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary.Tried to purchase medicine and was told I could not buy what I needed that was being sold on the shelf. Found a different type they would let me purchase (the last one left) but the lady at the register decided she was going to aggressively cough into her hand then grab my item with the germ covered hand and put it into the bag.Who does that at a helt/medicine store?

I know a lot of you may not agree with my post but I am extremely disappointed that I went into their store and two employees and the security guard had their masks down under their chins and was talking to a customer... I myself have extreme asthma and my husband has quite a few extreme health issues where he is in the hospital every other month... I have done everything in my power to make sure I avoid this disease at all cost as I do not want to lose my husband... I expect this from Burger King or any fast food restaurant but not an establishment that makes their business on health...

Tried calling this pharmacy as I am considering changing from Walmart. First time I called I sat on hold for 13 minutes without anyone answering so I hung up. Called back half hour later and after sitting on hold for 15 minutes decided they are too busy for my business. They didnt even have the courtesy to pick up their phone.

I recently had to switch pharmacies because the previous one stopped taking my insurance, and choosing CVS was the worst decision ever. It took them three times of me bugging them to even get them to look into getting my profile from the previous place and even when they finally did so, they didnt do it right and dropped record of all but one of my medications! I have an autoimmune disease, and a lot of my prescriptions are absolutely essential to my well being, not ones that I can just quit taking because they didnt feel like doing their jobs correctly!! Worst pharmacy Ive every been to in my life.

This has to be the slowest Pharmacy in Columbus, no matter which location I go to I literally sit/stand in line for 10-20 mins if not longer. If my insurance had not changed I would never to to this store!!!!

This INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF refused to help be find my life saving drug. They chose to hang up on me instead. Then refuse to answer my calls. I was so kind to them over the phone.

I shop all the time at this CVS. The staff there is very helpful and kind I went to the pharmacy and there was a Asian pharmacist that had took his time and went out his way to help me. I had really appreciate his service and all of the other staff members at this location.

The staff here have always been helpful and patient. When I was here late one night last week, there was a long line at the pharmacy, a constant stream of calls, and someone clearly strung out on drugs very agitated....yet the staff kept in constant motion, working fast, and taking it calmly, all in stride. They were very professional....I couldnt do their jobs.

I have 3 prescriptions one being hydrocodone syrup. The pharmacist said they don’t carry it and told me to go to Pickerington. I asked if they could call because I live in Gahanna and I don’t want to drive any further and then not have it, they told me No. I am now at the Pickerington location and they don’t have it however they said the system says Hamilton and Main St had plenty. Why would they lie? Why would they just not check the system or call for me? I am very sick and upset I had to drive all over town for them to send me away. Now the Pickerington location has called Cleveland Ave and made sure they have what I need and have let them know I am on my way. Now that is customer service. Not everyone looking to get a narcotic prescription is up to no good maybe we’re really sick. I will never visit this location ever again. If I could give zero stars I would

I stopped by here looking for post-season discounted Easter candy for my kids. I had to be working during Easter, and couldnt have the kids. I only had $3 left in my checking account, and brought my found change jar into the store. I know - cringe. But I didnt have other options, and I wanted to be able to give the kids some sort of Easter candy. :(Erica was helpful in telling me where to find it, and once I got to the register, Craig (big guy) saw me holding my change jar and made sure Erica got me as a customer. I let her know I only had $3 on my account and the rest Id have to pay for in change. She was so nice about it!! Craig had actually made the assumption that every single coin in the jar was a penny - so not only did he pawn off what he thought would be too tedious of a job onto a subordinate, he also thought it was worst case scenario and that he was making her have to count out multiple dollars worth of change in just pennies!! I would be livid if I worked for this guy!! Now, Ive worked places before where they can weigh pennies to make it faster. It may be an exception, but Im nearly positive Ive had it done at a CVS in the past. Regardless, when asked, Craig shook his head, refused to make eye-contact, twitted a bit and said, Nope. Youve gotta count every single one. He casually shrugged, turned his back and walked away.Nice leadership, bawss. The store was empty. It wouldnt have been hard to even help.Me and Erica counted through the extra few dollars fine, mostly using quarters, nickels and dimes. She even, for the last 18 cents, used all pennies so that I could save some of my bigger coins :) When I apologized about the inconvenience, she was so kind and said, Oh, its not an inconvenience, dont worry about it! Well get it taken care of. This positive attitude, as Craig went off to fumble around in some aisle somewhere.Now, on a personal note, Im really glad I got Ericas help. I know what its like on the other side of that counter, but some of us are firing on all cylinders and still have to get the old change jar out from time to time. Shes an employee who understands that.Far as this Craig bloke? On a professional level... Disappointing, unprofessional, lacks leadership and interpersonal skills. And on a personal level? ...I hope he dies fat and alone 😂. I didnt check for a ring on his finger but either way, I know hes at least halfway there. RIP big guy!

Pharmacy staff is a bunch of rude, incompetent liars. I have been trying for almost three weeks to get a refill on a prescription. Pharmacy staff has refused to tell me why they wouldnt refill it. Then blamed my Dr for not knowing how to write the prescription. Now they are blaming my insurance company. I have received ready to pick up notices on this prescription 3 times and they refused to give it to me. Also got a pick up notice for another prescription and they wouldnt give it to me either. The pharmacist I spoke to Saturday told me listen to me stupid. I am thirty weeks pregnant and need this medication to keep my Blood pressure down so I dont develop preeclampsia. I am being to wonder if the pharmacy staff wants me to develop preeclampsia because they clearly dont care about my health and the health of my baby.

Came by at 3 am Sat Aug 12 with my wife, and 93 year old mother who was just discharged from ER with compression fracture and great pain. Pharmacist said they were out of Norco, and would get it next week. I explained situation to Pharmacist, and asked if he could call any of the other 24 hour CVS pharmacies so I wouldnt be going on a wild goose chase at 4 in the morning under terrible circumstances. The bastard REFUSED, and said that was against their policy. We went home with mom in pain. This morning I went to Walgreens, and got the prescription and explained what happened. The pharmacist said that was bulksh*it.. the consumer cant call, but the pharmacist certainly can.

Very judgmental and rude. I hated picking up my medication and staff is not helpful at all. If you have questions about medcation be prepared to be treated like addict.
