I brought a pair of Mopar fender flares in to get painted to match my truck. I was introduced to Shawn and he explained how they were going to prepare and paint them and how long it was going to take to finish them. I dropped them off Saturday morning and he told me they would be done on Tuesday. Not only were they finished on Tuesday as promised he had them installed at no extra charge. They came out fantastic and matched my paint perfectly. I was very impressed with the outcome and will recommend Columbia Auto Body to my friends and family!

I took my car recently to Columbia Auto Body in Whitman, MA for some body work and could not be more satisfied. They took care of it so well! From the start of the process to the finish, they were helpful, attentive, and communicative throughout the process. So unfortunately for me due to unfortunate circumstances, this is the second time in less than a year that my truck has needed bodywork. Fortunately for me Shawn and his team at Columbia AutoBody are right around the corner from me. The first time I had a landscaping trailer sideswipe the right side of my truck. At that time I was new to the area and not familiar with good shops in the area, so I did a Google search and Columbia came up. I went and met Shawn, who let me just say is honestly an absolute great guy. He knows his work, his craft and he will have your vehicle looking the way it was before an accident. So after using Columbia the first time around, this time my bumper on my truckWas hit and pushed up into the tailgate.I brought it to Shawn and showed him how it looked and after using them the first time, there was no other choice for this time. My truck was gone for about 2 weeks and let me tell you it looks absolutely fantastic, it doesnt even look at all like its been in an accident. Looks amazing!! Brought my new to me car in. Was rear ended. After googling where to bring felt I should use Columbia based on reviews. Called to setup a time. Spoke w a girl at first very very nice and pleasant maybe Pitri. She transferred me over to shawn. From there everything was easy. Shawn told me to bring it down at my convenience went and saw him that afternoon went over it price on the spot. Dropped off next morning and shawn personally drove me home. Service ha spot on. Turnaround time even better 2 days complete and my car was washed. Can’t beat this company from start to finish just Wow.

Where can I even start. On point from the time I stepped in to there doors all the way through the process. The manager there is Shawn he makes everything so easy, efficient doesn’t do him justice. He stayed in constant contact with me from the start of the process. To beginning photos, paint photos, when there buffing. Every little detail he showed me. He said 3pm pickup and he was out there doing touch ups just so the car would be 1000% perfect. It’s a facility where they treat you and your vehicle better then family. I don’t want to see him every month but when I know my car needs it there the company to see.

Wonderful facility. Shawn The GM there is always on-site, he’s hands on with everything. He knows what to say, how to make all of his clients feel relaxed, great at calming the nerves of a bad situation. Always on the move, helping multiple customers including myself, not making anyone feel rushed. But what I loved the most is that he takes his time with his employees treats everyone with respect and helps. I was only there for 15 minutes but I just watched as well how he treats not only me but the girls upfront and employees in and around. Pure class act. So happy with this company. We bought our Chevy from Mclaughlin a couple years back. But we never knew they had a phenomenal body shop right next door. Met with Shawn when we walked in handled everything, from looking over, setting up a rental, going over every aspect from beginning to when I’d pick it up. After seeing google reviews I decided to give them a shot to fix my rear bumper. I have an Infinity G with pearl white which is one of the hardest paints to match up . From the first phone call to picking up my car was nothing but a friendly professional staff, honest, prompt, excellent pricing and the quality was unmatched. I took my vehicle to Columbia Auto after an accident and met with Sean. He was extremely helpful and let me know the process. They headled everything with the insurance company which was helpful. After about a week, I got my car back. Not only was the damage repaired, but my cares interior looked brand new. They cleaned it inside bumper to bumper. I will definitely be going back to them for all of vehicle service.

We did not have our vehicle serviced or worked on at Columbia. We have searched for this person for over a week now. We saw his truck drive by our house again this morning so we followed as best we could To his work. The only thing we knew was his name and a bear on his truck. After seeing we’re he worked I knew it was him from reading and searching online for his name.My name is Charles, I just got out of the hospital recently and was told a story by my wife who is 71 and stubborn. It was at night she said either a tues or weds, she had dirt dropped off at the house to fill yard spots were grass wasn’t growing she thought 2 yards would be easy and not a lot she was wrong. This man “Shawn” saw her wheel barreling dirt on the side of the road. He pulled off and asked if she was ok and needed any help. “We don’t know him” she said no that she was helping her husband, he asked is your husband around I can give a hand. “She said no that he was in the hospital and had to get to see him” Shawn insisted that he would help. Asked her kindly to let him, she obliged. He stayed there for over an hour barrel after barrel until it was all over the yard and spread. He never complained, asked for anything, just worked! He thanked her for letting him help said he had to go get home before his wife would give him “shit”. Hopped in his truck and off he went. This man owed us nothing, we now know he worked all day, and by reading all of the reviews he’s a special one. Just wanted to say man to man thank you, and wish more men were like you, and when a post card comes please buy yourself lunch on us.

Can’t say enough great things about Columbia. I met with Shawn for a price and appointment to fix my old corolla for inspection. He gave me a price right on the spot. Setup a time for pickup and drop off. He went above and beyond of what I could imagine. He personally picked me up and dropped off complete service from the time of drop off to completion. It’s been a long time to be impressed with service. But this company brings back old standards of how things should be done!

Finally a body shop that concentrates on the little things. Shawn and his team went above and beyond! I’m very conscious about all the little dings, scratches, scuffs, marks and just little things that the avg person doesn’t care about. My truck got hit hard in the front went through insurance. Every step of the way I was either getting texts, phone calls pictures from Shawn through the process. Smoothest thing I’ve ever encountered. When I picked up the truck there were scratches, nicks, marks all touched up by shawn I came in looking for him and he’s outside going over the truck touching up here, there everywhere taking better care of her then I could have. I needed some front end work done to my pearl white Infinity Q50. After speaking with the Manager, Shawn, we decided to give them a shot. The repair work and paint job done to my front end were impeccable! I also asked them to remove some lettering the dealership had placed on the back of the car, and you would never even know it had been there to begin with! The paint job matches the rest of the vehicle perfectly! I dropped my car off at 8:30am on a Tueaday and it was ready for pickup by noon on Wednesday! Shawn and his team were a pleasure to work with, and we will now only be using the Columbia Autobody shop in Whitman for all future needs.
