The worse experience dealing with purchasing a car. All Eugene cares about is taking your money. Don’t be fooled with Eugenes actions prior to a purchase because that will all change once he receives the money for the vehicle. I purchased a +$20,000 vehicle from him to receive unprofessional service after purchasing the car. Let me start by saying that the vehicles rear windshield visor was not working. Prior to purchasing the vehicle I asked Eugene to have it fixed and than I would purchase the vehicle. Eugene stated that it would be fixed. After purchasing the vehicle Eugene told me that Friday he would contact me to let me know that the car would be ready for pick up. Friday comes and no one contacts me, so I called to see if the vehicle would be ready for pick up. The mechanic answers the phone and states that Eugene went on vacation the same day he told me he would contact me to pick up the car. What a coincidence that once my car loan was approved from the bank and he received the payment for the vehicle he leaves on vacation without even waiting to contact the customer to at least pick up the vehicle. Not only that but the visor he stated he would have fixed was not fixed and the mechanics also had no idea they had to fix it. So I had to also wait longer for them to put a new rear windshield visor. I also purchased the vehicle with a 3 year warranty that I paid thousands of dollars for and Eugene stated that when I came to pick up the car that Friday that he would explain how the warranty works. But guess what, he was on vacation so I didn’t even get an explanation on how my warranty works. As you can see all Eugene cared about was taking my money for the vehicle and not even making sure that I as his customer was satisfied and knowledgeable on a warranty I paid thousands for when the time came for picking up the ready vehicle. I can say I do like my vehicle because there is not many for sale around the area but if it wasn’t for that I would have gone elsewhere. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here with the way Eugene treats his customers after a purchase.

Just as a heads up, they do not have a buy from home option. It’s possible that they did some months ago, but they do not currently, so if socially distancing is still a priority for you then another dealership would be better. My daughter purchased her second car from this place. The first car I did all the negotiations for her. The car had a couple issues (what used car doesnt) they took a couple day to fix it but it was fixed to our satisfaction. After her car was totaled while parked on the street she was in need of another car.This time was very different. She wanted to do everything on her own. She purchased a 2008 Jetta. The car has had problems from the moment she drove off the lot. I wish google allowed you to post videos. If I showed the video of how the car sounds when you start it up (it turns heads) there would be no reason to read any further. We have reached out to them several times and they have asked us to to bring the car back and we did (3 times) and they continue to say nothing is wrong with the car. They have had the car in the shop a total of 3 weeks. When we got the car we asked for paper work of what was done and we were told the car is good We have contacted the State Attorney Generals office and the Better Business Bureau and are in the middle of taking them to court.Buyer beware of the company.

After a lot of test drives and online searches I came upon Auto Sales Express. They were very accommodating, as I test drove quite a few different SUVs. I finally made the choice to purchase my Ford Edge and couldnt be happier with the vehicle. Horrific service. I purchased my car in April. At that time, it was still cold, so I did not think to check my Air Conditioning. During the first heat wave, I was out of town. When I realized the second heat wave was coming, and I did not have a working AC, I called the dealership for assistance. When I called them, the gentleman said to bring the car the next day, and they would take care of it. After driving an hour in 95 degree weather with no AC, another gentleman said they dont do that and asked who I spoke with. I mentioned to him that I spoke on the phone with a gentleman who said to bring it in, and they would fix it. After I had driven home, the original gentleman called to tell me they would not be fixing my car, as its passed the warranty, and I should have realized this earlier on. Their lack of care and unwillingness to remedy a situation that they should has caused my family (who has purchased three cars from this dealership) to never purchase from them again. They are unwilling to help, and they give attitude when they are in the wrong. I will never go back, and you should not purchase your car from here.

Purchased a ‘13 Audi A4 from Eugene with around 62k. Smooth transaction and was able to take the car the same day. After putting 2000 miles on the car, the check engine light came on for turbo underboost. I brought the car back in and Eugene will be fixing it over the next couple days. Although it is a hassle, they stand behind their cars and extended my warranty through them for another 30 days. Thank you for meeting my expectations.

I bought a 2008 Volkswagen Beetle from Eugene and Sergio as a surprise gift for my wife. These guys are 60 miles away from me so I did all the paperwork electronically and bought the car sight unseen, as it was exactly what I was looking for.They were very responsive right up to the point the payment went through. Once they got the money, it was like pulling teeth to get any information from them. The whole situation was very stressful since the car was a surprise and I needed to have the vehicle delivered in a small window of time.They wouldnt answer my texts or phone calls but when I switched to my google voice number, they miraculously answered. Very fishy to say the least...All in all, the car did arrive when it was supposed to and it was good condition except one of the tires had a slow leak and the ignition switch is very sticky - two issues I informed Eugene of via text message that he ignored.Did I mention that he asked me to write this review? Thats when I mentioned the two minor issues - well its been a week now and no response. So here is your review - enjoy!PS - if they simply offered to reimburse, I would have refused and left a good review

I bought a used car from these people not even a year ago and I have had nothing but problems with my car since the day I brought my car home I had to bring it back to them to be fixed under my 30 day warranty then as soon as my warranty expired it has been in the shop quite a bit and now its in the shop again only to find out I need a Cadillac converter and its going to cost me a lot of money to fix that. This place never offered an extended warranty on the car I thought that was pretty bad because I would have paid extra for that knowing I am buying a used car. I believe my car was in an accident before and was never reported for it to have this many problems it definitely was in some kind of accident before. I am not happy at all with this place and I will never go back here to buy a used car and I will never recommend anyone that I know to go here for a used car. I have paid more money fixing my car then what the car is actually worth. They took advantage of me but I should have known better after the car was in the shop so many times under my warranty I should have given the car right back to them and got my money back and went somewhere else so that is my fault but I know better now never to let this happen to me again from the next place I go to but I know it will never be auto express again.

My daughter and I made an appointment to look at a car and a truck that I had planned to purchase the car for my daughter and the truck for myself and I had cash for both. We test drove both cars on a Tuesday and told Eugene that we liked both cars and would buy them if our mechanic said there were no major problems. We called Eugene the next day and scheduled a time to take one car to our mechanic and in the meantime asked that he not sell the cars until we got the ok from our mechanic. Eugene never asked for a deposit and said it was no problem to have our mechanic check them out. The next day, on Wednesday we scheduled an appointment with our mechanic and Eugene. We drove 30 minutes or so to pick up one car and brought it to our mechanic and our mechanic said the car had a knocking sound and was leaking fluids and he said not to buy the car. My daughter was disappointed. I brought Eugene the list of problems and the reason why we shouldn’t buy the car and he said all those types of cars make a knocking sound. The mechanic said that was not true. The next day I decided that I would still try and give Eugene the benefit of the doubt and make an appointment with my mechanic for the truck to be looked at too. I called Eugene and told him that I would be there to pick up the truck as I made an appointment with my mechanic. I drove there again another half an hour there and when I arrived he said another person came “off the street” and was maybe going to buy the truck so I couldn’t take it to my mechanic. I was furious and couldn’t believe that he would allow me to drive all that way for the third time that week. I told Eugene I would give him a bad review and he just sat there without his mask on giving me a smirk and told me it was an open market. This is poor business practice. Shame on you Eugene. You are not nice by making me waist three days of trying to buy two cars from you. BEWARE if you plan to buy cars here. Make sure you have the cars checked by your mechanic and put down a refundable deposit. Eugene, the next day after dealing with you I went to Washington Street Motors in Weymouth and they sold me two cars. They are the best place to buy cars as they are honest and kind.

Bought a 2011murano from here 2 years ago had it for a week when the intake boot had to be replaced. They charged me $100. Had nothing but problems ended up spending 12k on the car initially and then an additional 6k to fix it when the mechanic told me everything was rotted and was definitely in a flood and should have been reported by last owner and totaled and NEVER should have been sold. I bought my audi from here. The employees are kind, and not pushy or anything at all. They dont have that salesman vibe which is nice. The car was fairly priced and worked great! Definitely the place to go find well priced cars!

BEWARE! I would give them a minus star if possible. Asked to bring car to a mechanic 1.9 miles away and they said I had to put gas in the car to go there. My mechanic said the car needed new brakes that would cost about $350. They said they wouldnt bring price down but would fix brakes but when I asked that fixing the brakes be put in the contract and that my mechanic verify the new brakes were put in they refused. They also added almost $800 in fees on top of the price AND refused until really pressed to explain them. All but $189 were fees to go to the registry for me which I explained my insurance company does for me for free. Finally he said he would remove everything but the $189 dealer fee. I asked what that was for and he had no explanation just we always charge it. For handing me keys to take a test drive in a car I came to see and letting me put a in your car - I dont think so. I, regrettably, even offered to split the dealer fee of $189 and he refused. Finally I came to my senses and walked out the door. This is NOT a trustworthy business. AVOID.

Very dissatisfied went to look at a vehicle that The description claimed was in great condition with no door dings and had never been smoked in. Upon arrival there were not only dings on multiple doors but also a ding & dent on the passenger door and rear fender also burns in the interior right above the drivers door. If he wasn’t so specific on those items in the description it wouldn’t have been a big deal however to outright lie and let someone travel an hour each way under false pretenses is wrong and I would never buy a vehicle from a dealer like that.

Purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima Hybrid for my daughter (1st car)I showed up on a Sunday in May 2020 (during Covid19) it was by appointment only which was new for me.The process was very simple. I test drove the car and liked it. The paperwork took all of 15 mins very easy process. They registered and insured the car (which was challenging during covid19) which made things very easy for us.3 days later (after picking up the car) two minor issues with the car. I called on a Sunday the person that answered was bring it down and leave it and we will take care of it.They corrected the issue and let me know what the issues were and how they corrected.Anyone can sell you a car, but the real test is how they handle you have you have give your hard earned money.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car
