To change a fuse in my truck trailer hitch I was charge $125 for labor and I told them what I thought it was when I dropped off my truck and then my truck was not ready by the end of the day and I had to rearrange my work schedule because I had no truck to get here. I cannot believe I was charge a $125 to change a fuse. I bought my truck at McLaughlin and have done all my service at McLaughlin, because of this I will be now going to prime or best to get my service done. Really disappointed by this last service.

Great dealer. Awesome salesmen. Ive bought 2 trucks from here, and Ill probably buy my 3rd here. They remember names and faces, theyre honest about what your buying. They can just about every question you have about your purchase. The financing guys are great too. They work with you, and lay out your options with you.

I dropped my truck off the night before. I called on the following day at 3pm and they still did not take it in. I was not happy about that. They then called me and did not leave me a voicemail. I called back and they had no idea who called me. I called a little later and they told me they still have no idea what is going on. I went to check on my truck and got a message at 445pm that my truck was done. They told me there was nothing wrong just needed oil. It is running better now but it just should have not took this long! I also bought the truck there 3 yrs ago.

I think one star is too much on my experience right now!! I am completely floored and enraged at the way Brian in service just spoke to me on the phone. The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. He was very condescending and rude!! I had my car serviced here at the beginning of the month for an oil change and tire rotation (which I think they over charged me) and ever since I have noticed that the engine ticking has gotten louder. Brian in service is questioning my ability to know what I am talking about because I am women!! I am so angry!! I do NOT recommend this place if they have people like this servicing their customers.

Apparently you need show an ID to prove you are a Townie. If you do not live within 10 miles of the dealership, a purchase of a vehicle that is advertised on the internet is not allowed. I wanted to buy a vehicle and got told NO I cant because I live too far away! 22 miles away is too far! Very poor business! They only sell to the town people, how did they stay in business? Why would they need to advertise on carfax if they only sell in town? Only the sales manager Ed knows of this policy, Doreen or Dave didnt know when Dave set up the appointment with Doreen and Doreen then couldnt answer questions without Ed! If this is policy why isnt it on their website? They have no right to discriminate out of towners!UNFAIR POLICY! EVEN ED DIDNT THINK IT WAS RIGHT! HE just couldnt do anything!!Poor Business Practices

Just wanted to buy a truck and they shut me down because I was a mile farther then the range that they will sell to. I would give then -1 if I could.
I had a flat tire and they got me in right away and fixed the tire. I had to wait a day for the tire to come in but Sean kept me informed and let me know they got the tire and it was fixed. My previous dealership Boch Chevy never did this for me. I am taking my truck to be serviced at McLaughlin Chevy from now on.

This was the best dealership experience I have had in many years of leasing / purchasing vehicles. David Neudeck and Keith Nickerson were true pros! So far very easy and pleasant to deal with. Ive ordered and paid online thru papal with standard shipping selected. I hope and expect to have my part within 10 days*********** I just Received my 96 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham rear bumper impact strip along with my front right rub strip. In a total of 5-6 days which exceeded my expectations and that’s even after UPS had a “late trailer pickup” delaying delivery by 1 day. Overall I’m delighted to have these sought after parts in my possession and my car in a body shop waiting to get painted. Had a engine light come on and called for service. Was asked it it was running ok and it was. Made an appointment for a few days later. But told to call if I had problems. I had some problems and was told to bring it as soon as I could. Where it was a few days before Thanksgiving, I knew I might have to wait a bit. Got a call day before Thanksgiving to tell me what the problem was and the day after Thanksgiving got a call that it was fixed and ready to pick up.

My battery died. I called McLaughlins told them AAA was on the way to jumpstart my car and I would be there in a half hour for a battery replacement. As usual they were ready for me, took care of the problem and I was on my way in no time at all. Best service department on the planet.
I was having an issue with the cell phone and the cluster the service department found the problem and fixed it then followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. Great Customer service.
Did anyone else get the Money Carlo ticket scam? It said I won $5,000. After calling the dealership it was confirmed that I did in fact win, or I could put the money towards the purchase of a car. I wen down there to meet David, whose personality was more frosty than the Blizzard of 78. He tossed my ID across the table as opposed to handing it me the way I handed it to him. That was extremely and intentionally rude. That unprofessional gesture and attitude immediately determined I would never make a purchase here ever! After reminding him why I came down there, he led me to a board that had 4 numbers. Thats how they determined I really got $100 in online only gift cards I have to submit an application for. I mean to lie to people to get a $1.00 is awful. Maybe business wouldnt be so bad if they were honest. Would highly NOT recommend.
Have leased 2 vehicles here and experience was very positive. Sales representative listened to my needs, exerted no pressure, and took time to allow model comparisons. Not a mega-dealer, but offers a wide selection. Service department treats me first class.

11:30am come in to drop off a tire that has a nail in it. Service department says we won’t get to it for at least an hour I said no problem it’s actually off the car and they said we can take the tire and call you when it’s done so I rolled it over next to the bay door And said ok. 3 and a half hours go by and I come back to the dealer because I figured they said only an hour earlier, so it should be done. Service guy said “ it’s not done, you were just a walk in and I took it out of the kindness of my heart” The tire was still sitting where I left it. It’s a good thing I went there when I did because I don’t trust driving on a donut for too long and I barely had enough time in the day to call another place to get my tire fixed before everything closed. Will not be going back to this dealer. Bad Customer service.
Second time I’ve purchased a vehicle here, specifically with Dave S. Each purchase Dave has been extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, the incentives, and everything else! Great experience through and through. Specific to my most recent purchase, it started with an email at noontime, a visit and test drive at 330, and signed at 430 with a great deal!

Monique thats right I lived the same with these guys theyre impolite, rude and I understand that they need to sell but this is the right way?lying to the people? these flyers are fake and when I arrive with my winning ticket ($5000) one of This guys attended me with bad attitude and ask me if I want to buy a car and I said no right now and suddenly his attitude changed and he said that my ticket hasnt value so, I thinks this is a bad strategy for sell cars and what can I say about these guys? Are rude and impolite guys dont go with those fake tickets

Purchased a Silverado from McLaughlin a week ago. The entire sales process was smooth, easy and straightforward, even down to the financing. Very friendly sales professionals all around with none of the typical “aggressive” tactics.I’m writing this as I sit here in the service department for a minor issue. The service and parts department is equally as pleasant to work with. Very happy with my purchase experience with McLaughlin, I’ll be back when I’m ready to trade my Wife’s vehicle in the near future.
During our most recent vehicle purchase we had several frustrating experiences at other dealerships. McLaughlin was our last stop out of four dealerships when we were looking for a new Colorado, and we were not hopeful that something was going to get done based upon our experience at the other three dealerships. However, Doreen, Dave, and Keith provided a truly amazing experience. They were empathetic to our situation and really treated us like family. We at no point experienced the typical pressure of a car dealership and they were able to get us into a vehicle with all the options we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. I needed to downsize my vehicle. I checked on line a found a certified vehicle which appeared to meet my needs. I visited the dealership, viewed the vehicle, talked terms and 20 minutes later the deal was done. A great experience. Having bought over a half dozen vehicles and having them serviced at the dealership I was confident in my choice. A cordial and helpful staff .
Clean building, quick turnaround, fair negotiation. David took an extra mile to e-mail me registration so that I did not have to travel 40 miles back and forth to get it. I also appreciate that they did not make me to go through and deny all of the annoying options like extended warranty etc. I was just asked if I want to learn about all these options and simply no was enough. Overall I spent 2 hours to leave on new truck, which is pretty impressive for the appointment made on short notice.
