1 man show. Honest and fast. Gave me helpful advice without charge. If you have small quick job he will squeeze you in inbetween other jobs instead of making you wait days or weeks for open appoinment spot. He was refered to me by Mikes auto by the Gianunzzio brothers( both great honest friendly mechanics) when they were too busy.

Brandon is by far the best and most honest mechanic Ive ever come across. I know very little about cars and with that being said Brandon has always told me exactly what my car needed and how much it would be up front. He will be my mechanic for the foreseeable future.

We have had many bad experiences with mechanics until we were recommended Brendan at Baxter Automotive. Cant say enough great things about him. He is honest, always explains what needs to be done and the cost before he does anything, and is always competitively priced. Our car was recently totaled and we will be looking for a new one. We wont buy anything without having Brendan look at it 1st.

Brandon is the first honest good mechanic that has diagnosed and fixed the problem the first time every time I’ve brought my car to him. I’ve brought my car to him for 3 different issues and he has been honest, shows you what he fixed and you never leave feeling cheated, ripped off, or that you just dealt with a dishonest mechanic. He lets you know before he puts money into your car so your in control of the whole situation.I would strongly recommend him to anyone and know that he would take care of them at a fair price. Brandon is by far the kindest & most honest mechanic Ive ever come across. I pulled in frantic needing an immediate repair & he not only did it, but did it right away & wouldnt let me go off until he was completely satisfied it was perfect. Then to top it off when I went to pay him he handed me back some of the money & said that it wouldnt be fair to pay/take that much for the job he did. Pulled in with broken wiper linkage and drove out with brand new wiper linkage an hour later. I am amazed at his skill, honesty, and kindness. I have found my new family mechanic! Wish I found Baxter Auto the day I bought my first car, would never have needed another.

Not too long ago I moved to Whitman and I needed to find a mechanic close to where I live. I was having a few problems with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I found Baxtee Auto repair and Brandon on Google. My Jeep was stalling while driving it and then once it wouldnt turn over at all. I had it towed to Brandon and he showed me alot of information on how the Jeeps Burn through oil quick and even though I was using the synthetic oil to get my oil changes every 3000 miles, and he also found that my alternator needed to be replaced. A great mechanic and a great guy. I just got a Ram 1500 and will ask him to check it out for me and I will continue to keep Brandon and Baxter Auto as my new place for my vehicle

I was told I needed a front wheel bearing and he saved me money by telling me it was a tie rod end.
