Sensory overload! I found things I didnt even know I needed. Selections and options abound here! The staff are very friendly and eager to help and provide options for whatever you need. You know a store is a gem when you walk out feeling great. Definitely coming back!

The staff always raises the bar above hobby lobby but they are missing the product.

Friendly staff, for the most part the store was clean and organized. The only bad thing was I was never approached or asked at any point while I was in the store if I needed help. Customer service to me is a huge deal. Every customer should be asked if they need assistance at least once in the store. And the bad thing was that I was within 5 feet of a store rep twice on this one visit. But still a good store to re visit because of how clean and organized it was.

This is a great place to browse around a nice clean store for office and or art supplies. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back in the future. Great place.

I was shopping for a 10 year olds birthday and there was so much to choose from it took me far longer than I expected to decide. I was really pleased with the pricing as well.

Try to purchase an items but wouldnt sale it to me because it wasnt scanning the bar code even though they had more of the item that I was trying to purchase she didnt even try to offer to get a price check. This is the first time in human history that I heard such a ridiculous answer that an item couldnt scan there for they couldnt sale it to me.

Everything about crafts can be found here. Fairly well organized. Knowledgeable staff. The first one to help me seemed like she did not want to be there and was hating her life. The second staff member to point me in the right direction for a different project knew exactly what I was looking for and where the product was. Prices are a bit high but definitely a one stop shop for most projects.

Went a few days ago and had a few returns/exchanges and Stephanie the cashier was soooooo sweet & so patient! I appreciate her customer service 💖 ! Overall the store was clean & had a great experience! Love this Michael’s!!

Came are here to look for some cupcake decorating tools and ideas for my nieces graduation party. Their cake decorating selection is that wide, but unlike Hobby Lobby, they do have a lot of Wilton brand items. I was able to use a 50% off regular priced item coupon and saave some $$. I wish they had more of a selection than 1 1/2 aisles of cake decorating items. But good experience all in all.

I think that for the most part the employees at this particular Michaels location do well to keep their political ideologies to themselves... nevertheless last Saturday afternoon I was given the most foul and deliberate menacing stare down by a radical leftist Michaels employee who should be sent back to customer service skills training. Ill be sure to let the manager know about this outrageous disgusting behavior the next time I go in ... absolutely atrocious.

I feel as though the store was lacking a lot of detailed items such as modeling paints, vinyl wrap and decals also when I went to the framing department I had to wait a long time for someone to help me and when they did they quoted me high prices supposably on sale $230 plus for a simple 5inch by 34inch custom frame. Madness I certainly wont be back at this location. The store was disorganized on top of that. Very disappointed.

None of the associates including the manager care much. Always extremely long lines never enough people checking out. My return took approximately 25 minutes because on my receipt what two items I didnt ask you purchase but was only price checking and only then when I was doing the return did I realize I didnt even see if the items I was charged for.
