Fix Auto did an amazing job correcting some paint scratches on my rear bumper. They handled the repairs in one day as promised and even went above and beyond by completely buffing out the paint on my vehicle. My Infiniti looks brand spanking new! Thank you to Fred and Greg for their excellent service. Definitely going to recommend them to my family and friends.

Good to go with them fixing our Honda Accord. Car turned out great and would use them again without hesitation. Good communication with the status of the car and followed up to make sure I was happy with everything.

Fix Auto Whittier was terrific, they even had a text message update site. Washed and vacuumed the car after too. They showed me the parts that were replaced. Super friendly staff. Totally recommend this service. Works with Geico claims seamlessly and kept me informed on their website link, by text too.

This place had absolutely horrible customer service. I was planning on becoming a customer but was harrasssed by the manager and held hostage ad he blocked my car from being able to leave just because I parked for 5 minutes in their lot. The store owner then defended his behavior when he wasnt even there to witness the situation. I have never received such poor treatment from a business. They obviously dont care about getting new business and they dont care about how they treat any potential customer. Stat far away from this place!!!!
