A million words could not explain how grateful I am to Whittier AME. From the moment I stepped in and inquired about my urgent need for medical supplies and equipment, I was met with knowledge, professionalism and excellent customer service. On top of that, a genuine sense of care. I shopped other suppliers in the Whittier area and they couldnt come close to the level of service I received. The entire team is a pleasure to do business with- Highly recommended.Tyler, Val, Jason- a huge thank you for making this already difficult experience, that much easier.

Company has still not delivered the equipment ordered bu my mother’s doctor. No one calls with updates or timelines. If someone does call, they don’t leave a message. The order was received in July but nothing has happened.

Where do I start!.... “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This is exactly all the good feelings this place/staff gave me! They made me feel like an important customer!! That rarely happens anywhere! Everyone was super attentive and quick to serve! I am extremely happy with their service and medical equipment knowledge to meet all my needs! I highly recommend AME! They will go above and beyond!

Very helpful very knowledgeable and very good prices what more can I say stop by and youll agree with me went in there with my grandmother to get a elevated toilet seat yesterday and the selection was great and the price was awesome!

These guys are a bunch of crooks. They rented me a lift and wanted to eventually sell it to me for $3000. That exact same lift is $1500 on Amazon. If you are in need, their mission is to take advantage of you. They simply dont care. You best go elsewhere!

AME Staff are awesome! I went in to get an ankle brace since thats what my doctor recommend for me, the staff were so nice in making sure it fit and I knew how to use it before I left. THANK YOU AME FOR BEING SO WONDERFUL! =)

This company is despicable. They charged a deductible when I have a zero deductible insurance. They have not reimbursed me even though Blue Shield said they were paid in full and owed me the deductible. They sold me a very inadequate scooter that I complained about from the day they delivered it. Be aware they sell equipment that is very low grade and charge you the same amount you could buy a name brand much superior piece of equipment. I had to demand an operation manual for the low en Chinese made piece of junk they sold me. The scooter started to fall within the first days of use. They are unscrupulous, do not shop here. You are better off buying the same thing on Amazon for less.

The worker in the store want to charge me $350 for an alternating pressure air mattress because I said I needed it today he had it in stock showed it to me he was a vulture in my time of need price gouging all the way . found the exact same mattress and pump 2 miles from him for half that. At Whittier medical supply store. Next to five points Still more money than if u have time to buy off amazon but I needed it now will never go there again.

The whole time I was at this place I was made uncomfortable by a few workers who chose to gossip an complain about their jobs when they should have been working. They were very rude and unorganized and, during my purchase, the man who helped me complained about dealing with old people. Apparently, asking relevant questions is not recommended.

This place takes advantage of disabled and sick people! Customer service sucks! (1st) The prices here are high! Most or all their stuff for sale is marked up 200% (2nd) Is their 5 day ONLY return policy that is ok (I guess) even though most people that would shop here cannot get around very well, are going threw a lot and are elderly etc. (3rd) Is their 15% restocking fee ON ANYTHING lol !!In short: My grandma had hip surgery. I bought a 3 in one shower/bedside commode thing for $142.66 . She did not like the one she already had. This one was the same, I went to return it (after all we have been threw) 2 days late. The item was never used, still in the box. They told me “No returns after 5 days” I told them I have been VERY busy running around etc. So the guy there said he would do us a favor and take it back, After a %15 restocking fee they WANTED TO CHARGE US RENT ON IT!! For 7 days !! so you would barely get ½ are money back! They guy that helped us was unprofessional and their business practice is very bad.Craig G
