I love coming to Sallys! I usually come here to buy Proaclaim a hair gloss but I always walk out with more items than what I came for. Prices are great and staff is friendly, nice and always very helpful!

Mikaela was very helpful she went beyond and looked for the dye color that I wanted at a local store in my area and called the store to confirm that they have the dye in stock so they can place it on hold for me.

This location had a better vibe than the Pico Rivera (PR) store. First, this place has a better return policy whereas PR I’ve had to call everyday to see if they’re doing returns. Second, while both locations had friendly and knowledgeable associates the Whittier associates seemed to actually communicate and discuss products rather than argue on which brand is better.I’ll be coming to this location rather than the PR store

The employees at this sallys location pick and choose customers they want to help and customers they rather be rude too. Thats no way to treat customers because based of that experience, I will not be a returning customer. I suggest taking your business elsewhere because aside from rude employees the price points/tags are either missing or not correct which in my opinion is quite annoying. WHAT A WAY TO FALSELY ADVERTISE YOUR PRODUCTS.!!!

I go to Sally Im the Quad regulary for my hair products .Ofelia is the person I always look for as she is so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable! She makes me come back all the time for products advice and purchsecnew products! Thank you Ofelia! I give you a five star!

I’m sorry but the employees that work here have such a lack of customer service skills. All that blonde does is gossip and talk especially about customers going in. They do it toMe. They don’t look like beauties either ....to be giving advice 😂

Store was out of lots of hair colors, needed to be restocked. The 2 ladies working at this location were very busy, but took the time to come from around the cash register and help us locate our items needed. Thank you👍

Im not usually one in anyway to complain matter fact|~> Sallys is always.. A 3 star rating best if never more certain but this store check it out .. So I have a compliant I needed to dress up for an occasion I had no money and asked for simple bit of gel that flat said no and gave me a small little Sarum the,, was old inside weak out and started to smell my hair went to rite aid next store these guys rock .,. Guy gave me axe messy gel look hair gift set for 4.99 even plus free small free shampoo I was greatful I Imeadtly begged real quick off street for money found 1 dollar ran in and got. I totally swear the manger at this store is freaking wanna~~ be queen acting like shes to busy looking for attention totally willing to impress a customer even said she was surprised I did my own trying to mAke me embassied for even approaching her shes so fracking stupiyed dude this store needs to be shut down lame as every crack Im nvr coming this Sallys or any to ask for favor I hate people that are so deluded they just think there better go o ur voodoo on someone else stupiyed--😩🤔🤔🙄😡😂

Well, I was really very surprised that I couldnt find the Henna hair color that I was shopping for and equally as surprised to find it just a few doors down at Rite-Aid.
