This company is everything you want in home security. Reliable, fair pricing and advanced 4k technology. The hard wired equipment and phone apps are top notch. Sergio and his crew showed up on time and the installation was done quickly and very cleanly. Sergio made the whole process so easy, he came did an estimate and made recommendations. This is a long overdue review. We hired Protection4less about 5 years ago to install 4 cameras in our home. The quality of the hardware they use is commercial grade and very high-end. Not cheap plastic materials. The camera system worked great the entire time. The installation of the cameras and system was impeccable. Very clean and professional. They didnt leave any hanging cables and everything was neat and sleek. We recently rehired Sergio from Protection4Less to upgrade our system and add 4 additional cameras for a total of 8 now. Their pricing was not the cheapest, but reasonably within other bids. The main point is their value. I knew I was getting high grade quality equipment, great installation, top customer service. Sergio is very professional and has excellent follow up. I didnt want to risk inferior service to save a few bucks. Its not worth the time, hassle and stress. I need my cameras to always be working and need a vendor that will be there for me when I need support. Don’t go with the cheapest, because you will get what you pay for. If you’re investing in a camera surveillance system, you want it to be dependable, as well as the company that installed it. Ive recommended them to family members as well. This is a good company

Sergio came out to my business and said he be emailing me a bid to replace our camera system. Its been weeks and still no bid and he hasnt returned my call. If you dont want the job then say just so. Leaving me hanging is super unprofessional.

We are a 16,000 square foot aerospace manufacturing company who was looking for our first installation of a quality video surveillance system. Within a week Protection4Less had a total of 19 cameras installed (exterior and interior), using a crew that was professional and courteous. I am so glad I found Protection4Less. I was looking for a higher definition commercial camera system and called for a quote. We decided to install security cameras for our house as a security precaution. We contacted Protection4Less and Sergio came over to our house for an estimate. He was friendly over the phone and took the time to explain to us all the options and the best locations to place the cameras. He then provided us a detailed proposal. When we decided to go with him to do the work, he accommodated our schedule and arrived on Friday with his helper. They installed all the cameras for us in a day, including all the necessary wiring. I decided I was going to call out 3 companies to give me an estimate for security cameras. I decided to go with Protection 4 Less because Sergio was very patient and knowlegable. All the companies were around the same price. Sergio didnt pressure me in going with him and he was helpful in answering my questions. He also returned my texts and phone calls in a timely manner. When I decided to go with him, I chose 5 cameras at 5mp, with dvr. He took approx 8 hrs to complete the job (two man job). He setup the DVR with wifi and to be honest he did a great clean job. I am satisfied and I have a two year warranty. I do recommend Protection 4 Less and I am happy with my system.

My, my, my! What a difference! We updated our Sony CCTV analog camera to a super high def system of eight cameras. Sergio did a great job of matching the new high def cameras to a high end DVR which took full advantage of the superior HD camera images. The installation was neat and clean. Done in one day. Sergio set up our iPad and iPhone so we could access the images away from home. What is truly amazing is when the sun goes down. The CCTV has IR capability. Although its completely dark outside, the cameras show images that look as bright as daylight. Weve shown off our new system to relatives and friends. Sergio will soon be doing my sons home! After sales service is also great---Sergio was available to answer whatever questions we had about operating our new system. On 4/8/16 I scheduled to get my surveillance system installed. It was a gloomy day with rain off an on. I was surprised that Sergio and his crew still showed up and worked through the rain. Hes a standup guy.Sergio and his crew did an AWESOME job in installing an 8 HD camera surveillance system. My regret was not purchasing the surveillance system through him. I would of avoided many headaches with customer service trying to figure out how the system worked. Sergio wasnt familiar with the Q-See system I have but he stuck with me and helped me out as much as he could. He did the wiring, it was clean and tight not loose or droopy. When positioning the cameras view he showed me on the screen and asked if it was ok, or if i wanted them higher lower. They are very nice guys, always hustling and very careful. I would definitely recommend Protection4Less to anyone and everyone.
