So disappointed We brought our chairs to wait for Game Stop to open for Black Friday and there were 3 chairs out and 1 guy sitting in one of the chairs. He told us he was an employee and him and his friend next to him were getting the 2 PlayStation 5s and that we were wasting our time as he knew there were only 2 available. He then stated he was holding spaces for another one of his friends for an X box.As people would show up he made sure to tell them that there was only 2 available and he knew that because he was an employee. Someone drove up and offered to buy the unit from his friend for 900 and his friend stated he would be selling it for over 1000. Game Stop is allowing their employees to be first Person in line instead of the public. This is collusion. The employee said his manager and assistant manager kept calling to find out how many people were in line.Shameful GameStop

Awesome store The workers there are always very nice and are quite knowledgeable about everything there. I also like its the one and only store who follows the stores guidelines for the capacity rules out right now for covid. They stop peeps at the door and have them not enter but wait for someone to leave. Sad Ive seen some jerks have attitudes towards the workers whom literally are following rules glad to see at least one of the many places Ive been to is following them.

This store did not pick up there phone as I attempted to get important information on a video game. I had called the store over and over for 15 times and no answer. I even tried my friends as an option to see if they were avoiding me. Good day Sir hope you are happy losing a customer.

Went to pick up a pre order funk pop and the manager name Jacob wouldn’t let me pay with my debit card with a master card logo on it. He said their only taking credit cards. Does that make any sense?

Bad services. Managers said one thing meant a different thing. Had to walk away before I lost my temper. Should never lie to anyone to make a sale.

Ive been to a few different locations, but this one was the first that I actually felt that I was taken care of. Anthony was the employee that helped me and he was knowledgeable of the questions that I had.

Usually get a cool worker, but when a worker tries to feed me false information for whatever stupid reason he may have like today, makes me obviously mad. So i suggest if you want true info just try your luck at another game stop. Cuz most likely if its a good product theyll hide it for themselves or try ignoring your question like they tried with me.
