Dropped off my Samsung S10 and picked it up 2 hours later... for $200 they replaced the entire screen and added a screen protector. Will definitely use them again

Quick and fast word very good

Just bad customer service, I reached to them via text about repairs to an S20. They replied they had the parts, to just come in. Then I called to verify and get a total cost. They proceeded to tell me they misread the message, they thought I had an A20 to repair. I said okay anybody can make a mistake. I came to the agreement to still stop by at the agreed time and place a deposit for the needed part and get it ordered. I got there 10 minutes early, there a sign that reads out to lunch, I thought okay they will return at 2pm as agreed. I go back to my car and then I see 2 people leave and lock the door around 1:54 pm. Why agree to meet someone at a specific time and then proceed to not honor it. Im kind of glad it happened though, what if they forget to repair the phone correctly.

Brought in my phone for repair, unfortunately it was a serious problem that couldnt be repaired. didnt charge me for the service but some problems arose when i went to pick up my phone.1 When he first called to come pick up my phone, I went and he had just left for lunch2 the back glass on my s8 was cracked due to repairs, right around where the phone curves.personally it makes no difference if it was broken because the phone was pretty much dead anyways. however be aware of this risk when using this repair shop
