Did not have the clay sculpturing tools I needed but they were very helpful and polite

I purchased two gi suits through their Amazon store. Neither fit and I returned them. I have confirmation that they were received but never received a refund. I contacted them through Amazon and by phone several times and got no response. I wouldnt recommend buying from them at all.

Absolutely no communication for customers through Amazon. NEVER use this company.

I ordered a tai chi sword from them off Amazon. Communication was terrible and slow. Got a package from them today. To my surprise it was not a tai chi sword, it was a used old child’s play rake. Have alerted Amazon to this, tried calling the company a few times. Terrible!

Are these people even open? I’ve called and emailed. No answers anybody else have any luck? Afraid to order anything based off reviews and it makes it worst when you call a business and they don’t answer.

Three weeks after purchasing a sword I have received nothing except that shipping information was sent to fed ex. I have received no response from seller to numerous phone calls and e-mails seeking an explanation. Buyer beware!

Order an item two weeks ago in states only for me and to call and contact the company via email twice to finally have them tell me over the phone that the item is out of stock even though it had a shipping label created. If the item wasn’t in stock why do they still advertise it for sale To this day and didn’t compensate me or message me back at all. This is why AMAZON is putting companies like this outta business. See yah. Zero customer service.

This is for a purchase I made a while back. Package never arrived and they completely ignored all of my emails. Just dont shop here, $50 down the drain.

I placed an order on December 11, 2019 as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and still havent received my order.I called them January 20. Still nothing. Ive emailed them twice, cant wait to see their response.

The customer service given to me was awesome! They walked me through their products over the phone because I could not get to the shop in time before they closed. I had my gf go and pick up a sword and they treated her with the upmost respect and even searched for items when they didnt need too. Thank you for the best customer service! I plan to shop here more.

Great products, very competitive prices, facilities dont reflect their quality but great deals. Found them on eBay but went to their warehouse to fit the gear on my child. Great purchase.

Received item, but poor communication.

These guys are the worse in any kind of sports supply.. The customer service sucks!! They told me 3 days on my order never called me to tell me my order was late and i drove over 40 miles to pick it up. They have very limited expertise in the martial arts supply field.. Their wooden dummies are over priced !! Service and punctuality is the worse I have ever seen !! Very Rude!!! Made me feel like i should of never given them my money!! I dont understand their rude behavior when im trying to spend money in their place of business!! If you are looking for prompt service and reliability of quality products this is not the place for true Martial Artist and people expecting courteous and respectful service !!!

I ordered a last samurai sword thru Walmart and they were the supplier and I never received a confirmation# but they said they sent it but I have never received anything..Thanks for the Christmas gift that never came!

The quality of the product is excellent...I decided to go direct to the store to see the qaulity of the things I wanted to buy...the only thing I regret..was that I did not price out what I wanted...I bought over $150 worth of merchandise...came home and looked up a couple of things i forgot...I found out that I over paid for all the Items...every item was way lower than the store clerk said..if you buy from them..go prepared...they dont have prices on their items at the store...they just jack up the price...
