If you want to get a fair price and work with a great staff, then this is the place to go. If you want to be treated like they are doing you a favor by selling you something and you must pay as much pandemic fees they can get out of ya then go somewhere else.

I want to say at first everything was great. The front customer staff was friendly and helpful. We purchased a brand new 2020 Can Am outlander at the beginning of April. Not a cheap piece of equipment. The absolute first time I took it out was about a week after we purchased the ATV. I knew immediately something was wrong. I was afraid to ride it for fear that something would happen. We loaded it back up and called Lipscomb immediately the following monday. They told us that it was probably nothing and just needed to be ran...that sometimes the gears stick and it may sound off. My husband insisted that they look at it and promptly took it to them. As it turned out...the boot was broken. But thats not all. The axel was not assembled correctly causing damage to the area. So now it is in their service department...and has been for about 2 weeks. And its still not fixed. They are waiting for parts they said. Im so heartbroken. Ive literally ridden the ATV (that my husband bought specifically for me) one lousy time. They obviously didnt do the check out list at all or didnt do a good job of it. We were sold a defective product and now we are stuck with this ATV that is useless. I had hoped that they would make this right...but all we are getting is nothing but stress and no working ATV. I want to cry. This was supposed to be something fun for our family. It took us a long time to be able to afford something like this. How can people do this.

Skip is super knowledgeable about dirt bikes and ATVs. They have a huge selection and they are located in the old Wichita Falls roller rink.

Had a very good experience purchasing a KTM from Mason at Skips Cycles. They had some really good deals compared to other dealers around my area. I purchased the bike over the phone without having seen it, drove 6 hours and when I arrived it was just as they described and ready for me to pick up. I highly recommend Skips Cycles. It is great to know that there are still dealerships out with integrity that care about the customer. Keep up the good work guys!!

Would not recommend service dept. I took my atv and paid $400 for oil change and service and scheduled maintenance. Nothing was greased or filter changed. Sales team is good though.

Very helpful. Needed a appraisal done on a bike to apply for title. We appreciated the assistance for filing with the state. Nice place.

Brian was great, right on the spot to show me the Can Am Defender..I wanted a top which was not stocked, &it had to be ordered..5 days later, I called & it was in ..took it over & it was installed in an hourGreat service & staff. If there was a problem, they wont stop till it is done!!

I am very pleased with their service. Replaced both tires and had an issue with rear losing air and they said they stand behind their work if problem persists...i recommend them for service and if i was looking for a bike, i would give them a try...its nice to have another source in this town

I just purchased a 2016 wildcat x from skips cycles. They were very helpful and were able to answer all questions I had about the different models. I would recommend skips cycles to anyone.

My customer service experience on multiple occasions was generally poor. Employees didnt seem to be very motivated to help customers in the store and stayed behind the counter on the computers. Additionally, I was almost charged $60 more for a tire replacement than they had advertised when I called.

Tonya was fun and awesome to work with.

Bought a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them excellent

Had my bike for six months for minor repairs. Ordered $1000 in parts but never installed them. I called dozens of times and couldnt get to anyone who knew what was happening with the bike. Was promised call backs over and over and never got one. Eventually I was moving away and had to pick up the bike without getting it fixed.
