Only a couple miles on it, perfect, smooth ride, all the promised packages. They got nothing wrong in the entire sale process.It was also a pleasure to be in contact with Scott who took great care of me when I came to pick up the car.Toyota builds such great cars. If I could do zero stars I would....! This shops visit was the worst experience in my life. I got my viechle towed there because one tire popped on the freeway. And they put an incorrect size. (Smaller than the original) I called to complain and get them fixed cause my viechle was scraping below. And it was like we were playing phone tag. The manager got my info and NEVER called back. I ALSO CALLED THE 1800 NUMBER. And never got a call back. So I just got a new set here in my home town. Now my viechle isnt hitting on the bottom. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

We drove 6hrs to help our son who just joined the Air Force finance his first vehicle. We were let down by another dealer just a few minutes before and were not expecting to find anything affordable. Virgil made our day! He was helpful funny and most of all helped us get a car! Finance even appologized for wait as something was miskeyed. I arrived at Toyota of Wichita Falls at closing time on Memorial Day 2021. I walked in and spoke with the parts manager Bryan Black. I explained that my 1997 4Runner with 326,000 miles was cutting out on me and the battery light was displaying on the dash. He tested the battery for me and determined that I probably had a bad alternator.He gave me his personal cell phone and his business card as well as directions to a nice hotel. We were traveling from Amarillo to San Antonio with our 2 dogs. Shortly after arriving at the hotel he called to make sure that we made it.The next morning he called and I explained that the battery was dead and I could not start the vehicle. He dispatched a nice young man named Austin to give me a jump. I followed Austin back to the dealership. He kept an eye on me in his rear view mirror to make sure that I made it.Upon arrival Bryan introduced me to Service Service Advisor Kevin Cardenas. He was aware of my travel situation and got me into the service bay. He also let me know that there was an open service recall on my vehicles rear end.The service was quick and I was quickly repaired in time to get back to my hotel before check out time. The price was about what I was expecting if not a little less. They also had free donuts and coffee.A big thanks to Bryan, Kevin, Austin and the rest of the Toyota of Wichita Falls staff for everything you did to make a bad situation a lot less stressful.Daryl and Wyvne Price

Level of service i expected was not there. The service agent never greeted me or gave me a progress report. There was no diagnostics page showing break wear tire pressure etc. There was no cashier, the service agent fulfilled that role. Not happy with this visit, would change if i could.

I went for just general maintenance but they found out other damaged parts in my minivan that needs urgent attention, they changed the damaged parts with new ones even though I never prepared for such expenses. I was shocked . They went beyond my expectations. I strongly believe customers safety is their number one concern.

Please be very careful about taking any car here for service or buying a vehicle from this dealer. I took my vehicle in for repairs. It seemed to me that this dealership was unreasonably expensive, but since I needed the repairs done and since they were a dealership, I thought they would stand behind their work. I was VERY WRONG. Less than two weeks after I had the work performed, I began to have the same problems. I returned to the service department three times and each time I was assured the problem had been corrected. It wasnt! Finally I took my vehicle to another repair shop and the problem was corrected in about three hours. Funny thing is, the mechanic at the shop told me it didnt look like the job had not been completed by the dealer and that it seemed they had put in used parts. When I called the service department and asked for the manager, I was told that he would get back to me. Thats been over two months. When I buy a vehicle, I look for service after the sale much more than brand or pricing. If you are the same, I would advise you to avoid Toyota of Wichita Falls. They are either incompetent or dishonest or both!
Top notch service department and team at this dealership. Joe and his team helped us with a very complex service issue that arose on our Land Cruiser while passing through town on our way to Colorado. Very professional and service minded team. Also spent some time talking to Josh is sales. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and accommodating. This dealership represents the Toyota brand very well.

Daughter just saved enough to make a down payment on a new car so I went with her because she wanted a toyota corolla and I guess because we were two hispanic females they didnt think we were serious about buying anything because we got ignored the whole time we were there and we gave up and then we left. Thats okay because we bought a honda civic instead and she is very happy now with her new car!

I made an advance reservation for 2pm on May 7 to have an oil change. The day of the appointment, I left the car at the dealership and took a walk. I was told it would take no longer than 1 hour. Upon returning 45 minutes later the car literally hadnt been touched - it was still parked where Id left it and I was told there were a couple of oil changes ahead of me! I spoke with the cashier and one of the service writers and they immediately had my car attended to. I shouldve been informed at the time of drop-off it was going to take longer than 1 hour. I will probably take the car to a private shop next time.Update to this service. After the oil change, I received an Invoice and a Multipoint Inspection form. Both documents indicated I had leaking CV boots and they needed immediate attention. This is an expensive repair and if this was actually the case it is something that should be done immediately to avoid damaging the CV joints. Well, today I rotated the tires on the car and looked at the CV boots carefully. They were all just fine with no signs of leaking, cracking or any cuts.I am new to this area but asked around my condo about this dealership, which I think changed hands around January 1, 2020, and was told by others they had recently experienced the same tactic of being told repairs were needed that werent. After this, Im definitely looking for another service provider.

Toyota of Wichita FallsI would like to inform anyone who plans on doing business with Toyota of Wichita Falls to be advised.I purchased a new 2020 Rav 4 from Virgil Nolan and Toyota of Wichita Falls on April 4 2020. When we took delivery I noticed that the window had some tint with a bubble on the drivers side door. My wife said it may go away after it gets hot. The sales person agreed and said it’s a new car. If you have any trouble with anything just bring it in. We brought the Rav in for its first scheduled oil change at 5,000 miles. I mentioned the window issue to my service advisor Alicia Nations on October 24 2020. She said to give them a call when we had some time off and they would make arrangements to get it repaired. She explained that the dealer didn’t do the actual repair themselves. I called today Dec 28 2020 to schedule my service. I was told by the representative in service Jeffrey that he needed to speak with the service manager Joe Hernandez. I asked why and Jeffrey hung up on me. I called and spoke to the receptionist and explained what was going on. Jeffrey called me back and told me that the window tint would not be covered. I told him I didn’t understand how a new car with bumper to bumper coverage was not covered. He said they would talk with the sales manager Randy Phan and have him call me. I received a call from my salesman Virgil Nolan and he said that they told him to call me. I explained my situation and that I couldn’t believe they way I have been treated. He seemed sympathetic but informed me he would need to speak with the sales manager Randy Phan. I waited and made the call to a local tint place to discover the job would be a $50.00 repair. After not hearing back from Virgil I called the dealer. I was told the answer was no. Not given an explanation just no. So I talked with Virgil for about 5 mins and explained they were going to loose my business over $50.00. I had just purchased tires last weekend from them. They were going to loose my future business as well over this. He said to please not include him with them. He was not part of it. I explained to him he was a representative of the dealer and that I needed to verify some names for my complaints. So I want to share my negative experience with Toyota of Wichita Falls and say I would not recommend doing any business with them.
Hung up on by Alicia after getting frustrated that they were charging me for a key and fob combo that had a fob that wasn’t registering to my car. If you can’t work with a frustrated customer you shouldn’t be working in service.

My daughter was traveling back home to Waco after a visit in Montana when she had a strange issue with her car. She ended up being just 5 minutes from Sewell Toyota, so she was able to get her car there to be attended to. It was a pretty easy fix, but I was shocked to hear that they did not charge her for the service, and even more shocked that they cleaned her windows and vacuumed her car. That is amazing that a dealership would have that kind of concern for a college student. Some pretty wonderful people!

Its a nice place friendly people. But they dont quite listen, when Im trying to stick to a budget but they want to sell me something almost $300 more out of my price range then having to negotiate the payments down some but still over budget and them not showing us something else in my price range. Its just ugh
Worked with Hunter, he was quick, efficient and even delivered my vehicle to my door and took my old beater back with him! He was very professional to work with. I had began looking closer to me in Lawton and after they let me down once again, I called Wichita Falls Toyota. I will most definitely refer to others and do business with them again as long as I’m within driving distance to them.
Cant say enough good things about my experience purchasing a new RAV4 Hybrid from Sewell Toyota. Since I am stationed at Ft. Sill in Oklahoma, I didnt have the time to go in person and do my normal due diligence. My salesperson, Ryan Haskell, was completely transparent and punctual in his texts and calls to me. They didnt have it in stock, so Ryan searched around Texas and found one around 200 miles away. He then sent a driver, brought it in, provided pictures, and really gave me peace of mind from start to finish. As someone with over a decade of sales experience before joining the military, I can safely say that the quality of service and drive by this dealership is 1st rate. If you are on the fence or shopping around, definitely give this dealership your first look. Just because they dont have it doesnt mean they cant take care of you.(Oh, and as we know purchasing a vehicle can take all day...Ryan had me in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours with the keys in my hand).Go see Ryan Haskell at Sewell Toyota in Wichita Falls, you wont be disappointed!
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation appointment. Was informed that they lost the appointment I made but they could still take care of my car. Then was charged for a synthetic oil change when I never asked for one and just wanted a conventional oil change. Would not go back, they don’t seem to have anything going for them
BUYER BEWARE of this dealership!Third times a charm (or third strike and we are out!!) Almost a $200 dollar oil change and two minor 10 minute filters ($40+ in labor for a 10 minute job).This is the third time this dealer has gouged me by charging outrageous prices for other minor repairs when all I need is an oil change (last time I was charged $20 for battery contact cleaning).Even though they changed hands (was Sewell) the dealer still rips you off in the service department. I never had this issue with local competitors (such as Pattersons). I love Toyota vehicles and its time for an upgrade, but thanks to your horrible service department, prices, and overall management & services we are going to be a Honda family from now on!!!
David and Michael were tremendous. We were interested in a really specific 4Runner and Dallas area dealerships told us we had to order. Michael said he could find the car and get it quickly. It took Michael 10 days instead of 6 weeks other dealers were saying. After working with Michael, he set us up with David to handle all the details of buying the car. David took care of gathering information for financing and worked with me via text to work around my challenging daytime availability. Lastly, we worked with Eric to do our financing. He was professional, quick and beat the interest rates that our bank offered. He got us in and out in 1 hour 20 minutes and offered some quality dinner suggestions. Each step of the process was professional, thorough and easy. Great car buying experience. Highly recommend. I will buy there again, once I pay this one off.
To have different variety of cars I like Toyota Camry and the Avalon and the Highlander would like to purchase one in the future.

Had my Highlander service, the tech showed me what may be come a problem late and a detail of what it would cost. Brought my car back to them for the repair I got a detail information on what was done the the service manager a test ride with the tech to ensure the work that was done was what I want and needed addressed, and car car was completely detailed. I looked the job they did from beginning to end.
We bought our car from them last year. The staff was very cooperative and knowledgeable. Since then, I had attended them for service a few times and they are always very accommodating and helpful. Very quick service too.

I was waiting for my SUV to be service. When the service was completed they pulled it around to the back as I though I had dropped it off. The service advisor was well aware I was in the waiting area. WAITING! When I inquired about my SUV they could not find the key. Key was left in the vehicle. I was informed they had vacuumed it but they had not. Before arriving I placed a towel on the mats because its raining and I didnt know if they would cover my mats. They did NOT! Mud on the mat and the towel. For complete customer satisfaction it is worth me driving to Dallas to the Lexus dealership instead of using the Toyota dealership in town for a simple oil change. This is not the Sewell customer satisfaction that Im accustomed to when taking it to Sewell Lexus in Dallas.
I decided to buy from WF Toyota even though I live in Lawton, Oklahoma because the staff in WF is much more customer oriented. The sales and service dept in WF are always professional and kind.
Last year everything was great. Got a lease car. For the first time. Thought it be better wrong. Get a email saying could upgrade early. So I told them sure. Well the car had lost it value big time. It a 2019 .sure we can turn in, but it going to raise the payment higher. The most sad thing about this is the salesman. Not giving no name .called left message, email. . When talking to one of them we will called you right back..they ask you what you can afford you tell them.It always highter. Not very happy with them. Toyota has very good car and pickup

This morning I had a service appointment for my Toyota Highlander with Sewell in Wichita Falls. The crew are amazing and super attentive. Since they changed owners the service department has went down hill. They are slow, unfriendly, and dont value the time of their customers. U spend a fortune on a vehicle the least they can do is be on time and thing be done in a timely manner. Not sure if I will use their service dept for maintenance again. 2 hours on an oil change is absurd.
Ive purchased 2 cars now from Joe Cooper Toyota, and I can say I wont take my business elsewhere. Everyone there will bend over backwards to take care of you as a customer, and follow up with you after just to make sure you still have no issues. Michael Martinez and Kevin Polite are both exceptional employees and they make you feel like your business no matter how big or small is important. Ive gone to look at other dealerships previously, and they just didnt even pretend to act like they cared. Took my 2018 Tacoma to get the scheduled maintenance done. Service was fast and courteous. Polar opposite of my experience with a different brands service center getting a maintenance issue fixed on my wifes vehicle.

Service department is good. Didnt know there was an open recall on my truck till they brought it to my attention or that I had a nail in my tire. They got the part ordered and fixed my tire in no time.

This was an awful experience. Had an appointment for 10:00 to fix a battery terminal waited an hour and a half before I had to go ask why it was taking so long only to find out no one had been working on my vehicle. I would not recommend coming to this dealership for any kind of repair.

I actually have loved the sales part of both Toyota vehicles we have bought at Joe Cooper (a Highlander and a Tundra). I love both the vehicles and would continue to trade for new models of the same vehicle if it werent for one thing - the service department.For a vehicle to come with Toyota Care, you would assume that the dealer would actually be capable of caring for your Toyota. Joe Cooper is not. Last year, we took in the Tundra for an oil change and the service dept did not tighten the seals and caps before we left. So of course, we had a huge oil spill in our driveway. They offered to come to our house and clean it, and I thought how nice, they are going to take responsibility for their mistake. When they finally showed SIX days later, the stain was obviously not going anywhere.Also, every single time we have had to take a vehicle in, they tell us that it will take no time at all and then we are there all day. The last time we made an appt for 9:30 for a tire rotation and oil change and were informed at 11 that they had not even started on the service.Every time, we have tried to talk to someone about our concerns. They apologize every time and then nothing changes. I would rather pay to have my car serviced somewhere else than deal with their shoddy service again.I love Toyota vehicles but we will not buy another. If the owner cant get the service department at Joe Cooper in Wichita Falls under control, I am sure I will not be the only customer they lose.

I bought a 2015 Toyota 4 Runner and have never loved a car as much as I love my 4 runner!! Jacob Todd was my salesman and he has been wonderful every step of the way. I went by Joe Cooper the other day to have my car serviced for an oil change. The service was quick and efficient. I was in and out in no no time. Also I have to say since I bought my car there that the salesman are honest and friendly. The whole process was hassle free and I ALWAYS recommend them to all of my friends and family.
