My 2006 F150 was not cooling properly, so I called Lawrence and he told me to bring it by as they did not do appointments and it was first come first serve. I had it there by 8 and it was repaired by 11:30. The service as well as the price was exceptional. They were extremely nice and thorough. It was my first time to use their services but it wont be my last!

I have been having AC problems so I took my car to Firestone and they recommended that I check this place out. My bf took my car there and asked them if they could take a look at it to figure out what was wrong. They said that it could take awhile so he was advised to leave it and they would take a look. This was around 1pm. Well, almost 4pm comes around and we get a voicemail from the main guy saying that the car was fixed and the total was $221. Not only did we not get a call about what was wrong but when we went to go pick-up the car and ask questions he was highly unprofessional and only asked if it would be with card or cash, not bothering to answer my questions. When I told him I only wanted to know what was wrong he brushed it off and asked if we wanted to remove the part. All my car needed was an AC clutch relay that is super cheap but the total was over $200? Its ridiculous and my favorite lines were, I only call customers for high ticket jobs and you didnt say you wanted an estimate. I rarely leave negative reviews but this place was a hot mess and unprofessional. Id advise you to take your business elsewhere!!!

I would recommend calling around to compare price quotes, when I called to ask why theirs was a $200 difference compared to 3 other windshield replacement business I called, he stated Well I have somebody else who needs this windshield so you can go to the place that quoted you a cheaper rate. Very unprofessional.

Ive taken several vehicles here over the years and have always had good service and a good experience, until today...I went to drop off a Ford f150 that Ive been restoring with my daughter as her first vehicle.The reason for my rating is because of the exceptionally poor and frustrating interaction I had when trying to leave it for service.I walked in behind another customer, she spoke to the man at the counter and they walked outside to look at her vehicle. Another customer walked in as well. A woman came out of the office and asked if we were picking up. The other customer was there for parts. I told her that I was there to drop off. She immediately said, oh, well were not taking any more vehicles today. She went on to tell me at length how any vehicle left had to be locked up in their shop over night and that they already had more work than they could do today. Then she told me that rather than try again tomorrow morning, since they had so much that they wouldnt finish today. I should probably just wait until Friday morning and I should call before I came down...Now all of that wouldnt have been too bad. She wasnt mean or unprofessional, except....As she was finishing telling me all of this. The man walked back in with the customer that had been in front of me and took her keys and said he would pull her truck in right now for the work...But wait, I was just told that they werent taking any more work today...I thanked them and left, Im sitting in the parking lot now looking up other businesses.I cant figure out why I would be immediately turned away, other than the fact that the truck I was trying to drop off is a 1994 and doesnt look pretty yet because as I said Im restoring it with my daughter...

When we needed a pane of glass on short notice, Connie helped us out and was incredibly kind. We called on a friday and even though they close at noon she said we could come by and pick it up a few hours later and we did exactly that! The price was Incredible and she really was a life saver!

I took my 2001 Ford F150 in because the A/C was blowing hot. They had it back to me in a timely fashion and the A/C works great! I would definitely recommend them. I am taking the truck back to have the seal replaced on my rear glass.

The staff was very helpful and professional. I needed to have my vehicle back by a certain time that day and they made sure that happened. Not only was my windshield replaced properly, but they even put the stickers where they were originally. They were also the cheapest place I found after calling around to 5 places. I highly recommend them and will for sure use them in the future!!!

As a 4 decade reisdent of Wichita Falls, I have had the opportunity to use many service companies. There are many that are wothy of praise. But Quality Glass in the area of auto airconditioning is so outstanding it needs to be emphasized. The pricing is extremely fair and their knowedge of their trade is exceptional.

Great place, great people and a fair price for the work they do. Take all my vehicles here to have air conditioning and glass work done. They do great work on broken window mechanisms too. It is first come first serve and during the summer time they are busy. Just cant show up and expect them to drop what they are doing to work on your car. They do work quickly and the vehicle is normally ready when they say.

I have used them several times and they are always great. Always fast, good service and reasonably priced.

Customer service wasnt that great. I had to wait pretty close to 10 minutes before I saw anyone at the front desk. I came here for help with my electric car window that wouldnt roll up because it fell off the tracks. They said they dont do anything like that, they only fix broken glass. But hey at least they recommended another business that they wouldnt give me a number for or directions to.

I came in on a Monday and ordered the windshield paid for everything, on Tuesday I brought my car in and it was done 6 hours later I picked up my car. Everything was done the guys were polite and they got the job done faster than what they told. And they were cheaper than everyone else in town.

Ive rarely written a negative review on any local company. I am compelled to help you today. Ive used quality glass to purchase an AC Delco battery a few years ago. Sometime after that, prior to my warranty expiring the battery went bad. I visited the store and dealt with Lawrence which was very rude to me. I spoke to him about how I felt about how he was treating me. He explained that it was the end of the year, business was bad and he didnt know if they would be able to stay in business. He apologized to me for his actions because he was stressed. I accepted his apology. Now 2 years down the road I call because Im having battery issues and he is rude and condescending to me over the phone. Since I had purchased my battery from him and it was on my way to work, I drove to the store to have him check it. The mechanic John spotted me and took my truck in the shop to check it. I waited 4 feet from Lawrence in the waiting area and he never acknowledged I was present. I left my truck to have the AC fixed. When I came to pick it up it was $295 to replace a fuse relay and a transducer pigtail. Wow it was cheaper when I had the entire compressor changed a year earlier at a different shop. I said: I almost had a heart attack. Lawrence said over which part? Your AC works or the cost? When I asked if there was anything we could do about the price Lawrence said you can pay it with a card or check. I expressed that he was very rude and he said Im just a practical guy. Your AC works and Im paid. I let him know I would not be back. I recommend American Glass for your auto glass needs and Billys Garage for your automotive needs.

These guys hae been downtown doing windshields and servicing air conditioning for cars and trucks since my very 1st car back in 1979. Very dependable, friendly, honest and consitent.

My family, and I have been using Quality for decades, there isnt anyone in town, or out of town, that can even come close to the excellent work these guys do. Ins deduc was 500 and Safelite wanted almost 500 for complete replacement after parts and disposal of old windshield, Quality hit me at 340 out the door, and I know it will be done correct. This will be the 17th vehicle I will be taking to them. I will highly recommend Quality Glass Co to anyone, and always have.

Called for an estimate for a repair....man that answered called didnt say hello, offer name or even answer like it was a business....was very rude and even hung up on me. Advise: if they are this rude just to talk to people that might take them business, we as customers SHOULD TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Took my 87 Chevy R10 in for AC work. They said it looked like a project and then told me it wasnt worth their time to fix it because they had, and I quote, money stacked up in the parking lot. Took it to Alleys, and they had it blowing cold in less than a few hours. As a business owner myself, this type of greed is unacceptable. I couldnt recommend this business to anyone.

They just ripping people of Whichita fall they are the worst air conditioning place have ever seen in my life am not from america and I was looking for a place to fix my ac so I went in There so they ask me to drop my suv that they will give me a call when they find out what rung with it they didnt call until I call and they told me they ware about to call me that my car is ready all I needed to pay is $130 but it didnt take 2it didnt last 2 month before my car west back to that same condition it was

They checked my air conditioner on day one,order parts and get them on day 2,I had to have a new compressor so on day 3 I took it in and waited. It was an hour and a half and I couldn’t be happier!!
