Came from lawton. Called over 3 times to see if they can have the part i needed ready and they wouldnt answer their phone. I showed up right before they closed(which is why i tried calling ahead of time) and they said they were closed. Lost my business and i used to refer people here.

The guys at the desk are lazy and rude.The prices change all the time.Most of the time the want to make you pay high dollar for a part and make you go out in tje heat and pull the part yourself.They want your money but want you to do their job for them

I hate calling salvage yards and dealing with cranky old grumps, these guys couldn’t be farther away from that!They are super helpful, very personable and very down to earth. My daughter & I were basically stranded when my car went down. Their customer service here is above excellent, he picked up my vehicle in a great amount of time. If you’re anywhere from an hour to 2 outside of their area, definitely choose them!! They had us back on the road in less than 2 hours & he called & checked on us when we got back on the road. I made it my mission to come back & leave a review!

They were great they had the part I needed and it fixed my a/c. And what made them the very best was their prices. I got a compressor for my a/c for less than $50

They would not serve me unless I put on a mask but none of the people in their office was wearing mask themselves how can you refuse me service when you wont even wear one yourself

If I need parts this is the first place I go. Helpful guys at the counter and will tell you were the car is your looking for, not just....over there somewhere. Fair price on the parts.

When I called to see if they had struts for my car, the phone was answered quickly, the operator checked on the parts and I picked them up the next day. Amazing experience plus they saved me a lot of money. It would have cost me approximately $200 more and the struts were like new. I recommend them for quality and service.

Bunch of crooks! I was in there three months ago and got a part for my car for 40 bucks. a good price for a used part! I go in today and they want 100 bucks for the same part!.... WHAT? Then he tells me he can get a brand new after market one for 90! COME ON!!! THEYRE GONNA CHARGE ME MORE FOR A USED ONE!?!? Ill get a new one on my own and NEVER go back to those crooks again.....

Gave four stars only because they didnt have what I needed. I know it isnt there requirement to have every part under the sun. Just how I felt at this time.

Im new to this town. I hit a curb with my 2004 Mazda 6 and bent my rim so I needed a new one and someone recommended me to this place I called and they had the part. This place saved me. thanks for liable Salvage

This place is a joke. i spent 1700 to have them just drop in a new engine. this is an 8 hour job if you have the engine sitting and waiting. well i dropped it of in late febuary and after one engine was sent and was wrong and another going to the wrong location and taking weeks to come in i didnt get my truck untill mid april. and i paid to keep the old engine and they kept that too. i live in ft worth other wise itd be no big deal id just come get it but i cant even get it back to them cause the engine they finally put in is near blown and probubly wont make the trip. it has busted hoses, radiator and oil, it burns oil and smokes in the engine bay. i only drive it about 60 miles a week and it leaks a qt a week. if i were to give this place a 1-10 id give it a -20. dont waist your time or money i should have just done it my self, saved about a grand and alot of time and frustration.
