YOU WILL NOT REGRET CHOOSING THIS LOCAL COMPANY! We went into this Wichita Falls store and were helped instantly. They set us up for delivery of our new mattress set 4 days later!!! Our Delivery guys were absolutely fantastic Vincent T***** was what the caller id had. They had called to ask how I would like them to pull in my drive way. I forgot to get both of the guys names we were too busy chatting as they moved in the furniture! They were fast, friendly, and very careful getting everything inside gently and asking where I wanted it. Second time buying with this company and I will never go anywhere else for furniture.

We were beginning to search for a split king adjustable bed. We came to Home Zone after seeing a commercial on TV. The first thing I noticed was that the store was really clean and had a fragrant air quality. Ruby greeted us promptly with a kind smile. We explained what we were interested in and she began to show us the products. Ruby explained the differences in each system and answered my questions with confidence. She explained the financial services including the Veterans Discount and lay-away program. It was as very pleasant experience to work with Ruby. We plan on purchasing the bed in the near future.

I love shopping at Home Zone and always get good service. Today was even better. Vanessa was friendly and not pushy. She went above and beyond to help and knew her inventory well. We made the deal, and she proceeded to find us an additional discount, which she did not have to do. Very impressed!!

Phenomenal prices and exceptional customer service! We bought a couch and the total cost (with warranty AND delivery/set up) was still cheaper than the other 6 stores we looked at. Not to mention other stores said anywhere from 6-24 weeks! Home Zone delivered our couch in 3 days. I would definitely go back and I would highly recommend speaking to Dylan. He wasn’t pushy, gave us space and was always nearby to answer any questions we had. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our experience.

This place is amazing. Dylan greeted us as soon as we entered the door. Even better, the salesmen werent breathing down our necks as we browsed. My husband and I went to 4 other stores around town. Nothing we wanted and the $$$ 😳😳 we were on our way home & I remember Home Zone. Staff was helpful. Left us alone after we told them what we were looking for. 20 minutes later, we found what we wanted and the price was in range. The couch leans back to lay down. The center folds down with cup holders and USB plugs. The chair rocks and of course reclines.. They delivered and we are happy! Now we need to go back for a new coffee table and end tables!

I had a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door!!! Christal greeted me, and explained how they do not work on commission, so they will not follow me around and try to sell, sell, sell. She showed me to the area I was looking for and answered all my questions. I took my time deciding between several pieces. I walked around and looked at everything. After a few hours, I decided on the living room furniture I wanted and even bought a few pieces of art. I live out of the area, so my furniture will not be here until next week, however, compared with other furniture stores, that is super fast in my opinion. Dylan Smith was amazing, very helpful and funny. He made sure we got a good deal and that everything was to our standard of liking, he didn’t follow us around but still made sure we knew he was there to help, he answered any questions we had and was able to get the dimensions of the sectional we wanted. He also made sure that we had protection on our furniture. Just over all very personable and funny I truly think every sales men should be like this.

Just moved to the area. We were looking for a king bedroom set and mattress. They have a wonderful show room and we received excellent customer service from Joshua and Dylan. We left with exactly what we need and a delivery to our home within 7 days! Could not be happier!

Home Zone located on Fairway Blvd is my favorite furniture place now! I bought a leather double recliner love seat with cup holders and deep center console with electrical USB/plug outlets and a long espresso dark bar table with stools from Home Zone. That was back in May 19. Fast forward to now Oct 19 and the furniture is still great! 😁 David helped me find exactly what I was looking for and he did a great job, along with the delivery service. We found what we were looking for, at a good price but unfortunately the item wasnt in stock to take home, however that seems like the same story across any furniture store since Covid. Hopefully the item is received as stated. So far we have been pleased.

This was the best furniture buying experience I have ever had!! Vanessa was so educated on the products I was looking at and made the buying experience easy. She also greeted me as I walked in and gave me plenty of time to look. When I made my purchase, through every step, she explained the paperwork and everything! She was incredible!!

The employees were very nice and helpful. No pressure at all. Very informative when asked a question. I would shop there again. I purchased a sectional which is on back order. Gives me plenty of time to clean and get ready for the new. The only drawback is delivery and setup would cost 200 and I don’t feel that is a fair price. Therefore we will go back to get the furniture when it arrives. ( my husband is disabled so I will have to get others to help.) Other than that I loved it. I hope we love the furniture as well as I think we will.

Excellent selection at good prices. Dylan was very helpful and showed no signs of pressure or stress at a very busy time in the store. We never felt rushed or neglected, and the warranties were explained in detailed. We plan on coming back to complete our newly renovated home’s needs in another week or two and will definitely coordinate with Dylan on a date/time to meet.

This is by far the best furniture store in North Texas. Ashley Home is second, but you already know what to expect from that type of store. Chris was direct, professional and made the process very comforting and expedient! He provided me with all the information I needed to make the best financial decision. We bought a 4 piece couch set with extra coverage for a little over 2k. Weve shopped around, you can find that anywhere around here!! Especially for this level of quality!The only snag in the entire process was with delivery. One of the two delivery guys couldnt get on base so I had to leave work to help unload and assist with the process. However, I contacted the manager and he agreed to refund the delivery fee since I got put to work! Im still waiting for that to happen, so that may take my review down a notch, but Im still a satisfied customer!

I loved it here. NO commissions means no pushy sales people. Yet if I had a question someone was there. Very friendly and they had cold bottled water for customers.Update 9/15/2020 I need to change my rave to a rant. The delivery price was quoted as $100 LESS than I was charged. The ottoman that I was shown was NOT the one that was ordered for me and I was not notified that the chair was on back order. Did they hope I would not notice when the delivery confirmation text did not mention the chair? I had to call the store and wait hours for a call back to be told it was on back order. Grrr. I am not happy with this company .

This place uses a horrible financing company. I took advantage of their 90 days same as cash offer to buy a new mattress. I called the finance company to setup the 90 days after I left. I just noticed that I was still being billed for the product so when I called them, they said they had no record of me calling and that I was going to have to continue to pay almost 3x more for the product or return it and loose the 4 payments I had already made.

After a full day of searching each furniture store for the right recliner for my dads birthday, we chose to buy from furniture row. We wanted to buy two recliners but only one was available. We were told when there were more in stock we would get a call. We did purchase the last one in stock and was suppose to receive it on that Thursday. My mother called to find out what time the chair would arrive, and an associate told her there were no deliveries that day and just ended it with that. No concern for the customer at all. I called back a second time with my mother, the same lady answered and finally got a supervisor. The supervisor told us he was sorry but they did not have the chair in stock. He tried to say the salesman did not check the inventor, I quickly argued that the salesman had checked, since we requested a second one. He then said the associates are trained not to sell the last chair since things like this happy. Did he try to offer another deal every to make the situation better? NO!! I told him any other time it would not have been such an issue if it wasnt my fathers birthday present. We had asked if we just needed to get a refund and he said yes just bring in the receipt. So, we did all to be shorted $3.00. Why would we not get the whole amount when they messed up....IM SO DISAPPOINTED!! I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!! THIS WAS MEANT FOR HOME ZONE!!

Great experience at this furniture store. We were out looking for some new pieces for our home and visited three stores; one before and one after Home Zone. Anthony introduced himself at Home Zone Furniture and made himself available for questions, then left us alone to browse. We werent pressured at all to purchase anything. When we asked him to, Anthony meticulously measured pieces we were interested in and gave us an itemized list of everything we were considering. We measured our space at home and decided to purchase from Home Zone, finding them the best value for the quality and availability. I stopped in today to finalize the purchase. Shaye was very warm and engaging while processing my order and set a prompt delivery date. Charles, the store manager was also kind and helpful. His engagement with the store associates led me to believe this team enjoys working together, which makes the shopping experience pleasant for us. We will definitely return to this store in the future. I have confidence that even if something doesnt meet our expectations, they will work to resolve it to our satisfaction.

I really enjoyed my experience shopping in the store. The salesmen and women were not aggressive at all. They allowed me to browse and made themselves available when I had questions. I was able to make my final purchase with a very knowledgeable associate. I also chose to buy from them because the turn around for deliver was pretty quick, compared to other furniture stores, even with COVID slowing production and shipping. I would highly recommend anyone check them out. They have qreat quality and many options for purchase. They have definitely gained a forever customer in me.

She also showed me tv stands along the way to help get an idea of the two together based on what I liked. Over all, the shopping experience was fast, easy, and fun. They get a 4 for their furniture. As an honest review, I went into Home Zone two days in a row. The first day, we were told by a salesperson that he would be right with us. After walking around for about 40 minutes with no other service, we left. I really liked their furniture and knew what I wanted, so we went back the next day. Magically, they see my husband in uniform and now we cannot get the salesperson to not help us. Funny thing, it was the same guy who had told us he would help us the day before but never came back to assist. Blake, youre a nice person but your intentions the second time felt almost in-genuine compared to the first visit. But again, he was nice the second time and helped us pick out the best furniture choice for our familys needs. And I will say, Robyn is amazing! Shes very knowledgeable and pleasant, and she helped my husband and I complete our purchase today. Home Zone is the best place in town to buy furniture at a great price. I will always shop there for my furniture needs. Its truly nice, quality furniture and I do recommend it. Robyn, youre the best! !!
