Good variety of items. Stop by before you good to Home Depot, and save at least 50% off. I go in every weekend and get a good deal. Great customer service. I recommend to anyone!

They are always so nice and friendly. Also have really good prices. Will always come here first before going to Lowes.

I can’t believe it has taken me a year to figure out they have a surplus here. The guys there are professionals and are always there to help you find whatever you need. If you want to find good deals that the big stores don’t have I’d recommend checking them out.

Selections change constantly. Prices vary as well. They are very helpful. Selection is varied by the week and day.

This is a wearhouse with no hvac so be prepared for that. Many of them items are damaged to give such a discount on. If you hit it right you could same lots but you would have to go a lot to get the really good deals.

This place is a must for all builders it has allot of grate deals u will not get anywhere else in town and quality staff that are really helpful and courteous.

Asked an employee if they shower enclosures they said no only to find multiple of the item but they were almost the same price as the home improvement stores and it was busted up badly and the picture they put on the box wasnt what was in the box, the picture was a shower enclosure with a base pan, the one in the box was only a bathtub surround, which was to be used with a bathtub.

Pretty cool for building supplies at reduced cost.

This place is hit and miss for both inventory and prices. A lot of times I dont find anything that I need, but every once in a while Ill find great deals on lots of useful stuff.

This wholesale building materials store has many different items for the home from tile, air conditioners, curtains, tools, and much more. The inventory varies. Much of it is return merchandise from other stores it looks like to me but still quality items. The downside is that most of it does not have a price on it and you have to ask how much. They accept cash and credit cards and are always very busy!

New location is definitely cooler in summer than last place. Prices are still not clearly marked.

This place is a handymans/contractors gold mine. They carry a little bit of everything from recess lighting, faucets, shower heads, faucet and toilet fittings, wet/dry vacs, some power tools, hands tools, appliances, OMG its to much to list. You just need to visit their warehouse and see for yourself.During my visit I learned that they are a new business, so support a new local business and rack up on the awesomely good deals. The staff is super friendly and willing to help you find what your looking for.Side note: The inventory is constantly changing so go back often to get the latest deals on the newest inventory. Thanks Wichita Surplus for the crate of goodies you gave me.

You can buy materials and tools for 50 percent off, you have to be careful to look over anything you are buying, all this merchandise was returned by people to home depot.
