I contacted them in regards to replacing a water damaged bathroom cabinet because they came highly recommended by my homebuilder. After meeting with them, I was assured they would be able to replace my cabinet within a month. I received an estimate and felt the price was reasonable. Before agreeing to the estimate, I asked if they could send me a picture of what the finished cabinet would look like. A month has passed and I have had no replies to my numerous calls and texts. It has forced me to look elsewhere for a cabinetmaker. I am dissappointed to say the least. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them based on their poor communication and lack of follow through.

Weve done business before, this last time Ive waited over a month and nothing, the worse part about this experience was the lack of communication, over two weeks of calls and msgs and still get ignored, i had to go up there myself to talk to someone else just to find out they wont get to them anytime soon or non at all. I pay for services just like everyone else and i run a business myself, i have to answer clients too and now i need to figure out another route because of lack of communication. Def sucks to feel like your business is no good. My fault for not having a contract with this guy

Dutch Watson Cabinets is the best cabinet shop in town. They are professional and the employees have a lot of experience. I suggest this cabinet shop for anyone who wants to have an upgrade or for new home builders.

They make great cabinets. Professionals for sure.
