I never leave reviews, which tells you how much I was impressed by Zackre at Patterson Hyundai.We were looking at cars over the course of two days. We werent quite sure what we wanted, and visited several neighboring dealerships with less than professional salesmen. We ended up coming back to Zackre on day 2. He was more than happy to arrange 4 different vehicles for us to test drive, over the course of a few hours. We considered cars ranging from 25k to 40k, and never once did he try to push us in any direction.He never gave the impression that we were bothering him. We truly had no idea what we wanted (just needed 4 doors and room for child seats), and had a very flexible budget. He let us make the decision for ourselves. His professionalism and non-pushy demeanor means I would recommend him to anyone.

It was our first time buying a car and Bobby Nunn was awesome! We came in looking for a specific car, but when it turned out to not fit our needs, Bobby helped us find the perfect car! Everyone was very nice and explained things clearly for us newbies.
Me and my wife traded in our car to this dealership on 7/9 and we’re told to come back and get our things out of the car (my wife had recently helped our aunt move and was given a few boxes of family heirlooms that were still in theback of our suv).When we returned our car on 7/10 and we’re told the service shop where the car was,was closed. Closed 7/11 as it was Sunday. We returned at 5:30p on 7/12 and we’re told they were closed. We again returned on 7/13 during lunchtime and found the car had been burglarized, torn apart and many items were stolen. Or destroyed.There was no forced entry, so it wasn’t locked while they had it or it was someone who had access to the keys. There really is no third option. They are completely at fault.The dealership has yet to answer my messages or call me and is stating it’s not their responsibility.I highly advise shopping some where else as it’s been 6 days and still no word from the dealership.At no point did anyone apologize at any juncture of this. I emailed their website and received no call back or reply. I messaged them on Facebook and received no call back and replied via messenger stating someone would reach out but never did.I am truly flabbergasted.
I first purchased a Hyundai in 2013 and after driving Honda for years was more than please. I was first in an Elantra and felt like there wasnt enough leg room and they put me in a Sonata. Worked with same manager and salesman for the 2021 Kona. Three hour deal from test drive to vehicle delivery. Excellent knowledge of the Hyundai products and features of the vehicle. No pressure just negotiation. I only wish I could have gotten a little more on my trade-in. Hyundai provides the best warranty, safety features, and more on their vehicles. Patterson is an experienced dealership and has been in about five cars we have purchased from them since the late 1990s.
My recall service was handled very efficiently and my time was just as important to the service department as it was to me. Thankyou for a geat experience overall.

Bought a brand new Elantra from Samuel. The experience was very good. I got more for my trade in than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. It took a bit longer than I wanted since Samuel is still new but I never felt like I was waiting just to wait. The lot was clean and the inventory was above average. The staff were all very friendly and not pushy at all. When I got to the finance department Jabin did try to get me to finance through their banks even though I told him I had already secured a loan through my credit union. I don’t blame him for doing his job but my credit union APR beat their best offer by .4%. He was super friendly and quick.The car itself is great. I traded in a VW with top of the line trim and the Elantra matches most of my old cars features and added some new ones. On a negative note the next day I had the car the back right window wouldn’t roll down. It finally got the message about halfway through the car ride and rolled down without anyone touching the button. I immediately contacted Samuel and he made sure to get me a service appointment ASAP. I hope it’s nothing but will reserve judgment until it’s fixed.
The employees at every level have been extremely helpful to me. I told the salesman that I would be his worst nightmare as all this newfangled stuff on the new cars is beyond my comprehension. He gave me his cell phone andalways answered and walked me thru each and every situation that I found myself in. His name was Bobby Bond. The service manager for PattersonHyundai is Matthew and he is the kindest person I have ever met. He never makes me feel stupid no matter what I ask.Thanks again for sending this old lady to Patterson Hyundai.

We ultimately went back to Hyundai and went with a vehicle we test drove there. Another note, Patterson’s has one of the best service departments I have ever worked with. Purchased a used Hyundai Accent for a family member and was absolutely impressed with Tucker Jones, who was so patient with our elderly mother. He asked questions and carefully listened to her vehicle needs and budget range and even pulled up a very recent trade-in for her to test drive. He test drove the car with her and explained all of the features. She ended up buying it!Chris in Finance was also very helpful and handled all of the purchasing paperwork.As a family, we have purchased 2 new Jeeps, 1 new Charger from Michael Mason and this used Hyundai from Tucker Jones at Patterson Auto Group. Each experience with sales staff and finance has been easy and very fair. Even the service Department that did recent warranty work on the Dodge did an excellent job. Joe and Heath in service are fantastic.Remember, Value is more than a fair price on a car. It also includes how you are treated and how well your vehicle is serviced. Patterson Auto is top-rated at all of those things.

Ive had my 2016 Hyundai Sonata for 26 days. I love it more and more each day. I was nervous about going from an SUV back to a car, but Im so glad that I did. If anyone is considering purchasing a new car, give Cameron Moore at Patterson Auto Center a chance. I told him exactly which car I wanted right down to the stock number and VIN from their web site, how much I expected for my trade-in, how much money I was willing to put down ($0), and how much I wanted my payments to be. And he made it happen! He really does his homework. He knows the vehicles inside and out. He went through every option of every menu on every feature to make sure that I knew how to use them, right down to connecting my phone to the car. When I went to the finance department, there were no surprises. I was able to get gap insurance and extended warranty and still be within my budget. Even 26 days after the sale, whenever I have questions, I text Cameron and he replies very promptly. Hes very personable and easy to talk to. This was the best car-buying experience that Ive ever had.

I absolutely love my Hyundai Sonata! My husband and I started looking for a new car a few weeks ago. We went to several local dealerships. We had it narrowed down between a Toyota or Hyundai. We met with, Sam Turner at Patterson, who was excellent at answering all our questions. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. He explained all the features on the Sonata and told us to take our time driving the car. After, driving several vehicles, I new for sure I wanted the Sonata. I live an hour away from this dealership but drove out there because I saw a vehicle online that I liked. After a test drive and a meeting with a sales man Luis I decided to go look at some other dealerships. The sales man texted me within a few minutes and asked if I would came back if he could get another thousand dollars off. When I returned the next day he had not cleared that price with his manager so they did not honor what he had offered. After some more back and fourth and my third hour long trip up there I did buy the vehicle though still not at that offered price. The salesman also told me he would get me a second key because they only had one when I bought it and hey are expensive.When I got the vehicle home I found out that my seat warmer did not work. I called the salesman and the customer service manager and they both told me it was under warranty and any Hyundai dealership would fix it. When I took it to my local Hyundai dealership they told me it was an after market part and warranty doesn’t cover it. The dealership I bought it from should have known that. When I called Luis and told him this he said they would help me get it fixed. He found out that it was put in by a shop in their area and it has a lifetime warranty on that part. He said they would work something out with me getting a loaner car while they fix it and gas for my time.I knew it all sounded too good to be true. Because I didn’t hear from him for a couple weeks and when I tried to call him back he never answered or called back. He claimed to have my extra key too but has not mailed it to me. So here I am after 2 months I have a brand new car that does not have an extra key, and the heated seats do not work. And the dealership will do nothing to back up or follow through with what their salesman promise their customers.I won’t be telling anyone to go to any of these dealerships and I will not be buying another vehicle there again.(Update: a customer service manager called and coordinated them driving an hour to get my car and give me a loaner car. They were very quick about it and the loaner car was really nice. They returned my car the next day and the seats where fixed. Thank you Patterson for following through with your customer service.)

I bought a new Hyundai Sonata here a little over two years ago. The entire process was so easy! They understood that I was a first-time buyer and made sure I understood every step of the paperwork and helped me find great financing. The salesman was helpful but never pushy. Just bought our first new car :) Bobby Nunn was a pleasure to work with and everyone was very helpful and patient in explaining everything to us. We had our baby with us since we didnt realize that buying a car would take so long but everyone was understanding when she was cranky and smitten with her the rest of the time. I have always thought the guys in the service center to be fantastic. Bobby never once seem annoyed at my never-ending questions or the many cars I had him let me look in.

Absolutely the worst service manager of any Hyundai dealership around.My car broke down at 830 pm so I called the blue link and they towed the car to Hyundai. The next morning the service adviser Tamara called me and said they would check out the car and call me back. I advised I was stuck in a Hotel with no transportation and I was pulling a trailer at the time the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe sport broke down. They said there was nothing they could do for me as they had nothing that would pull a trailer and they did not offer to find me anything to drive so I rented a budget rental truck drove to my home in McKinney and heard nothing until I called them at 4 pm. They said the catalectic converter blew off and they would order one and it would be in in the morning of the following day. I waited once again until 4 pm and called them back. They advised that the converter did not come in. So I drove back to Wichita falls in the rental truck got my belongs out of the car and filed a Lemon law case with Hyundai.. Now it is two more days and no one has bothered to call me back from Hyundai this happened on a Monday and today is Saturday with no word what so ever from Patterson Service adviser Tamara. This is my story and this is absolutely the worst customer service Hyundai has. I would never take another car to them.I want to mention one other thing. When they drove me in a golf cart to the back lot to pick up my belongings The whole back lot about a half acre in size was crammed full of customers vehicles waiting to be serviced. Perhaps this is why they are so terribly slow at servicing vehicles in a timely manner. No dealership should have that many customer vehicles waiting to be serviced. It also might be indicative that a whole lot of Hyundai cars break down like mine did on the side of the road twice in a months time. You may want to rethink buying a Hyundai or at least a Santa Fe Sport. The recalls are very high in number and they have a problem with them catching fire. In my case the last time it broke down the fuel injector stuck on pouring gasoline into the cylinder which could have caused a car fire. I suggest you also read the internet and review all the car fires with Hyundais.
Great buying experience this time around. Always skeptical about purchasing a new vehicle due to bad experiences with the salesman. However I cant complain about my experience today when purchasing my 2017 Hyundai Sonata. All the staff at this location treated us great and our salesman, Zack Baker was excellent as well! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We recently purchased a 2015 Hyundai Elantra from Pattersons. Tyler Cameron was the salesperson who helped us out. He fielded several questions over a couple of weeks and was very patient while we compared pricing and models. The Patterson Hyundai car buying experience was simply amazing. We saw the dealership off the highway traveling through Wichita Falls on our way back to Lawton Oklahoma. Although, we showed up late and close to closing the hour, Mr. Bobby Nunn (sales associate extraordinaire) stayed late to show us what the dealership had to offer. Patterson made us an offer we could not pass, and we were more than willing to travel back to Wichita Falls to complete the deal.
