I needed to purchase a car during the COVID/CHIP crisis and one dealership stood out, Patterson Mercedes of WF. No market adjust, no add-on pressure, easy trade in process (good price), and great small town customer service. Colton and the team were fantastic in getting me the spec sheet within minutes of my initial call and made sure the process went smoothly all the way to the end. He is an authentic kind human with an infectious smile - he challenges my current assumptions of car salesmen. The whole team was great! After the purchase Patterson gave me an amazing gift basket that was assembled with care AND part of the proceeds of my purchase was donated to the local Boys and Girls Club! are you kidding me? I would give this experience 6 stars if I could.

I had my car serviced for the 1st time there and the experience was great. Had no problems 😊. The staff was very nice and professional. I waited just a little bit longer than I expected but it was worth the wait. I dont like mechanics to get in a hurry, they may forget to do something. So just for that, I will be back. Replace linkage for door stepper. Part 60.64 shop supplies 40.93. Plus doc. storage fee. 975.00 labor. Car floor mats anddash surfaces full of oily hand prints. Destroyed my cup holder and rolling door. I was told I have a older car and those things break. They dont want to fix it

This is my 4th vehicle purchase from Patterson Mercedes, and I haventbeen disappointed with a single one. Chris Emery sold me 2 of them, and Im looking forward to buying another from him. From start to finish the experience was enjoyable. Chris is a great person to work with, he knows his vehicles, is helpful and listens to his customers! Being the 2nd Mercedes I have bought from Chris I have had the chance to see just how the service after the sale is by him. And it has been excellent. As I write this review I have been TRYING to think of anything remotely disparaging about my experience with Chris & Patterson Mercedes, and I can only think of 1 thing. The coffee maker in the waiting room is possessed, or it just didnt like me! ( put in for humor)

Also, everyone here was super friendly, provided hassle-free and excellent customer service; they made sure my car is all set up, showed me detailed features of the car before I left and answered any questions that I had. My husband and I have purchased five cars from PATTERSON auto. One of the main reasons is because of the professionalism and the organization’s focus on customer service. However, just as I thought the dealership couldn’t improve much more, along comes Adam Gonzalez, the rep from whom we have bought our last two vehicles. He actually has raised the bar on an organization that already adheres to high standards. He not only is patient, supportive, and informative during the vehicle selection process, but he sees things through, and past, the sales part. I know I can call him whenever I need assistance, and because I am “his” customer, he will have my back. It’s reassuring, to say the least. We will undoubtedly seek out Adam in the future for our vehicle purchases.

My wife and I wish we had the option to choose 10 stars to rate the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE that we received from Patterson Mercedes.  We purchased a S Class 550 from Patterson in April or May in 2016. In 2017 there was some issues with our warranty not covering the repair that was needed to our vehicle but it was the way we purchased our vehicle.  I contacted Todd (Service Manager at Patterson Mercedes ) about the issue and he could have easily blown me off about the issue.  Todd from the start displayed great customer service and made no promises to my wife and I about the issue.  However,  he advised us that he will contact several people within his department.  Patterson Mercedes delivered a loaner car to my wife and I (not to mention that we leave over 200 miles away). Here is the end result and best Customer Service we have ever received. Patterson Mercedes fixed our vehicle from Top to bottom and went above and beyond with their Service. We will only buy our future vehicles  from Patterson Mercedes and recommend that everyone else does as well. I’ve been dreading buying a car for years. The idea of been bullied all day long, shuffled around to different departments like a ping pong ball to eventually end up furiously signing page after page of documents full of legal jargon without bothering to read the fine print or caring, because I just want to get the hell out of there! I dreaded it so much that by the time my trusty Tahoe limped into the dealership, it simply collapsed like a marathon runner after crossing the finish line and whispered, “it’s time, Lisa. I can see the light... Let me go for god’s sake!” 😵😂I was nervous, hesitant and not looking forward to the day, but I had done my homework and was ready for battle. I knew what vehicle I wanted, was already approved for financing, wrangled up a down payment to show them I was serious and alerted the sales manager I was coming. I had even brought my father with me. A no-nonsense retired Naval Officer. As soon as I entered the Mercedes showroom, an Angel named Elizabeth Speers, welcomed us into her office. She took my hand and gently guided me throughout the process. I kept waiting for something to dampen my day; an evil Mercedes associate to pop out and ruin this pleasant experience, but IT NEVER HAPPENED!I stated my case to Elizabeth. She handed me and my father the keys to the Mercedes and told us to go test drive it, while she tried to meet my requests. When we returned a short time later she was ready to do business. Thirty minutes later I was on my way to lunch while the paperwork was being prepared. I next found myself in the finance department. I thought, “this is it. This is going to suck.” I was wrong.We signed paperwork with movie star gorgeous and very dapper, Jabin Smythe. I signed paperwork and we shared Seinfeld anecdotes and cracked up. It was quick and painless and the icing on the cake was a lower interest rate compared to what I managed with my bank.I finished my day with my new friend, Elizabeth Speers, whom took the time to show me what all of the buttons and dials did in my beautiful new Mercedes-Benz. That’s when I meet Todd, the Mercedes guru, whom made me feel confident that he’d have my back when issues arise in the future.Look, I did my homework prior to setting foot in the dealership. I could’ve gone to OKC, Tulsa, Dallas, but the biggest lure for me is the service they provide after the sale. Whenever I need maintenance, an associate will drive to my home, pick up my car, provide me with a loaner and deliver my serviced vehicle back to my home. I don’t even live in the same state! 🤯🤯🤯Patterson has almost every brand of vehicle you could ever want. It’s like a Disney World for car buyers. Do your homework, put some comfortable shoes on and head to Patterson for your next vehicle purchase. And if you see Elizabeth, tell her the Naval Captain and Lisa sent ya! 😊

Best purchase transaction done with a dealership. Immediate call back after inquiry online for a car. Showed up, Test Drove, Educated by Kendrick Jones(Sales Rep) on the car/options we were unaware of, did the deal with finance, and done. Usually a process I dread that would take hours and hours to complete. But, at Patterson Mercedes, this was quick and clean. Bought a Mercedes GL 450 from Patterson Auto Group. The salesman was Kendrick Jones. He worked very hard to make my purchase a great and successful experience. The whole staff there, was very friendly and helpful. They even delivered my car to Houston. I closed at my kitchen table. This was a stress free experience. I am thinking of doing future purchases with these folks, despite they are more than 300 miles from my home. It was that good.

Went to take my 96 Mercedes e class 320 to get a single broken lug nut off my tire. After looking at it they told me they couldnt do nothing without ruining the tire to get it out. I was like OK how can yall not fix something so simple. I ask well how much for a new rim if thats all yall can do to get the tire off. He tells me 900 and im like ur crazy over a single broken lug nuts u tell me u cant get out. Hell no! Thats ridiculous the only place I thought could help me did nothing for me other than try taking advantage of me. So they recommended a place to take it too that might be able to help and I said okay. So I went and they told me if Patterson cant do it we cant help u either. So Im like really.. Now where do I take it too? A few days go buy and I see an old friend who use to work on my cars. Told him the story and he laugh and said they are crazy. I promise u I can get that nut off in 15 min. 15 passed and lug nuts was off. He then changed my tire rotation and all fixed my alignment all for only 70 bucks thats it. Patterson u let me down. A big dealership like u couldnt do something so simple.

Just Left The Mercedes department of Patterson. Came in to have a Mercedes Battery replaced 3 months after paying $235. Parts department said to bring battery to Jerry Stewart their Mercedes service manager to check, which is understandable.Wheeled it over to Jerry Stewart, and waited outside so he finish talking in his office. Politely I said parts department sent me over to you to check this battery that is under warranty, it was purchase 3 months ago. His Reply Im going to have to charge you $40 to check the battery! Walmart, oReillys, autozone, everyone will check battery for free, and it dont even have to be a battery you bought from them!!! His reply if you dont LIKE it you can go else where, I dont need your business here! I wasnt going to leave though. He blames their Parts department for not knowing what they are doing and said to bring to them. I told him To call parts and work it out because Im not wheeling this 80lb battery around. He gets on the phone with PARTS and they set him straight, now hes upset because his ego is hurt and he cant charge me. Tells his service Tech Roger(great guy by way) to bring the tester. Waited for Roger to Leave so I dont put Jerry in an akward position, I peeked in the office and said Jerry can I have a word with you Please? Do you have a personal problem with me? His reply YES I DO!!! You gave me bad review for the Mercedes you brought in almost 2 years ago!!!! At this point everything started to make sense, how everytime I come in he gives me an attitude, tells me if I dont like things I should take my business elsewhere because theres other places that works on Mercedes! THOSE words came from a person that is suppose to uphold his position in a place that pride itself in Customer Satisfaction and has the highest respects for their Customers as they always emphasized. So to explain the review I gave the guy 2 years ago, came In to have a central gateway programmed which I bought new from their parts department. I tell Jerry I would like the original part back when your tech is finish his reply absolutely! I picked up my car, guess what original part was not in back seat like he promised. Call Jerry and asked about it and he said Im positive its in the techs work area Ill get that to you in the morning as we are closing soon. Next morning Jerry tells me he and his tech looked for it. It cant be found I Also Found a big door ding on same side they did work but how in the world can I prove it..I left that part alone. So I gave Jerry my review of what I thought of his service because it was asked of me. So basically the Guy does wrong, Gets upset because he cant do things right and takes it out on me everytime I come in because his work place reached out to me for my honest opinion on the service he provided??? what a shame to have someone working that dont care about his position and disreguard the integrity and pride that is reminded every time you hear the name of this dealer. Its a contradiction and disgrace to wear the shirt that you are representing and treat people the way you do. As much time as I hear if you do t like it you can leave from him his bosses needs to say Jerry doesnt seem like you like it here, you need to leave Ill be following this up with every regional manager until something is done. My neighborhood has many Mercedes owner and our family have always owned Mercedes I will make sure everyone I know along with my customers that As long as Jerry Stewart is there at Patterson I will tell them my experience with this disgraceful, disrespectful, careless, Dead weight he claims himself as Mercedes service management. I hope his bosses verify my experience today with all that was involved and review any audio video available. What a disgrace and embarrassment to this establishment.
