Sadly to say that Rayce will not replace your phone if they make a mistake. I was patient and very okay waiting and trying different ways for him to fix my phone but he did not want to make it better. As a business owner if you made a mistake you fix it and make sure the customer comes back!

Amazing guy! My XR had really bad battery life, and got battery replaced for a good price. He also fixed my screen which would keep popping out. Really good place.

I scheduled an appointment to get my XS MAX repaired, upon arriving doors were locked, place looked closed, called the number for the business no answer, dissatisfied

Went to three different cell phone repair shops before doing here. None of them could/would help fix my partners phone. This guy looked at it and said, Ill take a look and see what I can do.
