Great customer service they go over and beyond to order the things you need that they dont have in stock.

Theres a great many things to come here for. Books, movies, games and almost everything related to them. The only grip I have is the slim choices in role playing game material they have to choose from, but its a gripe from a small section of the community Im sure.

This place is actually really cool they have everything a nerd could want. They have games old and new. They have pokemon cards they have mario stuff they have swords they have comics. They have manga. They have anime. What ever you want they probably have it so I would definitely recommend going in just to have a look.

Management needs to realize the key to a successful business is a returning customer. Staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. One would think that in the age of internet shopping, stores would try harder to make customers want to come back, but the Wichita Falls store isnt that smart. My family and I wont be returning.

I went in to sell a few boxes of dvds because they werent being used anymore at my work and we wanted to sell them and put the money towards doing something for our staff. I waited for an hour before they could help me and the whole time i sat there watching a guy put stickers on items. After the hour he decided to stop and help me instead. Thank GOD! After the long wait it took quite some time to price everything out. If i knew walking in that they would only pay $0.01 & $0.05 for most of the dvds i would have saved the time and effort and just donated them to a shelter.

One of The last of the Mohicans is probably this place. DVDs, vhss, games, CDs, and records along with books. And surprisingly at some good prices.

I asked for a specific movie to be brought in from another store. Took about 4-6 months to get in but no worries. When I get there, the tall dude with black hair couldnt find it and didnt even bother looking, even after he said it was in store. I looked and it wasnt there either, since he said it was on the shelves since it wasnt behind the counter. Also got another movie, in which the DVD was sliding around and wasnt placed in the slot. Asked if we could open it to make sure it wasnt scratched since it was the only copy, and he said, Its a brand new copy, Id really hate to open it. Talk about poor customer service on his part, kids just their to collect a paycheck and because of him, I will not be back. Also, dont call and say you have my movie and then not have it ready for me to pick up, and not even give an effort into looking.

I have always found good deals at this location. Whether it be retro toys, retro video games, or vinyl records; I have always found something here for me. Their prices are always fair... But their sales are absolutely fantastic. Usually its a buy 1 get 1,or up to 33% off is used items. Give them a try! Im sure youll find something there.

If said item says like $32.99 and turns out to be $37 after tax it should say $34.99 not $32.99 what a $3 scam

They are pretty much a mini hastings. This store has all your gaming needs from old school console games to the newest. They have an amazing manga selection and their book selection is small but amazing all the same.

EntertainMART sells a bit of everything - videogames, Magic cards, movies, music books, figures, posters, etc. The crew is friendly and unobtrusive, able to amswer just about every question you cam throw at them. Ive never had a bad visit and I always see something new...and I always leave a few less dollars in my pocket.

They are fairly newly open, so it seems their stock is limited on certain titles. Prices are mostly reasonable, and they cater to movie/TV bluffs, gamers, listeners of vinyl and those who collect memorabilia from movies and games. They do offer video game and DVD rental options in addition to purchase, and a rewards program is an added benefit.

Its not Hastings.... but I gotta say, its pretty close. Great store.

Wow.... I walk in to check the place out for the first time and next thing I know Im clutching several bags of loot I bought while the staff is going through my pockets looking for more money. Seems they had a few more t-shirts and old games I missed. I almost made it out with my lunch money... almost. Next paycheck ive resigned myself to just go back and just give it to them.

Im really into cds, videos and reading. You know how it is, you wished you had bought a certain CD or Video at one time and now you find out that the stores dont carry it anymore. So far I have been able to find them here 80% of the time. Granted they are used but so far everything I have purchased has been in excellent condition, Books as well. And the prices are fair. I hope they are around for a long time.

I live in a Dallas and called out to this store and spoke to 2 gentleman about getting a ps5 they have in stock at the store I told them it would take me 2 hours to drive from Dallas to the store and asked if they would of hold it and they said it was against store policy but would do it anyways for me after driving up there just to find out they went ahead and sold it to someone else after asking the manger to give me a way to reach out to Corp to tell them of this situation he refused and told me I could go look it up my self terrible customer service

A relatively new store in town, at least as far as I know. The sales staff was very helpful, the selections were plentiful, and the prices were very good. We plan on many return trips.

I was good until my 3 year old asked to use the restroom. That was the most disgusting restroom Ive ever been in. She had to potty so I had to get cleaning supplies to clean the dried poo off the toilet and around the bowl, and I cleaned the muddy handwashing sink too while I was at it. Not cool, guys.

A nerds haven. Their games are a bit pricier than online but thats alright since its more convenient than shipping. They also have new and used books, as they stay open, I hope their used book collection grows. I didnt see a public bathroom here. Staff often asked to help me find anything which was nice considering the size of the place. They have manga, videogames, music, blurays/DVDs, books, nerd memorabilia, and comics all new and used.

MTG card lots are a rip-off!!! When asking the staff they claimed the lot distributions are random but after already spending $35 on a 1000 card set, we discovered theres 15-30 copies of each card. Its not random, just a way to throw away their trash and get paid for it! I imagine the Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh sets are similar. Its worth noting for parents or people looking to get gifts that your friend/child who plays these games cant USE this many duplicates of one card - its against the rules. This is JUST a scheme to get large sums of money for literally excess trash.Go to Galaxy Comics instead.
