Everyone was very nice and helpful. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and even shared his knowledge with me which was a nice experience since I’ve never had anyone explain in detail to me what they were looking for. Highly recommend will actually go back!

The technician who saw me first was very friendly and kind. As she ran tests, she explained what was to be expected. Dr. Stancik was very helpful. She answered my questions and she made sure I had no further questions before leading me to another technician who helped me pick out glasses and options for my glasses. I have frequent TSO for foreign matter getting in one eye or the other. The Doctor is a master at removing matter from the eye. He is very informative in all aspects of your eye care! One time I called on Thanksgiving Day and the lady Dr. came in and removed the matter from my eye. TSO in Wichita Falls is great! Our family has had great experiences with them for our routine yearly eye exams for several years now. They have a nice selection of frames and lens choices.Dr. York has been quickly available for two emergency visits. He does a great job!

As ALWAYS Dr York was an absolute pleasure! His customer service never ceases to amaze me. His knowledge and excitement to share the details of your exam so you leave 100% educated on the ins and outs of your eye health. He gives you all of the information to make the best choices that work for you. When exiting the staff that handles you as you depart (for contacts) are always extremely knowledgeable as well. Very helpful and extremely pleasant.The sad thing is that the front desk staff could use a little fine tuning when it comes to client service and the staff in the eyewear department are desirable. I will continue to go for my exams and take my money elsewhere for everything else.

I have been going to the eye dr since I was in middle school. It has always been a stressful event for me. But TSO was hands down the best eye dr visit I have ever had. Their staff was amazing and very helpful. I was nervous about switching from the eye dr I used for 10 years, but I’m glad I did. I will definitely be back.

Really great experience.As you step to door, temperature was taken with staff wearing masks. Wait time was short. Doctor went over everything and gave me updates from last year. Service purchasing new frames was great. Went over every option with costs. Was very pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was.

Service is okay. But the waiting period to get your eyeglasses done is way too long. This is the 5th day waiting but still no call from them.Update: after 9 business.days I called again. It’s there but I would not know it that it’s ready for pick up if I didn’t call.

I am able to schedule by text. Very little wait time. Staff are very friendly and make you feel that they are glad you are there. Dr. Stancik is very patient and on top of any issues. Highly recommend

My daughters regular eye doctor was out of town and I needed to take her in for an emergency exam. TSO got her in the same day. The staff was wonderful and Dr. York took great care of her. We were in and out in about an hour. They didnt accept her insurance but the visit only cost me $75. I was very impressed with the care we received.

TSO is the best. The staff, everyone from the front desk to the techs and Dr., are courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful. My Dr. was very thorough, explained the results of my exam, made recommendations, and answered any questions I might have had. Everyone I met with was obviously very skilled and knowledgeable, and do their jibs at z very high level. I strongly recommend anyone in the Wichita Falls area who need eyeglasses or contact lenses to try TSO Wichita Falls. You will not be disappointed.

The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable which made for great visit. The same can be said for Dr. York...Id recommend them to everybody. The only bad thing was not being able to associate faces with the great service; due to mask requirements.

While sitting in waiting area I noticed 2 employees that did not have face coverings. I waited and a different lady took me to do the preliminary test. She did have a face mask on properly and was very professional. Also the doctor was professional and had a correctly fitted face mask. After the exam I was looking at glasses and found a pair that I liked. I asked one young lady if she could help me but she said she would get the other lady. The other lady was the one without any face covering. I ask for another tech since she had no and first only came out with a face shield. When I objected she did Come back with a mask that was below her nose and almost level to her mouth. I said I was uncomfortable and did not want to sit and have this lady, who would be very close, work with me. I stated my objections and just ended up leaving without glasses. I have been a customer of TSO for over 30 years and this will be the first time I will get my glasses elsewhere.

Male or female all the techs here are courteous, friendly, considerate, and very professional. I always leave with the feeling I got the Best care I could have gotten. My thanks to all here including the doctors and front staff.This weekend had a little metal cutting accident that bothered my eye. Called in at 8am explained the situation and given a 10:45am appointment. Got there early and was taken in, checked out and turned over to Dr Laura Stancik. She performed a thorough checkup of my eye, found a granule which she carefully removed, checked eye again. All is well now. When you thrive to have the best doctors on your side Dr Laura Stancik is one to have. Thank you Dr Laura and staff.

Anytime I need an adjustment on my glasses they do it with a Great attitude! Even if my frames or lens arent right the first time they take the time to make it right. Id always gone to TSO until they quit accepting Medicaid. I put off finding another place for several years, and when I did find someone else it made me realize just how good TSO is. The glasses I got at the other place were worthless, even after going back four times for a redo. I decided Id rather cut back somewhere else and pay cash to see Dr. Stancik and have glasses I can see through. Just picked them up and I can really SEE for the first time in years. I never plan to go elsewhere as long as TSO is here.
