I was looking for a place that could scan blueprints full size and reduce them down to a clipboard - manageable size. I was pretty shocked to find out they had a scanner big enough to handle a 3-ft set of blueprints. They were able to do exactly what I needed, in a variety regular or oddball sizes, not to mention email me PDFs of The originals in full resolution. These guys are great. While I was there I found out they do laser etching as well. Im going to have to go back when I have more time and see what all they can do. Super nice folks as well!

I have been to Connect Printing twice and both times have had great friendly service. Kim, has always been friendly and super helpful. My photos came out gorgeous. I’ll be getting all my photos printed here from now on.

I was recommended this place by a business colleague for getting some paperwork notarized, and I enjoy supporting local businesses so I decided to meet with Kim, the Notary. Initially, upon entering, I noticed that they sell items from local vendors, which I was interested in purchasing. After speaking with Kim, who was very unfriendly, and realizing that I had forgot the necessary paperwork, she began to be rude and had an attitude with me. Instead, I will be taking my business elsewhere. After realizing that she was also apart of the Chamber, I figured I would forewarn anyone interested in getting something notarized and suggest that they find another notary because this one needs to work on her people skills.

I used a third-party service to do a virtual mailbox with this location and followed the steps provided to me of getting a USPS form notarized such that this location could accept mail. Kim Galan unilaterally rejected this form even though the third party service accepted it as valid. She alluded to the fact that I was somehow a scam and would cost her the license to do business. There were no questions asked, no attempts to help or resolve the situation. Nothing. Just rejected. I cannot believe someone who is in the business of customer service can be so inept at it, but here we are.

This is the first time Ive ever been there. They have so much to offer. I will be going back to them. Very pleasant people to talk to. If I could, I would give them 10 🌟s!!!

Im giving them 3 stars since I did use them to box my package for me. They did a great job with that at least. I was shocked by the price they wanted to charge for shipping to APO. The owner came out and said shipping fees changed as of this Monday with USPS so the cost is more than I would have paid previously. She became rude because I still didnt believe the price changed that much for APO. Once package was packed up I took it to USPS to pay to have it shipped. It was weighed at 18lbs while Connect Packing was claiming it weighed 27lbs. Once the cost was rung up it was almost $20 cheaper using USPS. I appreciate this businesses packing service but I will ship elsewhere.
