Tried to sell a gold plated chain that I personally bought. It was a 200 dollar gold plated chain and the woman there said its not gold. Not knowledgeable in her field apparently.

Went in today to sell him some silver but I usually buy from him and he counts up all of my coins while I waited for him to have a long conversation with a man that lasted for 30 minutes. Looked through my silver and said I just want them for spot. Looks at them counts it and gives me a very offensive offer. I worked a little bit with his price and I agreed on a price and he shoved all of my coins in its container and said he didn’t want to buy them! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! C’mon man!!!
