I would have given them a 0 star review but it wasnt an option. I am very disappointed with their company and customer service. I was originally supposed to have granite countertops installed on June 30, 2018 but was told later on that it would be July 12, 2018. It then turned into July 17, 2018. Well they came out to do the install today and come to find out, they cut one of the four pieces too short, so now they are telling me it is going to be another week and that is the best they can do. I dont understand how they cut the piece wrong. I believe you are supposed to measure twice and cut once so this type of situation doesnt happen. They are very slow and there was definitely a lack of communication throughout the whole process. I am trying to sale my house and I feel like they are costing me money because I am getting bad feedback that there are no countertops. They are about 3 weeks behind schedule and I would not recommend them to anyone. The only good thing I can say is that their installers were very professional. Do not use Lowes or Genesis Granite.

I wish I could give them a 0. Extremely slow production. Placed order on June 13 wont install until July 20. Terrible customer service, dont care at all about the fact that they are costing me hundreds of dollars by not being done on time. (Was told it would take 2 weeks from template date - which was June 16th!) Then took a week later when Lowes called to confirm the order AGAIN it would be 2 weeks from that date. When I called to confirm that they were on track they let me know that production was complete but they were too busy to install it?!?! Wth! Very frustrating that I can complete entire remodel on a 2000 square foot house in 4 weeks but have to wait a month and a half for a 40 square foot on granite!! Ridiculous. So unless you have infinite time investors should stay clear of using Lowes and Genesis for their granite!
