I would have given it a lower score if possible. Half the items the carry dont have a price other half is priced wrong.We used to go there all the time, now we drop in occasionally and then remember why we dont go there anymore.Bought one item and it rang up a dollar more than priced. Would not honor the price on their sign. Pathetic.

Attentive staff. Particularly both Seans both were helpful in assisting me with getting the deal on a new lawnmower. Ive never been in there before but had been my last stop looking around town and glad I did. I will definitely be back to shop there again. Thanks fellas

I called today to see if they had a 50lb bag of medicated calf formula. Ive had good experiences with Atwoods before, but was a bit frustrated after waiting on hold for just over 10 minutes.The phone had already rang back to the young lady at the desk 2 times, and she had gotten confused about who i was and what i was asking for. This is after assuring me each time that she was working on my request to see if they had the formula.At 11 minutes a young man picked up the phone call, he asked what i was looking for and i told him. He immediately said yes they had it. I asked him if he had checked to make sure. He said yes he had and they for sure had it.I drove to the store and tried to find the formula. I wasnt able to and eventually found an employee. After asking where the formula should be and him walking me there and not finding it, he went to search the back room.Several minutes later he and a woman came back out. They did not actually, in fact, have it....Overall this was a very frustrating experience. My favorite part is that as i was leaving, i decided to get a candy bar... as i was checking out at the front counter. The young lady working the register was wearing a shirt that said. Im sorry did i roll my eyes out loudPerfect, it was the perfect end to a terrible customer experience.

First time in here. They were very helpful and they have a huge verity of products. Ill be going back for sure. They also carry the dog food Diamond which is what we use for our service 🐕‍🦺s.

Got lots of good bargains. Not much help in finding employees to show where things are. But right now that is everywhere.

Need baby chickens? They got it. Need sandpaper? They got it. Need a clean bathroom? Nope they dont have that. Most everything else though. And a friendly staff...

I got 11 chickens. 8 from atwoods and they are all healthy and strong. They always have a decent selection of chicks and baby ducks. They also have what ever else you need to take care of your animals. Including pigs, cows, horses etc .. and of course they have other farming and ranch related items. Good place.

I went in there looking to buy squirrels feed. There wasnt any on the Shelf it was all packed up on a pilot there wasnt any price anywhere for how much .and you didnt have any hen scratch. Although workers were standing around taking together. I was going up and down the Alse looking for a while. About twenty minutes.no one asked if I needed any help.so I left the cart,and walk out.this is the last time I will not shop in your attwoods store. There was any

Well....Id like to like this place more, but I never seem to be able to get their sale items. Even if I go the day the flyer comes out the items are already gone...especially in the gun department (no luck 3 times on this).... but not limited to that area. The employees are very nice though and I do like its atmosphere.

One cashier at registere others just walking around not helping anyone . cashier was nice and polite to everyone.

Not just farm and ranch its great for around the house chores but you can also buy new clothes for that night out. The star that is missing because of the carts there not Wal-Mart get some flat carts for feed or anything heavy.

The clerk that helped us was a little short in conversation with us.

You can get a whole bag of lucky charms marshmallows here and that alone deserves 5 stars... My niece is gonna love them this Christmas

For the last 3 sales flyers I’ve received I’ve made 3 trips to the store only to find that NO ONE AT THE WICHITA STORE knows where the sale products are located ( SANDBUR CRABGRASS PREVENTER) sales staff says ‘the computer says we have 24 in stock’ ! They won’t go look except where I’ve showed them the pre-emergent has been on the shelves previously!I also tried to but a 40gal black tub, safe thing-NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED and THEY DON’T CARE ONE WHIT ABOUT FINDING THE PRODUCT????What the heck is going on????WHY ADVERTISE IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE PRODUCT AND IF YOU DO, YOU DON’T KNOW WHETE IT IS?????

Very rude and unprofessional staff on a Monday night. Even the manager was basically calling me a liar. It’s not that hard to get your prices right and be on the same page with your staff on how much something cost’s, especially when it’s not posted.

Shopped at atwoods for years but theyve gotten really terrible about not having enough cashiers especially on the weekend stood in line for 25 minutes when that cashier could have called a manager to help with the problem she was having

The store was nice & although there was a sign stating “PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK” Melissa did not & was very rude as well & FYI none of the other employees wore their masks neither.

I love shopping at Atwoods, theyve got so much cool stuff. I browse the entire store because you never know what youll come across. Quality mens, womens and childrens shoes and clothing. A great pet care and pet food department as well as for much larger pet actually livestock feed & supplies. Gardening, automotive, plumbing, grocery & cleaning products. The employees here are some of the most polite and helpful in town.

I like the store location and the merchandise selection. I dont write negative reviews until I either have a single real poor experience or see a trend. The past several times I have noticed a trend and its a poor one. Customer service is non existent. Many of the employees are rude and ineffective. No excuse for cashiers leaning on the counter using their mobile phone with customers in line. In 15 years I can count on one hand the times I had returns. Last fall I returned a pump I had for one day. I was pumping tap water from under a house. The manager was very accusitory about what Iwas pumping with it. He made the return very confrontational.

This is always a fun store to go into. Theyve got so many different, cool things here that i have a difficult time deciding what i really want/need! I always find myself wanting Way more than i need or want. Its always an adventure.

I shop here for dog food. Better prices for the amount of food than places like WalMart I think. They also have home and garden, tools and other supplies. Small but nice store. Friendly staff. There is usually someone to help you load the big bags of food into yout car also.

Great place to get all the supplies for your weekend projects. Also feed for all your animals, but no beer though. Head across the overpass for that!

I love this store they have everything including baby chickens the toys snacks drinks cowboy clothes dim the selection of tools portable fireplaces space heaters which is something you definitely need in this area the employees are super friendly the store is really nice and clean theres always some place to park close to the entrance youd be amazed what they having this store I even did some Christmas shopping there
