Texoma TNT uses a company called American Steel Carports to build and deliver carports. You make a deposit to Texoma and provide your details, but after that it goes to ASC, and they are horrible. After almost a month and a half of trying to deal with this company, I finally gave up and cancelled my order and disputed the deposit on my card. We placed our order on 7/3/17. Four days later I got a message from an ASC employee stating the order was being completed and that they would schedule us a few days prior to delivery to confirm the time. On 7/21/17 I hadn’t heard anything so I called for an update. I was told they would be calling me on Monday (24th). No call. On the 27th, by which time I had gone out of the country for work, I got a call saying I needed to confirm the order details ASAP because the order was going to be processed on the 28th – I waited three weeks with no input and now they have a crisis?!?!? When I went over the order details, they had gotten details on the order wrong (they charged me for a more expensive roof style, but had we down for the cheaper style). I tried to arrange delivery, but they had only one day of the week available when I wasn’t going to be home, so they said we would have to schedule another week. This went on for weeks – it is now 8/15/17 and we can’t get them to set up a delivery time. They have repeatedly called to tell me they’re ready to deliver in the next couple days – when I’m out of town. I have told them when I’m going to be in town, but they won’t schedule more than a couple days out and it’s never when I’m available. DON’T USE THEM!!!! I’m tired of this customer service. If they can’t even arrange delivery, I am not confident that the product will be built and installed correctly.
