Today I went to Denver Mattress to look for a new mattress for my husband who has every vertebrae in his spine fused from ankylosing spondylitis! He recently fell backwards in his lawn chair due to the leg collapsing. Since then he has not been able to sleep in our bed. Elizabeth was a very knowledgeable women who helped me eliminate or add to the selection I thought might be something he would be able to sleep comfortably in. An hour or two later my husband met me there and he tried the different mattresses out. Elizabeth was able to explain and describe to us each of the varieties of brands and many pros and cons about each and for his individual situation! With his disability and the difficulty he had in even trying to lay flat, we found this hunt to be very perplexing! Elizabeth figured out by listening to him what it seemed to be the most that helped him!! We finally settled on a Purple mattress!! She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of all the types of mattresses Denver mattress sells!! I would highly recommend her if you ever need a more comfortable sleeping experience!!

I got the wrong mattress delivered. I upgraded the mattress cover, big waste of money. That thing is useless and wont stay put or smooth. If you buy the bundle get the cheap protector so they wont find a reason to cancel their guarantee. Go buy yourself a good one somewhere else. Check your purchase order and that the sales person actually wrote down the item you told them you wanted. The first mattress puffed up in an area within the month that I had it, since I had to wait to get the right one. I finally got the right mattress but it was a hassle. They have a great selection but this whole transaction was less then ideal.

Entering the store, we were received with a greeting and a smile. From there I gave my specific wishes of what we wanted for a bed. Elizabeth took us to the mattress & frame that met our needs. She made us comfortable on the mattress and went to explain the quality of the frame & mattress. This was king size, then we saw the queen size for comparison. Then we were shown the prices of each. We selected the king size. The warranty was explained in detailed. All this with a smile on her face.
