The person with the sax issue of sticking keys, it could have been the pads themselves sticking. I used to repair the saxophones and flutes all the time at our shop and I ran across this problem a lot. Just some information you might could use in the future.

Took an Alto sax in for a tune up, got it back, several keys not working / sticking. Took it back, said they didnt really see anything wrong and made some adjustments and replaced a spring. Key still not working properly. Guy said if its not working to bring our kid in with next time it may be a player issue. Band Director @ our school looked at it as well, said keys still not working properly, agrees with our son. Giving up and taking it somewhere else for repairs. $80 and over a month of our time back-and-forthing wasted.

I got a new microphone I knew nothing about and they walked me through how it works and they had the exact parts I needed. Very friendly with excellent customer service.

Not opened, as per Google... they lost out on $70. Maybe its not much, to them, but it always adds to the profit.

Great teachers, do out standing jobs on repairs & helping you to find or order equipment. I always order strings & have them put on all my instruments & never been unhappy with their work. Love the place!

This is the place to go! Best place in town! I walked in thinking I would spend hundreds of dollars to refurbish a flute. To my surprise I spent $4 and some change for a cleaning cloth! Thank you for being honest and incredibly helpful! This place has my business from now on!

Honest...could have told us that our flute needed to be refurbished but after checking it over he advised us that although it is an older model all it needed is a good cleaning. He then showed us how to use a cleaning and polish cloth. $5. For a new cleaning cloth is a lot less then we were expecting to spend. Thank you for being an honest business. You will have our business from this day forward.

Brand new to music. I decided to pick up the guitar a little late in life at 32 yo. My instructor is very easy to understand and explains things very easily. They go at your pace. I wish I were here for longer than 3 months. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and take my 6 yo here for lessons. I wish I could Give them 10 stars!

Good place for lessons (all ages). Low instrument inventory, but good inventory of small parts to fix guitars and other instruments.
