Absolutely phenomenal service.I live in Denver and drove over 500 miles to buy my new Goldwing from Jay Hatfield, Found the bike online and sent them a web message, They responded very quickly and we did everything but the signing online including my trade in, Just gave them the info for the trade and took pictures, they made a offer and when I got there they gave the bike a quick inspection and we were signing paperwork within an hour and done. Jordan and Houston are great...Gave me lots of options for any upgrade I might want but didnt push on the ones I didnt.

I am on my 3rd Motorcycle purchase this year. Due to health issue I sold my last 20 Slim Harley back to Twister City 2 mo. ago. My health has gotten much better. Decided to get another bike. Tried Jay Hatfield on Greenwich Rd. Tues. 27/21. I walked in and rode out on a Honda VTX1300C. Did not need a loud bike, liked the water cool system and shaft driven. One of my best purchase I have made for years! Best friendly sales staff - Jake. Paid cash did not need financing but Houston did a terrific job on the paper work. And met Alex - Service Advisor.

I recently purchased a used motorcycle from Hatfield Motorsports site unseen and had to rely solely on the integrity of the salesman. He described the bike as perfect and we negotiated s price that we both could live with. I was really nervous about the purchase and was a little tentative to finally receive it.. I live about 200 miles from them and they agreed to deliver it. When the bike arrived I was amazed that it was everything they said it was. The salesman had been totally honest about the condition of it. It was perfect. I was also impressed with the way they shipped it. They had taken every precaution to ensure the bike was protected and the driver was very friendly and helpful. I am extremely picky and I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to purchase a new toy.

I got a quote for a motorcycle site unseen was excited about my trade in we down 2 5 hrs for the deal and ended up having to take $1000 less than what I was quoted, everybody there was great except the sale manager who was rude and lied to us about what he had previously said. Over all I am being generous with 2 stars on the way he had acted to us and spoke to us.

I took my RZR in for service not knowing there was anything wrong with it. I received a call telling me the secondary clutch was ruined. He also noticed the primary and belt were damaged. He was able to get the whole job warranted out. I really appreciate the effort the service dept went to in order to get this resolve for me. Great job!

I signed a work order to have work done on my Honda side by side in the amount of $320. When i arrived to pick up my Honda Pioneer i was presented with a $630 bill. The service folks claimed the warranty work was not covered as they were getting push back from Honda to cover the work. I refused to pay the additional money since I was never consulted about the additional bill and that the vehicle was less than a year old and still under warranty. Eventually they manipulated the bill to reflect the original $320 but the bill was not accurate in reflecting charges accurately on the work that was done.

I dropped off my bike on a Wednesday at closing time for an insurance estimate for some minor left side damage. I was told that the estimate would be done the next day. So I left them to it. A follow up on the following Wednesday I was told that everything was sent to the insurance adjuster. I received a phone call shortly after from Hatfield wanting to know where I bought my aftermarket frame sliders from (they were still working on my estimate that I dropped off a week ago). Once they got the estimate done, I requested to have it faxed to me. Never received it (I’ll omit the part where I was told that they had the wrong email from the adjuster). After a trip to Hatfield on Thursday to get a copy of the estimate and a follow up call to the adjuster on Friday, they had received the estimate……without photos. Keep in mind, I was told that they “dealt with insurance claims all the time”. I’d think that sending photos would be standard practice. Needless to say I picked up my bike on Saturday and took it to Dan’s Cycle. When describing my experience at Hatfield I got the response of “another one”. Which the estimate from Dan’s was $3K cheaper. Turns out, they weren’t trying to total my bike so I’d have to buy a new one. I wouldn’t buy a T-Shirt from Hatfield. You shouldn’t either.

My husband, Jack, took our 2002 Kawasaki mule to Hatfield for repairs because it didnt start easily and it smoked. The diagnostic report cost $105 and showed that the starter was weak. We paid to replace the starter and brought it home. It still didnt start. We took it back and they said it was the battery. We paid to replace the battery but it still would not start. Then, they decided it was a defective wiring harness. We told them we were out of money. It took several guys to push it back on our trailer and we brought it home. While the people involved at Hatfield were very nice, we felt like they had no real idea how to fix our Kawasaki, and we were tired of paying for repairs that didnt fix the problem. Remember, it would at least start when we initially took it in. We think we should be refunded at least the diagnostic charges, if not more.

I scheduled to have my vehicle serviced here. They told me they were a week out on service, so they had me schedule a week out, and I could get it serviced within a day or two of it being dropped off. It ended up taking 6 weeks.I understand people get behind, but I feel we’ve been lied to regarding their real time lines. Unfortunately, I’ll tale my business to another small town outside of Wichita.the drive may be longer, but odds are the communication and repair times will be much better

I called Jay Hatfield Motorsports in Wichita to ask about a side by side listed on their website. They had already sold the unit I called about, but called me back a week later to let me know they were getting another, upgraded unit in a few days. They gave me a great price and, given the current market demand, I feel like it was very fair (Good enough to drive 6 hours round-trip to get it!). I would definitely recommend Jordan, Hunter, Houston and the rest of the crew at Jay Hatfield Motorsports in Wichita.

2 stars because my problem was finally fixed. Details below:Salesman: I purchased a brand new bike, as did my wife a few days later. I have also referred 2 people I work with to buy here. Anthony did great. No pressure, we went in pretty much knowing what we wanted and he made it easy. If anything, we may have purchased higher models if he would have suggested them/tried to sell us. But I appreciate the way he works. 5/5 for Anthony.Financing: I financed my purchase and my wife paid in full. Houston was our contact for the finance side. For the most part it was pretty painless. While talking about loan term options etc. I did have a problem with the way it was presented. He presented me with a hand-written paper showing 3 loan terms with different warranties he was trying to sell and the associated payment. My problem is that he did not present the payments/loan terms separate from the extra warranty. Ultimately I chose the longest loan term to achieve the payment I wanted, which conveniently for his sales, included the most expensive warranty but achieved my target payment. I ultimately cancelled that warranty but it should have been presented as more of an optional add-on in the first place. I should have known from my experience in automotive to question this more but it was an emotional purchase and maybe I applied to much trust. He should have presented them separately and built value in his product instead of using mind tricks. 2/5Now to service, which is the main reason for the low review. For starters, I have been in automotive service on the dealership level for 7 years and am currently in management. I am familiar with various manufacturers warranty policies and procedures, and have a good understanding of mechanics, and as it relates to this situation, how to tell when a tire has a defect. While automotive and motorcycles arent exactly the same, the premise and basics of the experience apply. 0/5My wifes bike had an immediate issue which was clearly a defective tire. I took the bike in for a service appt with 100 miles on it. I was initially told that there was possibility that it would not be covered under warranty and I would be responsible for diag charges etc. This was NOT acceptable to me. The service department (specifically Alex and Shawn who I was dealing with) should know the manufacturer warranty policies. A quick search on the manufacturer websites netted me the full warranty policy on tires. Anyway, after having several people test drive it, they told me the wobble/bounciness was normal and the same as every other similar bike they have ridden. After arguing a bit about how I know what a bad tire feels like, I finally left. I brought it back a few days later after putting it on a stand in my garage and using a gauge to prove there was a wobble in the rear wheel. Upon taking it back, they once again tried telling me it was normal, then after alot of argument, they agreed to diag the issue further via putting it on a truing stand (which they should have done in the first place.) Ultimately they found the tire was bad and had the bike for 9 days waiting on a tire. I could get the tire from cycle gear in 3 days so Im sure they could get it in the same or less time and it should have never taken 9 days to replace a single tire. Anyway, it is finally done and fixed but Id honestly rather pay out of pocket and fix stuff elsewhere or myself than deal with this again. I hope they take this as constructive and validate their customers concerns in the future; the first time. Being in automotive service for 7 years, I have seen customer concerns firsthand that have turned out to be normal for the vehicles, however, I should have never been threatened that I would have to pay out of pocket for a concern on a bike that had 100 miles and less than a month off the showroom. That, and the full diag should have been done the first time. Even if the concern would have been normal, sometimes you have to pay a tech a little diag time to take care of your customer and build that relationship for next time.

They gave me their best price up front (Which was far better than everyone else’s price) and were completely transparent about the very few fee’s they had. This was by far the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. Liz was top notch and very helpful. She explained the ins and outs of each bike we were looking at. She made sure to pull out the bikes we liked and let us get a good feel for each one. I highly recommend Liz for all of your buying needs. Service department was terrible. Took both tires from my bike to get changed, they originally told me it would take a week to finish. After the week I called and they were going to be done the next day, went up the next day after not being able to get them on the phone and my tires still weren’t done. After letting them know that I was displeased with the service so far they informed me that they had not even received the tubes to do the tires. So when I called they didn’t even check on my order and then lied to me again while I was up there. The service manager gave lots of excuses without actually owning up to not checking on my order or telling me how long it would actually take. Bad service overall and didn’t try and do anything to rectify the situation wouldn’t let them work on my stuff again.
