Great place. Your everything and more auto parts store. Very informative crew, if they are unsure they will find out. Store is always neat and clean with prices displayed. Many items such as batteries for fobs etc are higher priced and cheaper elsewhere like Dollar General but other items are competitive with most stores of the same type. My go to for auto care.

Quick easy and nassle or people who think they no it all

I have yet to meet a helpful person at an advance auto parts store I have been a professional mechanic for 20 years and have never gotten anything from them that got the job done they need some serious help if they want to reach the professional market

Customer service was subpar. Please do not send customers to another store for the item they came for unless youre certain that store has it. Just looks bad on you. Google is infinitely easier to manage and find the part you need than going here. Easy skip.

It was like no one was working. No customer service at all. Never said Hello, can I help you, or a welcome. Was there for 10 minutes and nothing. So sad that this would frustrate me to leave to another store. :(

This store and their help are great. I am able to order online and pick up my parts in 30 minutes. The help behind the counter has always been good and friendly. What I appreciate is that if they dont have the answer to my question they dont try and BS me. They reach out and try to find the answer.

Not a great selection of air filters

I went shopping for a old old tech ignition point file which I finally found on the internet. But the effort the salesman used to help me find it was awesome. You would have thought I was trying to buy a truck engine not a 5 dollar tool.

Didnt have regular priced replacement spouts for gas cans only expensive hand pump type.

No knowledge at all about cars they just lie to get you to spend money on parts you dont need and the manager *JEFF* IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IS RUDE AND CURSED At ME IN FRONT OF MY 4 AND 5 YR OLD SONS! I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE! THE FACT HE DID THAT IN FRONT OF MY KIDS AND SCARED THEM IM NOT HAPPY AND HE CROSSED THE LINE BIG TIME...... Between 3 parts stores by my house this is the most convenient with waste oil dump available. Some times I have had trouble with parts compatibility - if its not in the computer they cant help you kind of deal. Definitely depends on who is working the counter or how much work they want to put into helping you. I generally do a little homework before hand and have part numbers etc in hand and streamlines the process. Prices are a little higher and selection at times make me scratch my head. New only but there is core charge and no refurb part. Or refurb only and no new parts. It has been while since that hick up though. Staff has been friendly and generally helpful.
